The room with great sea view and easy to access the beach. Safe nice neighborhood . the hotel is nice and elegant designed. We have booked the hotel restaurant which has Mediterranean cuisine. The food was absolutely amazing but the service was terrible! the whole staff team were lack of professionalism. 1:too many interruptions by different staff to ask if everything ok while we having conversation 2: giving dessert menu as soon as we finished entree, 3.never cleaned bread crumbs on table for whole time 4 Never introduced the food , its not very fair for the chef 5 when we get dessert menu the waiter only give one menu to my husband told him “this one and this one not available “ then rushed off totally ignored me . rude and disrespectful to women. I was one actually ordering dessert. .

Amazing stay, beautiful venue, kind staff, restaurant's in hotel are amazing & get a room with a terrace - it wont disappoint! 😭😍 Only things to comment on are, the AC didnt work properly, the room service was a bit inconsistent & I ordered an airport shuttle service through reception & the driver never came. 🙃 Still a fantastic stay & I will forsure be coming back when im in Casablanca again!

Had a really nice stay here, only problems were that the AC didn’t seem to fully cool the room and was either off or at 100%

Terrible expérience pour la rapport qualité prix! Chambre avec porte fenêtre qui ferme mal, terriblement humide, la porte de douche ferme pas bien donc attendez vous à avoir une piscine dans la salle de bain, je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude et ensuite le pommeau a été monté à l’envers. L’insonorisation est mauvaise, le week end le son techno du roof top fait trembler l’établissement entier, et cerise sur le gâteau: l’ascenseur est en panne à 5h du matin pour le check out et les portes d’issus de secours verouillees!! Obligé d’attendre 20mn pour que quelqun se déplace uniquement au premier étage… également se faire refuser l’entrée du bar car on porte un short. Bref j’en passe, dépensez votre argent ailleurs!
