Weatherford Heritage Inn

Outdated. Needs an urgent repair. Rooms were not as pictured, things falling apart, bathroom was disgustingly stained and dirty. If the staff service would have reflected on the property it would have been top rated as the customer service was amazing but buldings (including pool) were dirty and unkept.

Worst hotel i've stayed at. I booked it for everything listed. Laundry, gym, breakfast. Nothing was open or available. Dirty room. No light bulbs. Dirt carpet. Smelt like cat piss. Room 111. If you get this room, ask for a different room. I have photos, but it wont let me load them.

Older motel, not maintained or cleaned well. Was given an old plastic shopping bag for ice but the Ice machine was not working, after returning to the room realized how bad the room was decided to leave.

Overall I would rate this motel as "poor"; attitude of the woman (probably one of the owners) was as if we were inconveniencing her to check in; the room while smelly with cigarette odor and the carpet felt very old and musty; was surprised to not have any telephone in the room or at the front desk; asked for a business card at the front desk but she only had a bag of discount cards behind the desk. I would only recommend this property to someone I did not like!

We didnt even stay, we checked in, went to the room, it smelt horrible and the beds had dirty used sheets and the mattress was covered in bed bugs, we immediately left

Never stay here!!! We checked in to our king bed non smoking room at 5PM after driving 6 hours. Front desk young lady was friendly. Went to room at 5:10. Opened the door to major smoke smell. Big stains on carpet. One pillow sweat stained. Turned back sheets to see major sweat stained mattress. Rolled back sheets to see oil / grease stains. Bathroom has rust spots and bugs or something in the tub. Dark wall splatters and on lamp shades. We drove home by 5:20 as non refundable but NO chance we were staying here.

Room smelled like dogs had peed on carpet and stains all over carpet. Even the sheet was stained and had cigarette burn holes in it. Cigarette butts all over the stairs leading up to the room. Really an awful experience. Would not stay again.

The conditions at the hotel Weaterford Heritage Inn are awful. The sheets and towels are not washed and even have stains. There was a sock in between the sheets from the last person sleeping in the room before than me. The bathroom is the most disgusting part, the toilet has dirt stains, there is hair on the walls and the smell is very bad. I called to complain but they did not give me a refund according to their policy.

The room hadn’t been cleaned for months, cobwebs everywhere, 2 dead baby roaches, must have been fleas or bed bugs as I woke up with over 60 bites on my legs and back along with a mild rash. Sad you can’t even get a clean room for under $100 anymore. Bring your own sheets and pillow and cleaning materials if you stay here!

Welcoming was, “When did you make you reservation!?!” I don’t really know, why? “Did you make it Today?!?” No. What, I thought, could possibly be behind this strange unwelcoming interrogation? Well, turns out the computer was down. Clerk was cleaning at her wits end. I got my key and bee-lined through prison yard/parking lot, filled with recently released convicts, and jumped back to my car. Not the first dump I’ve stayed in, but it was the first dump whose internet connection got better the FURTHER AWAY I drove from it? AC and TV worked, which partially compensated for the Garbage piled up at the top of the stairs.

The water main was hit by construction no hot water. No wifi. No breakfast.

My rooms primary light flickered like a strobe light when on(room 215).

Upon check-in i was informed there was no breakfast or coffee available. I was told the wifi would not work either since it had no range. The room smelled when i entered. The safety chain latch was missing and the holes painted over indicating no intention of fixing it. The room was not very clean, but not filthy. There were no hand towels. The bath towels and wash clothes were yellowed and stained. The sheets were stained. Both key cards quit working. It was obvious this was a residence for some guests by the portable grills and such by rooms. This is definitely not a safe, clean place to stay.

Well the shower didn't work the toilet barely worked, the tv didn't work. The door was barely able to close with gaps shining light coming through the gaps and the ac was basically a fan.

My body still hurts from the uncomfortable mattress and none of the lamps had lightbulbs in them. The bath tub was dirty and disgusting and the carpet was sticky and just yuck!

While the overall room etc was OK, I was very very angry at the rudeness of the night clerk when I tried to get into the room after work at 0630. The key wouldn't work, and after 3 trips back to the locked office, she wouldn't even answer my ring at the front door. I paid for a room that I had to fight to get into for 20 minutes. I will never go back to this motel again

The property wasn't too bad. Clean and cared for close to the motel. The day shift employees were very nice and polite while the night person was rude and upset to have been bothered. Probably won't stay there again

I liked the appearance of the outside of the property. The inside of the room itself was dirty and had a bad smell. The owners seemed helpful and courteous.

This hotel goes beyond all imagination…and description. It’s straight out of a bad horror film. Blood stains on the floor, cigarette burns on the unwashed sheets, a bullet hole in the bed’s headboard, no light bulbs in the light fixtures, etc.. The room was advertised as a “non smoking room”…a complete lie. We were so worried for our personal safety that we wanted to leave and NOT spend the night in this room of horrors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to even my WORSE ENEMY! A total unsatisfied customer. DL The staff would not give us another room.

The staff was very nice. The pillows were very flat, and there wasn’t a blanket. It was just not enough for us, as it was a little cold.The shower had mold in between the 2 pieces. So I did not take a bath. The sign on the property said Hot Breakfast. None that we saw.

hotel seemed like a lot of transients were living there. when i arrived none of the lamps in the room worked when I asked at the desk instead of sending someone to address the issue they handed me 2 light bulbs. Every time i entered the office it was empty and i had to wait for someone to come out from out from the back somewhere. the one plus was the restaurant at the truck stop next door was excellent

This property was not safe for kids nor single women. Druggies running around. Staff was rude and had to wait for staff to even come out to check in then checking the room out was scary and not comfortable with bed bugs and dirty mattresses and smoke smell of non smoking room!

Comforter has multiple cigarette burns, sheets had yellow stains on them. Shower was dirty and I did not feel comfortable showering in there. Lots of stray cats and dogs around, some of which “lived” with hotel guests. Terribly thin walls and I was worried about our car getting broken into. We had to leave to stay at another hotel, $60 lost.

It was dirty, there were fights, it was loud, my experience was not good

Check in, waited for about 5 minutes, then the young lady was very rude and asked what I wanted. When I said to check in she rolled her eyes. Got to my room and had dead crickets all over the floor. No cover on the back of the toilet. Linens were clean but stained. Had a pink dye all over the floor and counter. Said breakfast and WiFi when I booked, but no breakfast and I was scared to ask for WiFi with the rude service I got when I checked in. It was very quiet, mini fridge, and a microwave. I would stay again for the convenience to the hospital and shopping. Price was what I paid for. I stayed Fri-Mon and they seem to be busy.

The mattresses had plastic coverings under the sheets, and the bedding and towels smelled badly of body odor. The place was rundown. No breakfast. I would not stay here again!

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. Not recommended at all!! Room smell like smoke, sheets, pillows, covers were al stain and dirty. The toilet didn't even have a tank cover, I wouldn't even take a shower. Property owner's should be fined for false advertisement because they don't even serve continental breakfast like they advertise in their website and even outside their hotel. Yhis hotel is horrible..

Stayed in room 121. I booked a non smoking room and free breakfast was also advertised, I actually specifically selected this in my search online. When I enquired about breakfast times I was informed they don't do it. I booked a non smoking room, occasionally things have gone wrong and I've just tolerated the smell but this was hideous, after a few breaths the smell of it just lingered in the back of the throat. I asked about this and was offered a single king-size room however there was two of us, both feeling a bit under the weather so we needed separate beds so this wasn't a solution. Speaking of which when I went to blow my nose using the toilet paper even that had an unbearable smell of smoke. Out of the 4 lamps in the room only one switched on, on closer inspection this was because the other 3 were missing bulbs. I've noticed previous reviews comment on this. The bed sheets didn't have the fresh feeling I've been use to (I'm traveling around and this was the 10th stay) perhaps they were clean but something didn't feel right, maybe it was the general ambience of the room that influencecd this. I've normally been able to pour myself a glass of tap water in other locations to drink at night. This was impossible here, the taste and smell of what I assume is chlorine of something similar to sterilise the water was several times stronger than you would get in a swimming pool. This also made showering have the same effect with the smell in the morning.
