Staff was very nice. They are in the middle of remodeling I believe. Cleanliness was average. I didn’t feel too comfortable as there were different people hanging around and in the dining area that were not guests.

There were no parking spaces available near our room and we had to park on the other side of the hotel. We asked for first floor room and got a second floor room that smelled like smoke throughout. The microwave and TV did not work. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. We ask staff for extra towels but never received any. No breakfast items including coffee tea or juice. This is by far the worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in.

The price was awesome $68. The Holiday Inn right next-door was over $200. I'm not picky so if you're picky person I would not stay there but I just traveled seven hours and was tired. The bed was comfy air conditioner worked that's all I cared about room for fairly clean, got to watch a little TV and relax, no real surrounding noise they had a pool but I didn't use it since I got there late night. I would stay there again

Was very disappointed. They are renovating which is great, but what about the rooms that are being used? The microwave was not plugged up and refrigerator was broken. Asked many times about the refrigerator!!!! Manager did ask the housekeeper multiple times. I gave up! Had to leave food in car to stay cold. Heater did not keep up with cold weather and they didn't have thicker blankets on the beds. On top of all that they overcharged my card!!! And it has taken days to get it straightened up and still no refund.

Room furnishings were updated but the bathroom and fridge were moldy and disgusting. The exterior was dirty with random socks and trash in hallways and staircases. The “breakfast” was packets of oatmeal. The replaced our towels one morning and not the next. Cable didn’t work on television. There were shady people lurking around (guy sitting in his car each night near the dumpster).

Being renovated. Rooms were nasty. The contractors worked on the room next to me until 2:30 A M. I got no sleep. Overall the place was unkept. Breakfast was a joke. You should never send anyone there. 😔😔😔😔😔😔

Absolutely filthy throughout!! Traveling at night and it was the last room available in the area so It had to do. Filthy bathroom floors filthy counter and I'll keep it clean but just say also filthy toilet!! Trash and old mattresses strewn around the courtyard probably 15 mattresses!! I can't believe Super 8 even being a bargain chain would allow a place to operate like this!

I do understand and agree that this is a budgeting hotel and I paid very little amount for the stay. However, the location is not clean at all, I saw bugs, hairs and dirty towels, etc.

Cleanliness is terrible. Floors dirty. Bathroom with mildew and very dirty. Towels were not appropriate, like they were not laundered. Beds had bed bugs and I ended up with a lot of bites. Smells bad.

Should be condemned. No one was staying there. We had to leave and stay elsewhere. The bedding was gross, smelled, bathroom and sink area was not cleaned well. The towels weren’t even folded properly. Dead roach! And the whole outer property is falling apart. Lobby was smelly and the carpet was ripped and not clean… the worst I’ve ever been to. Can’t even say their empty parking lot was nice.

The rooms were not clean. At all. The sheets had ‘stains’ on them. The covers had burn holes in them. The bath tubs were not cleaned……Hair, bugs and stains. The towels were moist. We didn’t even bother going to the breakfast after the status of the rooms.

Please avoid at all costs. The first room we were given the tub was all dirty. When we went to tell the staff they didn't seem to care. We were then given another room that was dirty, the sheets were not clean and one had blood on the comforter.

Nice structure from the outside, they gave us room number 110, a terrible smell, dirty, the bedspread all dirty and greasy, the pillowcases smelled, there was still food residue in the microwave, bottle caps on the floor, dust, insects, the terrible bathroom. the manager of the facility was never found. a terrible experience and we were unable to contact and speak to the manager for a possible refund. very bad.

Without question the filthiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The first room I was given, the bathroom stunk of sewage so bad I had to keep the door shut. The room was dusty. The blanket had several cigarette burns in it. The mattress was so old the top half of it was concave. The second room I had there was a dirty washcloth on the towel rack in the shower. The blanket was so filthy I stripped it off the bed and took it to the front desk and demanded a new one. The towels & washcloths were so dingy I went to Walmart and bought my own. This place is a health hazard!

Super 8 was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We were only there for 8 hours but it was the worst 8 hours of my life. It was dirty, it smelled, shower wouldn’t turn off, dead bugs, and just overall awful.

The room was dirty. Bugs were everywhere. Water pressure at sink was almost non-existent. Extremely difficult to turn on shower. Tub was so slippery that it was difficult to stand up without falling. No ice available. No shampoo. The main light switch did not work. I will never stay at another Super 8.

The staff was okay except when the tv didn’t work I stopped back to the office about getting it fixed. I was told they would send someone up soon. Came back and I was told no one came. I called three times twice being hung up on and the third they answered it. Told me they would send someone up. Never seen anyone. Now that’s what you call service then try to charge me for misc. I will never go back.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a joke! The waffle maker and cereal was it - nothing else. The OJ machine unplugged, no fruit, no bread, no yogurt, no butter for the waffles, no bowls for the cereal, no napkins, no creamer, only real sugar, no substitutes. Pretty sad…

The room was the worst experience I’ve had. In hotels. The bed covers had small rips and the bed didn’t look made. The bathroom tub had water floating up with the hair of the next rooms’s occupant. When it was time to take a bath, the water was filling up the bathtub as I was taking a bath. It was so messy. The occupants of the other rooms had a beer party right in front of my door and sleeping was near impossible. Lastly the heater did not work and I had to wear layers of my clothes to sleep. I don’t think I will be a repeat customer.

Everything was clean, but it really need some updates to make it more appealing! There was no tissues, the bathroom really needed renovated. It just needed freshened up. But it was nice and clean and staff seemed real nice

Worse hotel ever. There was noise coming from two rooms until 2 am and no management to tell them to quiet down. Very loud. Only half roll toilet paper.

Mattresses were worn out,pillows were so flat that they didn’t matter. It may have been handicapped accessible,but it wasn’t handicapped usable, shower toilet and sink were not wheelchair accessible. Would not recommend

It's an average Hotel. Room is nice but Air conditioner is making so much noise specially in the night time.Cleanliness is ok. They didn't provide any towels .

The staff was okay except when the tv didn’t work I stopped back to the office about getting it fixed. I was told they would send someone up soon. Came back and I was told no one came. I called three times twice being hung up on and the third they answered it. Told me they would send someone up. Never seen anyone. Now that’s what you call service then try to charge me for misc. I will never go back.

The room was cleaned, smelled nice, and was all around a pleasant stay. The hotel is a bit older and you can see the wear in certain areas, but nothing Ihaven't seen before. The man at the service desk was polite and showed me how to get to my room. It was a great stay!

Very nice experience. From the cheerful night clerk checking us in to the fully renovated room and absolute dream for a mattress….great nights sleep…fresh waffles and juice for our breakfast and now we’re ready to hit the road. Don’t let the negative reviews or low star ratings scare you we’re so glad we booked here.

Nice structure from the outside, they gave us room number 110, a terrible smell, dirty, the bedspread all dirty and greasy, the pillowcases smelled, there was still food residue in the microwave, bottle caps on the floor, dust, insects, the terrible bathroom. the manager of the facility was never found. a terrible experience and we were unable to contact and speak to the manager for a possible refund. very bad.

Worse hotel ever. There was noise coming from two rooms until 2 am and no management to tell them to quiet down. Very loud. Only half roll toilet paper.

Totally different from the picture. Room, washroom all are dirty when we open the fridge the previous customer leftover food was there. When we ask the staff about iron they misbehave with us because we have an event to attend unfortunately we prefer to stay the whole time in side the car and didn’t stay at the hotel. Now I want my money back!

They really should invest in new bedspreads. Ours had one large burn holes in it & several small ones. Big room for breakfast & I asked the day before if this was just dry cereal, they said, "Oh, no, there is waffles & stuff". Well, we could not find "the stuff" & the waffle batter was all gone & so was the orange juice when we arrived at 8:30. They were suppose to be open from 6-9. May use again because of the price & the location, but only if necessary.

Staff was very nice. They are in the middle of remodeling I believe. Cleanliness was average. I didn’t feel too comfortable as there were different people hanging around and in the dining area that were not guests.

The price was awesome $68. The Holiday Inn right next-door was over $200. I'm not picky so if you're picky person I would not stay there but I just traveled seven hours and was tired. The bed was comfy air conditioner worked that's all I cared about room for fairly clean, got to watch a little TV and relax, no real surrounding noise they had a pool but I didn't use it since I got there late night. I would stay there again

The hotel is good for mostly single travellers and for a short stay. The hotel is just okay and the breakfast is nothing but oats, cereal, waffles and coffee. We only took coffee. Overall it wasn't anything bad but just fine. The staff tried to help and was courteous. It is very close to the University and food options so was good for me for the graduation weekend.

Room furnishings were updated but the bathroom and fridge were moldy and disgusting. The exterior was dirty with random socks and trash in hallways and staircases. The “breakfast” was packets of oatmeal. The replaced our towels one morning and not the next. Cable didn’t work on television. There were shady people lurking around (guy sitting in his car each night near the dumpster).

That it was clean, convenient, and quiet. Im from Toledo, Ohio and come here to Williamsburg to see my mom in the nursing home and this hotel was also affordable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a joke! The waffle maker and cereal was it - nothing else. The OJ machine unplugged, no fruit, no bread, no yogurt, no butter for the waffles, no bowls for the cereal, no napkins, no creamer, only real sugar, no substitutes. Pretty sad…

There were no parking spaces available near our room and we had to park on the other side of the hotel. We asked for first floor room and got a second floor room that smelled like smoke throughout. The microwave and TV did not work. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. We ask staff for extra towels but never received any. No breakfast items including coffee tea or juice. This is by far the worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in.

No glasses in the room; the bathroom remodel was a disaster of atrocious workmanship, poor housekeeping, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even show up at the desk when we arrived at 5PM. For breakfast there was a sign in the "breakfast room" that coffee (1 luke warm thermos) was in the lobby(?!?) There was a waffle machine and nothing else; no bread, muffins or pastry nor any juices. The bed was lumpy and the sheets were scratchy. Wyndham should get rid of that franchise location immediately Apparantly any significant upgrade to this 1960s S-8 was confined to the lobby.

The last visitors soap was still in the shower (thought that was kind of gross) and no toilet paper was left in the room. Staff was fine to deal with. I guess you get what you pay for!

The bed was dirty, pillow cases were not clean and smelled terrible, bath tub was dirty. Did not have toilet paper, no towels only 2 hand towels one of which had rat feces on it. The microwave did not have a turn table and was filthy. When I asked for the bed to be changed they handed me the linens and had to change it my self. it was a terrible place to stay. The pictures on the website were very deceiving to say the least.

Parking was easy. Attendant that checks in very pleasant we checked in fairly late. We were tired. We got to the room toilet paper was pretty much empty no sparrow rolls no spare anything in the room one trashcan for the room which includes the bathroom at the front door refrigerator had half drink Coke that look like it’s been in there for months you turned it over and it was hard for your freezer and ice on it but refrigerator didn’t seem cold at all. We didn’t notice in the morning when we got up, but there were Kleenexes all up and down the side of the bed between the wall and the bed toward the bathroom. Looks like somebody had a bad cold or something. It sounded like water running all night. Not in our room, but the one next to us seemed to be the case when we ran into the person in the next morning, he said he couldn’t stop it. Bathroom and a hotel is very old. Probably should not be serving the public I walked down probably a couple hundred feet to get the toilet paper and it was cold outside snowing and icy. The phone was disconnected. I had trouble getting it. Reconnected to call the front desk. The only thingI worked really well was the heater. Around the soap container it looked like it had mold in the shower. We went to breakfast the next morning there was none. There was an empty pancake dispenser. Nothing to drink. The lady on the desk was Mohr watching her TV show and taking care no bread no drinks nothing Wyndham needs to dump this one. A waste of money.

Stayed here over night for a funeral, got in late and had kids with me. The bathroom had pipes broke with the water constantly running (not just a drip). There was food left in refrigerator. Bathroom shower wasn’t clean. The floor was so dirty the kids feet were black.
