Street parking only, and street to the place was closed for road construction. The building was not marked, so not easily found. TV in the room did not work, and reached out to facility number several times with no response. Room was tiny! Would not recommend for a couple.

I like the property’s styling and decor. Seemed to be a lot to do that was walkable. The room was not clean and there were other persons belongings in the room. There is zero concierge or anyone available to help out. No access to any type of bottled water or snacks. Note to hotel- please have cleaning staff look thoroughly in the room for things. Found a pair of men’s joggers under the couch, pills inside the couch, a folder filled with someone’s personal work information and health information in the nightstand. And there was no Marshall speaker in the room as advertised.

I liked the beds and the layout of the room. The area was quite nice, great restaurants around. I didn't like the smell of wine and musk in the hotel, the walls were thin so I heard a lot of loud obscene things (I'm usually not that bothered by these things but it was more than uncomfortable) absolutely no sound proofing I'll tell you that. The restaurant played music rather loudly, not too late at night though. Someone had their netflix login left on the TV after I shut off the horror movie style music playing on it. There were bodily fluid stains on the chairs that I don't think come out. I want to say I loved this hotel but for the price it's unfortunate I stayed out for 10 hours just to avoid going back to it. It's beautiful but the energy, noises, smells and stains ruined the experience. All in all, don't stay here unless you are going to be away from the hotel for the majority of your trip. Or if you're comfortable in weird creepy environments.

Nice hotel, there is no staff so when you need help you have the kiosk as your onky option or a phone number. The smell is suspicious, like too much perfume to cover up something. We notcied water damage on the door frame in our bathroom from swelling and water damage, which probably has mold. The toilet flush is INSANE so we didnt flush at night as to not wake up everyone else on the planet. The inside is pretty, but our window opened up to a knot of power cords. BUT its Denver so...

BEWARE. The other reviews are right. Our room had a ANNOYINGLY LOUD air conditioning unit that DOES NOT LET YOU SLEEP. When I received my receipt, they OVERCHARGED my daily room rate. Total is $190 OVER and receipt states higher room rates, so it's not additional fees, deposits, or incidentals of any kind. This is a GLORIFIED AIR BNB with instagram marketing. Nothing more. That nice picture of the lobby, it's the restaurant, not a common area. I've stayed at "self-managed" hotels before but was always able to get someone on the phone if there was an issue. Service here is essentially non-existent unless you can find the person that works in the restaurant that also works at the "hotel", or if you speak Spanish and communicate with the cleaning staff. (Who were very nice.) If you try to reach the property number, NO ONE ANSWERS. If you try to reach them via chat, aside from the morning of my check-in, (the restaurant girl was there) NO ONE ANSWERS. I tried Expedia, and they CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THE HOTEL. On their website, their "support" link DOES NOT WORK. As for the AC unit, you figure no big deal, just turn it off. YOU CAN'T TURN IT OFF! If the basic role of a hotel room is to sleep in at night, this place is an ABSOLUTE FAILURE.

Stayed in the pioneer suite. It was perfect for our big family. The 20ft ceilings made the room feel huge. The teenagers loved the rainfall shower and le labo toiletries. I appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. Even though it doesn’t operate like a traditional hotel with a front lobby the folks at the restaurant are willing to help with whatever questions you have. A microwave in the room would be helpful but other than that, the space is very well equipped and beautiful. Would highly recommend.

We booked last minute so I understand that there was limited availability. We were told there was a mini refrigerator and there wasn’t. Nowhere to put your toiletries that we brought. The chairs where uncomfortable.

This is a no-service hotel. Check yourself in and out. No real front desk. That’s considered a downside for some, but we didn’t mind it. And actually, the room was so beautifully and tastefully decorated (high ceilings - on the third floor, really great black out curtains on these cool bunk beds that the kids absolutely loved, great finishes on all the bathroom/bedroom, etc).

This is a no-service hotel. Check yourself in and out. No real front desk. That’s considered a downside for some, but we didn’t mind it. Beautiful property, in a unique location above a boutique restaurant. Rooms are well appointed, with interesting furnishings and a fun design aesthetic. Walls between the rooms are thin. The overhead HVAC units are about as noisy as an airplane landing and run constantly trying to cool the room. So difficult to sleep without earplugs.

Really cool place in a great location – – close to downtown while enjoying quieter, neighborhood amenities and fun spots in Highlands. The amenities were good – – including the bed and towels, etc. but the lighting was pretty dim, especially in the bathroom sink area, and the rain showerhead was hard to deal with. The HVAC was pretty noisy so we opted for open windows-- fine to do in October, but not so much if it were super hot or cold out.

The sheet were clean and the bed was comfy but the walls are thin and the tv is a pain to use. The refrigerator was loud aswell. In general it seemed like this was a hotel made on a budget but with the hopes of charging more for then it’s worth.

Great little spot in the highlands! Self checkin only, but worked well and only took about two minutes. Room was exceptionally clean, and AC was excellent on a hot summer day. Many coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk!

I received the email stating check in until 11:00, but if it will be after 11:00, text the number and arrangements can be made and if I needed anything, text that number for help. Both kiosks gave me errors when putting in my card for incidentals, (I tried 3 good, valid cards on both kiosks),and neither worked. It was around 11:30 and I texted the number with no response until around noon the following day. We have 3 small kids, so made other arrangements. What a disappointing first impression and major inconvenience. The GM did reach out the next day (around noon), and told me what they got from the 3rd party (hotel.com) would be refunded. So I’m out hundreds in service fees along with the inconvenience. I can’t see my family trying that again.

I love this hotel. We have stayed here before and I booked this again for our anniversary. I received a pre-check in text and needed clarification on our reservation so I responded but never got an answer back. Then I realized that the room was booked for the wrong night. I have been trying to reach them for 10 days now and have not gotten a response on any platform. I have called multiple numbers, texted, emailed, Messaged on the app, reached out via Instagram and Expedia has also been trying to contact them for five days now, all with no acknowledgment that anyone has even received a message. This is a hotel where you check in at a kiosk and there is no front desk. I have no idea what would've happened if this was an emergency situation situation. The communication is absolutely horrible and it makes me so sad because I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel again. I would avoid Life House hotels in general because of their lack of communication.

Gives the feel and toiletries of a luxury hotel but still pretty affordable and sooo cute/cozy! The staff responded quickly to any questions I had and check in process was a breeze.

Great little spot in the highlands! Self checkin only, but worked well and only took about two minutes. Room was exceptionally clean, and AC was excellent on a hot summer day. Many coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk!

The rooms here are stunning and spacious so if that's what you are looking for stay here! Also the restaurant downstairs was the best meal I've ever had in my life. It's a bit disconnected from Denver so you will have to Uber most places. There is one restaurant food combo across the street but the nearest coffee shop is a 10-minute walk. Just something to keep in mind if you are looking for a place that is convenient to things. There was also an incident where a random person was sleeping on the sofa in the hallway one night. So there could be some safety upgrades made since there is no staff onsite at this property except for housekeeping.

Wonderful stay. Loved the decor and overall vibe of the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Loved the easy kiosk check-in! Could be a little noisy at times, but that doesn’t bother me. Perfect location.

Really cool place in a great location – – close to downtown while enjoying quieter, neighborhood amenities and fun spots in Highlands. The amenities were good – – including the bed and towels, etc. but the lighting was pretty dim, especially in the bathroom sink area, and the rain showerhead was hard to deal with. The HVAC was pretty noisy so we opted for open windows-- fine to do in October, but not so much if it were super hot or cold out.

Stayed in the pioneer suite. It was perfect for our big family. The 20ft ceilings made the room feel huge. The teenagers loved the rainfall shower and le labo toiletries. I appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. Even though it doesn’t operate like a traditional hotel with a front lobby the folks at the restaurant are willing to help with whatever questions you have. A microwave in the room would be helpful but other than that, the space is very well equipped and beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay here!! It was clean and super easy to check in and out! The lower Highlands was a really nice area with lots of dining options walking distance. Really safe area and overall amazing

Just in Denver for an overnight for family event and arrived and was treated with welcome reception and service. They had left a bottle of wine in our room due to a mildly broken shade - appreciated the anticipatory service that did indeed extend into the restaurant. Had dinner after long day and restaurant the had a great dinner and again service was friendly and very courteous.

We have stayed before and never had the fan issue. The fan comes on frequently and it is REALLY loud - loud enough to wake you from sleep. Also, too many emails checking in on you. When I saw the final bell it was $250 less than I was charged months ago from Hotels.com. Not sure why and I don't see any sign of a credit. not sure if that is a Hotels.com issue or a Gravity Haus issue. All in all, it was convenient to what we were doing, but would not want the same room again with the fan issues.
