We had several issues during our stay. It was difficult to get basic necessities such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and clean towels because they were not restocked regularly. During the five nights we stayed, our sheets were never changed, even after we specifically requested it. To make matters worse, while I was taking a shower, the water was suddenly shut off without any notice. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that it was due to maintenance and that it would take approximately 30 minutes to be fixed. There was no prior communication or warning about the interruption. Overall, the lack of basic housekeeping and communication made our stay very disappointing.

The room smelt awful, bathroom was worn and dirty, the pool was empty, the bathroom looked wiped clean but still smelt like hint of pee or dirty water. The staff were nice and that was about it. I’m surprised by how many stars this hotel received. I would not stay there again.

Stayed for a quick overnight. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast provided good options. Pool was closed for renovations. Hotel was updated in most areas, however still some outdated features such as the bathtub. Convenient to restaurants and the major highways.
