Clean comfortable room, walking distance from center.

First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus.

Prinzipiell ein sehr nettes und sauberes Hotel in halbwegs guter Lage, das jedoch einige Tücken aufweist. Unser Zimmer befand sich im fünften Stock. Da das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt, sind die oberen Zimmer für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung ungeeignet. Zudem hatten wir morgens – wenn vermutlich viele Gäste gleichzeitig duschen – kein Wasser mehr. Das ist äußerst unangenehm, wenn man bereits eingeseift unter der Dusche steht. Auch der zu kleine Frühstücksraum war zeitweise so überfüllt, dass man auf einen freien Platz warten musste.

Personnel tres agréable et l’établissement est neuf confortable est bien aménagé. Sa localisation permet d’aller en centre ville à pieds facilement ou de prendre les transports en commun selon l’envie.
