From my 8 year old: Its very nice and clean. Nice pool and breakfast area. The staff are very nice.They have a nice gym thats cool I loved it. We came to this hotel after being turned away by another area hotel that had overbooked and did not have a room for us. We arrived here at 9:30 on a Friday night with 2 children and a senior citizen. The. man working the front desk was so welcoming and kind. We were pleased with everything about our stay. The room was large and comfortable. The pool was very clean and never crowded. They saved our weekend!

The only thing great about this place was it was quiet. When we walked in the loft was dirty. The floor in the kitchen was filthy, the dinning table was dirty it had crumbs. They walked in our room twice without knocking. The last day of our stay we felt rushed they walked in our room at 10:45 am when check out is at 12. There was no propane for the grill. Breakfast was great!

Stayed 3 nights. Super friendly professional staff. Grounds very well kept. Room very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room was close to the highway but the soundproofing in this facility is excellent! The pool was clean, well managed and comfortable and so was the grill/picnic area. Very pet friendly. We used the laundry room too and it was perfect for our needs. Would stay here again for sure.

Very smelly musty room. Had to buy air freshners to try to handle the smell. The room was a good size. Paid more for this hotel because all the pictures showed a basketball court. The court is no longer there. Marriott you can do better than this hotel.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, gym was small, nice and clean. My only complaint is that we requested cleaning twice and no one came. They did provide towels upon request

Great to have an indoor pool where the kids could play together. The breakfast had plenty of options. Overall this was a good place to stay for a baseball tournament.

Staff here is the nicest I have run into in all my travels. The pool and patio area is well maintained and spotless. The outdoor grill was a great touch and allowed us to have a team cookout as the girls were swimming.

I have to say I may not have given a poor review-despite the issues-if I didn’t feel like I was blown off at check out. When we first entered our room I went to close the door and noticed many ants on the inside. There was a piece of food not swept up and they were all over. Ok- I cleaned it up. Then I noticed the kitchen floor not really clean, and the shower floor was not clean. There was urine on the bottom of the toilet not wiped up as well. I still did not complain to anyone. In the morning, I went to throw away a napkin on the desk, and the napkin and desk was covered in ants! My daughter was sleeping right next to this desk! I know it’s just ants, but come on. I don’t like to complain, and did not want to have a confrontation because I understand everybody has a job to do. But when I checked out, I mentioned my concerns, and I was told sorry I know this is what happens with outdoor rooms. ?! Then was told oh you pre-paid I have no receipt have a good day and nothing else. She was friendly enough, but did not seem to take my concern seriously. My daughter and husband were still in the room, and in seconds after I checked out, somebody came right into the room to clean. I have never seen that before! I assume it was because they were told there were ants, so they had them go right in, but they felt very rushed. The cleaners actually waited outside the door, and when my husband opened it they said, are you done now? Please contact me to discuss further

Had to ask twice to get the room serviced. It was suppose to be every two days. I had to get towels on day 3 and ask for a service. When the room was serviced the soap bar was not replaced or a new one left. The hand towels were not replaced and when I went to the front desk they didn't have any. The for have not been vacuumed in 6 days.

The room was gross, there was urine left in the toilet. The room had a disgusting smell. I was there with my son because of a baseball game and outside our room, there was a huge group of people smoking weed. Even our room smelled like weed. I will never stay there again. If we hadn’t gotten in so late and have to leave early for the next game, I would have gone somewhere else. The staff was great but the place was gross.

Kitchen was adequate, enough for what we needed. We never did have cleaning services. We had to request it at the front desk and then they came when we were just ready to take showers. They did come with clean towels the night before we left.

1st room was dirty 311 dirty dishes left in drawer something dirty dried up on the side of the fridge, shower head was moldy shower wasn’t cleaned well. 2nd 1014 bed sheets were so thin should been throw away, bed had blonde hair and random paper in sheets. Pull out bed mattress was stained from top to bottom, old food was left in the corners of the pull out sofa!! Ridiculous for the amount of money I spent! I was waiting for a return phone call but I haven’t heard back!

Fleas were found in one of the beds and the room had a funky stuffy smell. Average cleanliness. Only positive - breakfast was great! Over priced for this type of experience- thank goodness we only stayed for one night- no choice no other room available. No refunds or credits was ridiculous, hotel blamed Expedia for not being able to give us any credits back.

The location was excellent for the purpose of our trip. The room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that accommodated our family perfectly. We were able to be in 1 place (no adjoining rooms). We will definitely come back.

The room was very spacious, with a separate downstairs master suite and upstairs loft bedroom/bath. The staff was very accommodating to any need we had and checked on us throughout our stay. Our only "complaint" was that the breakfast was either soggy or hars but they did have a wide selection. We would definitely stay again with our family.

I have been staying here over past 10 years on my trips; however this time the HVAC unit was very noisy and disrupted my sleep. The noise is not something the cleaning crew/ staff would have missed. I notified the front desk. Everything else was great. I will stay again considering it as an isolated event for now.

Overall, very reasonable hotel. Safe and clean. But it was quite loud as it was right next to interstate 91. If I stayed here again, I would ask for one of the units away from the highway.

The hotel and my room were Good, i had to switch rooms because the deadbolt lock wouldn't close. Only to go to a new room that the deadbolt didn't close either. I had to wedge a chair against the door. They said maintenance left for the day and would come by in the morning but no one came by. There wasn't any dish detergent or dish sponge in the room to vlean the dishes.I was told someone would bring these items to me, but no one did. When I called the front desk they said the person left for the day, and he was the only person on the clock so he couldn't leave the front desk. At this point I waited until the morning to go and get the cleaning supplies. I spoke to the manager at checkout and she said she would compensate me with points. I did not get any additional points on my BonVoy account up to this point.

I liked the floor plan of the units as well as the buildings, liked the accessibility of parking, easy access to the highway. The front desk staff was not very friendly or even warm to guests, although the checkin process was easy that’s because of the technology, not because of the interaction with the staff. I asked if the sofa bed was made up as there was 2 people and the young lady said there should be bedding in the closet, if it’s not there come back and get some, good customer care would say we don’t make up the sofa beds but here is the bedding especially since it was 29degrees outside. Upon check out I asked for a receipt and was told because I booked thru a 3rd party I have to get it from them. I have worked in the travel industry for over 25 years and find this type of customer service to be very unacceptable.

I liked the floor plan of the units as well as the buildings, liked the accessibility of parking, easy access to the highway. The front desk staff was not very friendly or even warm to guests, although the checkin process was easy that’s because of the technology, not because of the interaction with the staff. I had the worse exoerience ever. Outside of the many complaints placed regarding housekeeling, the constant clogging of the bathroom sink and bathtub. The AGM Mike canceled my second reservation without explanation. When i asked, i was met with rude and dismissive customer service. The AGM lied about there being a 48 hour reentry policy for the property. When asked to see the policy he refused and called the police on me. He abused his power and weaponized the police against ne vecause i am a black woman. Completely disgusting behavior. The ,

The hold on our card was almost triple the cost of our stay. We ended up having to call in the police and file a claim for fraudulent charges to get the over draft from the hotel returned to our account. The staff was unwilling to help with the charges. We did not have enough money to feed our children dinner the last night of our stay. Knowing this was due their error the staff did not as much as offer a free snack to them. (thankfully we had some in our vehicle). Thanks to our banks help we got our funds back less what they were owed. We had to go to the desk to get towels. No room service. Got a room with a small kitchen, no cutting board, no pans, no oil, no salt and pepper. Unable to use this feature. Staff was ready to have us leave before we had even had the breakfast buffet. No housekeeping for towels but ready to kick us out without resolving the over charge.

I enjoyed my stay and was happy to be off the beaten path. The property is on a beautiful tree-lined street and felt like a home away from home. Suite's kitchen was well-stocked w plates, utensils and kitchen basics. Breakfast was warm and a nice assortment of food. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful!

From the moment I arrived, I could tell the Residence Inn Windsor staff was exceptional! I was greeted warmly, accommodated entirely and the rooms were big and spacious. Further, I had cleaning service every day! A hidden jewel of a hotel 5 minutes away from Bradley Airport. I'll definitely stay there again.

The deadbolt on the door did not work, so we pulled the desk in front of it at night. The included breakfast was advertised as being available on Sunday until 9:30, but when we went at 9:10 there were no plates, no bagels, bread, or English muffins, and other limited options. When this was mentioned to the desk staff, we got an eye-roll, a sigh, and one plate.

The room was very spacious, with a separate downstairs master suite and upstairs loft bedroom/bath. The staff was very accommodating to any need we had and checked on us throughout our stay. Our only "complaint" was that the breakfast was either soggy or hars but they did have a wide selection. We would definitely stay again with our family.

Room was bilevel on 2nd floor. Very well stocked and comfortable. A few annoyances- tv didnt work in the living room (but there were 2 others), and the shampoo container was empty. The breakfast was very good and staff there was very friendly.

Two issues that effected our stay 1. The unit door was terribly difficult to open. The latch would not open with quite significant force being applied. This was true entering and exiting. At times we were concerned we might not be able to get out! 2. This was annoying but funny. After arriving and getting settled in for a 1/2 hour, we decided to hit the bed. After getting comfortable, there was a knock in the door, 3-5 raps. I responded, “we’re in here, occupied”. Not the person unlocked the door and started to enter anyway! As we were in bed, this felt quite a violation of privacy and was momentarily scary. I yelled again, and the door was closed. After another minute, the person knocked loudly again. I responded, coming”!!! I had to get dressed before opening the door tp see what was this all about. While dressing, yet another knock! Now we’re worried that something is seriously wrong. I yell again, I’m coming! Finally I get to the door, open it, to find a young man, perhaps early 20’s, who reached out to hand me a dish towel, and the parting words, “have a blessed day”! Really? All that for a dish towel?? Very bizarre, inappropriate, and created both a laugh and interrupted intimate moment.
