The place was great the staff was awesome. They let me check in early. All the staff was great said hello joked with you. Its a small place and no elevator if you get a second floor room. Breakfast was great hot options need to be spiced up like bacon or sausage. There was other options like waffle maker and a toaster coffee and oj as well as cereal.

No one at front desk on arrival @ 3pm (Check in time). Had to leave and call back at later time to make sure someone would be there when I got back to the hotel. Hotel lobby smelt of someone just cooking in it. The place wasn’t dirty per say but also didn’t have that clean feeling.

Hotel and room was clean; building was old but was as well kept as possible. Problems such as building had settled so bathroom door bound up when closed and snapped loudly when opened. The big problem was this was one of two adjoining rooms: there was only one hollow core door between them. You could see light over the door so that tells you how not soundproof it was. Paper thin walls too. We could hear the couple in that room bicker all night like they were right next to us.

The big problem was this was one of two adjoining rooms: there was only one hollow core door between them. You could see light over the door so that tells you how not soundproof it was. The staff was the opposite of friendly. At checkin and checkout, not even a hello, no smile, no did you enjoy your stay. These folks should not be in the hospitality business. As to the facilities, they are at the lower end of the motel experience spectrum.

I have stayed here numerous times within the hotel section, this time stayed in the side area. The room was clean however is in need of repairs. Bathroom door did not shut, room could you a fresh coat of paint. I was a bit bothered that I could not park directly in front of the room, guests should be asked to do so. Will stay there again.

This is a very rundown property. Walked in and greeted by woman with no shoes and stained shirt. The lobby smelled of personal food being cooked. It permeated the place when we were brought to our room it smelled of smoke and was not clean. We walked back to the lobby and told them we would not be staying there. We were offered a room inside, but by this point, we were disgusted and chose to leave. We did not get our money back.

The room is mostly ok, but the need to do some upgrades and repairs and rethink the set up. One side of the bed does not have a side table, lamp or outlet as they put the fridge and microwave there. The bathroom door is falling apart and makes a loud noise when you open it. The room service is kind of daily. They did partially restock the room, but did not really clean or make the bed. The breakfast was bad for us. The first day we went at 8:30 and there was very little there. Just some bagles, waffles and tiny muffins. The second day we wanted to get an early start, but when we went at 6:45 and nothing was set up, so we had to leave later than wanted. The road noise here is really bad and you often here noise from other rooms. I would not recommend this place nor would I return.

Located far from the tourist areas at the intersection of two highways. The walls are quite thin and on a busy weekend you can hear clearly into neighboring units. The rooms and property were very clean. There was daily room cleaning. The furniture is old but in good condition. The breakfast options are limited - there was some hot food on the weekend, but on Monday the only options were cereal, bread and a pancake machine. Overall if you come in not expecting too much, it's adequate. Basically you get what you pay for.

When I reserved the reservation I reserved a king size bed. When I went the room the floor was so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor. They moved us to a different room with a smaller bed not the king bed I requested. In the floors in that room were just as bad and the toilet wasn't clean properly. So I used their towels to wash their nasty floor and the toilet. Then they charged me for towels.. I was never notified about any other charges. I called the hotel on August 19th spoke to the lady that answered the phone. She told me it was because I stole towels. And hung up on me. They charged me over $350 for two nights stay. Plus a 50 towel fee. They accused to me of stealing towels. I have proof of pitches of us washing the floor with their towels that I left on the floor in that room when I left. So if anybody would like to rent a room at this place I strongly urge you not to. They might accuse you of stealing as well.

I've stayed at this property before so I know what to expect. It's a decent value for the money, and it's a no frills hotel. Which is fine. Unfortunately, this time the hotel smelled overwhelmingly musty in the lobby and seemed in need of a dehumidifier. Internet didn't work, and the hotel was quite noisy. I could hear my neighbor's morning alarm, toilet flushing, and conversation.

The place needs an upgrade severely ! We could hear the traffic most of night and our neighbor kept making phone calls and we could hear every conversation as if he were in the room with us . Couldn’t sleep so we left middle of night

It was alright… I suppose - light was out in my bathroom - tv wasn’t working - neighbor was making phone calls all hours of the night so I hardly got any sleep - breakfast was bare minimum with at least 45min left in the breakfast window

The building is old with thin walls so you could hear everything from other rooms. Two days in a row our key cards didn’t work to open our door. The place is in a convenient location with many dining options nearby.

Located far from the tourist areas at the intersection of two highways. The walls are quite thin and on a busy weekend you can hear clearly into neighboring units. The rooms and property were very clean. There was daily room cleaning. The furniture is old but in good condition. The breakfast options are limited - there was some hot food on the weekend, but on Monday the only options were cereal, bread and a pancake machine. Overall if you come in not expecting too much, it's adequate. Basically you get what you pay for.

The place was great the staff was awesome. They let me check in early. All the staff was great said hello joked with you. Its a small place and no elevator if you get a second floor room. Breakfast was great hot options need to be spiced up like bacon or sausage. There was other options like waffle maker and a toaster coffee and oj as well as cereal.

The room is mostly ok, but the need to do some upgrades and repairs and rethink the set up. One side of the bed does not have a side table, lamp or outlet as they put the fridge and microwave there. The bathroom door is falling apart and makes a loud noise when you open it. The room service is kind of daily. They did partially restock the room, but did not really clean or make the bed. The breakfast was bad for us. The first day we went at 8:30 and there was very little there. Just some bagles, waffles and tiny muffins. The second day we wanted to get an early start, but when we went at 6:45 and nothing was set up, so we had to leave later than wanted. The road noise here is really bad and you often here noise from other rooms. I would not recommend this place nor would I return.

Was disapointed on the quality of service from staff. No « hi welcome » no info on facilities of site. The wifi was not working- not internet and was not fixed when mentionned. Had to call to know what were the breakfast hours, should have been informed at arrival. Pour breakfeast choices. I would not recommend for a vacation. Although it was very clean, we did not enjoy out stay

It was alright… I suppose - light was out in my bathroom - tv wasn’t working - neighbor was making phone calls all hours of the night so I hardly got any sleep - breakfast was bare minimum with at least 45min left in the breakfast window

One drawback that the hotel staff doesn't have any control over: their location is at the corner of a wide, slightly weird intersection that I didn't enjoy navigating. We chose this hotel because it had decent reviews, so we weren’t expecting anything fancy. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was technically “clean” in the sense that we didn’t encounter bed bugs or anything like that, but the entire property felt dingy, damp, grimy, and poorly maintained. It honestly felt like it used to be a nice hotel, but it has been allowed to deteriorate. There was also visible mold/mildew in the room. Our bathroom had multiple basic maintenance issues: the shower curtain was stained, the shower curtain rod was broken, the sink caulking was cracked and peeling away, and the tub had chipped paint. The sink stopper didn’t work, so we had to pull it up with our fingers — absolutely disgusting. There were issues throughout the property as well. The wallpaper in the main hallway was torn up, the gardens were overgrown and full of dead plants, the parking lot was in poor condition, and the plants in the dining area were dead with dead bugs around them. It gave the impression that nobody was paying attention to the property. When we arrived, there was even a sticky sauce-like substance on the underside of the desk that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were awful. All of us left with sore backs, and the pillows provided were essentially four tiny, throw-pillow-sized pillows. Room and bed were fine. TV control turned on TV only--then wouldn't work or turn off. I had to unplug the TV (no easy chore). Wifi did not work in my room; I had to go to lobby to get wifi.
