What a fantastic hotel. Super clean, comfortable, delicious food (not very warm as the dining space has aircon but there’s a microwave) lovely bar staff, clean pool (albeit cold), super close to the sea.

Wir sind Mitte Oktober zu dritt mit vierjährigem Kind gereist. Alle Bereiche des Hotels waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal immer sehr nett. Es gab tagsüber Angebote für Kinder und abends Minidisco, was den Kindern viel Spaß bereitet hat. Ebenso gab es jeden Abend im Anschluss Unterhaltung für Erwachsene/Familien im Barbereich. Hatte man daran kein Interesse und wollte sich abends auf dem Zimmer/Balkon aufhalten, so wurde man vom Abendprogramm auch nicht gestört, wie in manch anderen Hotels in welchen das Abendprogramm draußen stattfindet. In ca. 3 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß befindet sich ein kostenfreier und weitläufiger Parkplatz, welchen wir gerne genutzt haben. Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es an jeder zweiten Straßenecke. Das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abend war allerdings immer sehr umfangreich und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas (auch Vegetarier), sodass wir kaum Bedarf hatten uns zusätzlich selbst zu versorgen. Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend, einzig die Zimmereinrichtung (insbesondere die Betten) waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren etwas weich/durchgelegen. Der Außen- und Innenpool war für unser Empfinden trotz 22-25 Grad Außentemperatur leider zu kalt um diese Jahreszeit.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings sind in der Unterkunft überwiegend Familien anzutreffen. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte lieber auf andere Hotels ausweichen. Die Bar abends hat bis 24 Uhr auf, leckere und preiswerte Drinks. Das hat uns auch gut gefallen. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war auch sehr schön.

Excellent service. Room very comfy and adequate for our needs. All inclusive food and drink first class. Only negative comment I would say is STOP people from saving sun beds at 7.30am! Or get some more. About 15 min pleasant walk into town. Lots of Nice restaurants.

De ontvangst was super! De baliemedewerkster was zeer vriendelijk en ik kon eerder in mijn kamer dan de reguliere inchecktijd. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was fijn en zeer rustgevend; ik keek uit op het pijnbomenbos. Ik mis de geur van de pijnbomen en het geluid van de krekels nu al! De hotelmedewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hebben mij zeer welkom laten voelen tijdens mijn verblijf. Het hotel is voorzien van een zwembad, gym, spa en bar/restaurant/ontbijt. De ligging van het aparthotel is ook super! Dichtbij het bos en strand om lekker tot rust te komen, maar ook op loopafstand van de winkels, restaurants en entertainment in Cala Millor om daar de gezelligheid op te zoeken. Het aparthotel ligt op loopafstand van zowel de kleine strandsupermarktjes als de grotere supermarkten. De bushalte om naar andere plaatsjes te komen was ook dichtbij. Het uitchecken ging ook prima! Navraag gedaan bij de baliemedewerkster gezien ik zeer vroeg in de ochtend werd opgehaald, maar dit was geen probleem. De balie was de hele nacht bemand en de medewerkster had mijn vertrektijd genoteerd. De volgende ochtend verwachtte de baliemedewerker me al en verliep het uitchecken zeer soepel. Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Hipotels Bahía Grande en zou anderen zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven! :) Grote dank aan alle medewerkers van het hotel die mij zo welkom hebben laten voelen tijdens mijn verblijf.

The people are the most important part of this operation. We checked in with Rosa and we asked her for recommendations for beaches and restaurant's and she did a great job with recommendations. She should be a concierge! The property is clean with supermarkets within walking distance. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. We did only breakfast. The housekeeping staff was extremely courteous and they did a great job maintaining the property. The pool area is very nice and they serve lunch for purchase between 12:30-2:30. The beach is steps from the property and it’s beautiful! The rooms have a beautiful ocean view. The only thing is the rooms kitchens and bathrooms could use updates. All other amenities are beautiful. Parking was available safely on the street.

The hotel is in a great location for being between Cala Millor and Sa Coma, about 15-30 minutes walk into the centre of each resort and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area. A taxi into the Cala Millor centre is about 7€ if you did not want to walk. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good range of amenities. The only downsides we found were that pillows were quite firm, flat and uncomfortable and there was no light on the balcony. Poolside beds are fairly limited but this was not a problem for our stay. Beach towels can be rented with a fully refunded deposit. There is entertainment day and evening for children and adults. Lifeguard on duty during pool opening hours. The indoor pool is small and in need of some renovation but is nice to have, along with sauna. These are only open on bad weather days. The breakfast buffet is tasty and with a good variety and choice.

- Sehr angenehmes Hotel - Personal waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand - Animation für die Kinder vorhanden und sehr schön - Buffet war sehr vielfältig und ausreichend, für jeden was dabei gewesen Ein Manko gab es bei den Betten. Diese sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sicher schon etwas älter aber offensichtlich vor kurzem renoviert worden und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Alles wirkte sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick (Upgrade gegen Aufpreis bei Check-In) und das hatte sich auch wirklich gelohnt. Der Innenpool ist doch sehr klein und eher für Kinder geeignet, der Aussenpool machte einen guten Eindruck.

Es gab tagsüber Angebote für Kinder und abends Minidisco, was den Kindern viel Spaß bereitet hat. Ebenso gab es jeden Abend im Anschluss Unterhaltung für Erwachsene/Familien im Barbereich. Hatte man daran kein Interesse und wollte sich abends auf dem Zimmer/Balkon aufhalten, so wurde man vom Abendprogramm auch nicht gestört, wie in manch anderen Hotels in welchen das Abendprogramm draußen stattfindet. In ca. 3 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß befindet sich ein kostenfreier und weitläufiger Parkplatz, welchen wir gerne genutzt haben. Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es an jeder zweiten Straßenecke. Das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abend war allerdings immer sehr umfangreich und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas (auch Vegetarier), sodass wir kaum Bedarf hatten uns zusätzlich selbst zu versorgen. Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend, einzig die Zimmereinrichtung (insbesondere die Betten) waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren etwas weich/durchgelegen. Der Außen- und Innenpool war für unser Empfinden trotz 22-25 Grad Außentemperatur leider zu kalt um diese Jahreszeit.

The people are the most important part of this operation. We checked in with Rosa and we asked her for recommendations for beaches and restaurant's and she did a great job with recommendations. She should be a concierge! The property is clean with supermarkets within walking distance. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. We did only breakfast. The housekeeping staff was extremely courteous and they did a great job maintaining the property. The pool area is very nice and they serve lunch for purchase between 12:30-2:30. The beach is steps from the property and it’s beautiful! The rooms have a beautiful ocean view. The only thing is the rooms kitchens and bathrooms could use updates. All other amenities are beautiful. Parking was available safely on the street.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sicher schon etwas älter aber offensichtlich vor kurzem renoviert worden und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Alles wirkte sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick (Upgrade gegen Aufpreis bei Check-In) und das hatte sich auch wirklich gelohnt. Der Innenpool ist doch sehr klein und eher für Kinder geeignet, der Aussenpool machte einen guten Eindruck.

De ontvangst was super! De baliemedewerkster was zeer vriendelijk en ik kon eerder in mijn kamer dan de reguliere inchecktijd. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was fijn en zeer rustgevend; ik keek uit op het pijnbomenbos. Ik mis de geur van de pijnbomen en het geluid van de krekels nu al! De hotelmedewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hebben mij zeer welkom laten voelen tijdens mijn verblijf. Het hotel is voorzien van een zwembad, gym, spa en bar/restaurant/ontbijt. De ligging van het aparthotel is ook super! Dichtbij het bos en strand om lekker tot rust te komen, maar ook op loopafstand van de winkels, restaurants en entertainment in Cala Millor om daar de gezelligheid op te zoeken. Het aparthotel ligt op loopafstand van zowel de kleine strandsupermarktjes als de grotere supermarkten. De bushalte om naar andere plaatsjes te komen was ook dichtbij. Het uitchecken ging ook prima! Navraag gedaan bij de baliemedewerkster gezien ik zeer vroeg in de ochtend werd opgehaald, maar dit was geen probleem. De balie was de hele nacht bemand en de medewerkster had mijn vertrektijd genoteerd. De volgende ochtend verwachtte de baliemedewerker me al en verliep het uitchecken zeer soepel. Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Hipotels Bahía Grande en zou anderen zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven! :) Grote dank aan alle medewerkers van het hotel die mij zo welkom hebben laten voelen tijdens mijn verblijf.

The hotel is in a great location for being between Cala Millor and Sa Coma, about 15-30 minutes walk into the centre of each resort and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area. A taxi into the Cala Millor centre is about 7€ if you did not want to walk. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good range of amenities. The only downsides we found were that pillows were quite firm, flat and uncomfortable and there was no light on the balcony. Poolside beds are fairly limited but this was not a problem for our stay. Beach towels can be rented with a fully refunded deposit. There is entertainment day and evening for children and adults. Lifeguard on duty during pool opening hours. The indoor pool is small and in need of some renovation but is nice to have, along with sauna. These are only open on bad weather days. The breakfast buffet is tasty and with a good variety and choice.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt nicht schlecht, familiär. Sehr praktisch ist, dass das Zimmer aus zwei Räumen besteht und eine kleine Küche hat – in der Küche gibt es alles! Das Geschirr ist neu, es gibt Töpfe, Pfannen, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, einen Wasserkocher – alles in ausgezeichnetem Zustand! Es gibt sogar einen Korkenzieher! Der Nachteil für uns war das Essen – aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache! Es gibt wenig Auswahl an Speisen für Kinder, viele Gerichte sind bereits in Saucen, die wir zum Beispiel nicht essen. Aber wie gesagt, das ist Geschmackssache. Beim Einchecken hat uns das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen – seien Sie beim Buchen aufmerksam – der Blick aus dem Economy-Zimmer weicht stark von den Fotos ab – unter dem Balkon befindet sich eine belebte Straße und es ist sehr laut! Das Zimmer konnte erst nach 4 Tagen gewechselt werden. Das hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt, aber das Hotel war in den Ferien wirklich überlastet. Der Strand ist direkt beim Hotel, leider wird durch den Wind schwarze Algen angeschwemmt, sodass man nicht schwimmen kann. Man musste etwa 500 Meter weiter gehen, um einen sauberen Eingang zu finden. Das Hotel liegt am äußersten Rand von Cala Millor, wenn Sie Cafés, Restaurants und eine interessante Promenade suchen, finden Sie diese etwa in der Mitte.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and consider coming back. Friendly staff, nice and big room with small kitchen and nice balcony, only 2 minutes walk to the sea with a sandy beach, children animation in the morning and in the afternoon and in the evening, even in low season, breakfast and dinner buffet with a huge and changing variety in food. Something that was broken in the bathroom got fixed within 1hour. Close to a small nature area to go walking or for a run.

Excellent service. Room very comfy and adequate for our needs. All inclusive food and drink first class. Only negative comment I would say is STOP people from saving sun beds at 7.30am! Or get some more. About 15 min pleasant walk into town. Lots of Nice restaurants.

De ontvangst was super! De baliemedewerkster was zeer vriendelijk en ik kon eerder in mijn kamer dan de reguliere inchecktijd. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was fijn en zeer rustgevend; ik keek uit op het pijnbomenbos. Ik mis de geur van de pijnbomen en het geluid van de krekels nu al! De hotelmedewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hebben mij zeer welkom laten voelen tijdens mijn verblijf. Het hotel is voorzien van een zwembad, gym, spa en bar/restaurant/ontbijt. De ligging van het aparthotel is ook super! Dichtbij het bos en strand om lekker tot rust te komen, maar ook op loopafstand van de winkels, restaurants en entertainment in Cala Millor om daar de gezelligheid op te zoeken. Het aparthotel ligt op loopafstand van zowel de kleine strandsupermarktjes als de grotere supermarkten. De bushalte om naar andere plaatsjes te komen was ook dichtbij. Het uitchecken ging ook prima! Navraag gedaan bij de baliemedewerkster gezien ik zeer vroeg in de ochtend werd opgehaald, maar dit was geen probleem. De balie was de hele nacht bemand en de medewerkster had mijn vertrektijd genoteerd. De volgende ochtend verwachtte de baliemedewerker me al en verliep het uitchecken zeer soepel. The people are the most important part of this operation. We checked in with Rosa and we asked her for recommendations for beaches and restaurant's and she did a great job with recommendations. She should be a concierge! The property is clean with supermarkets within walking distance. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. We did only breakfast. The housekeeping staff was extremely courteous and they did a great job maintaining the property. The pool area is very nice and they serve lunch for purchase between 12:30-2:30. The beach is steps from the property and it’s beautiful! The rooms have a beautiful ocean view. The only thing is the rooms kitchens and bathrooms could use updates. All other amenities are beautiful. Parking was available safely on the street.

Beautiful hotel - steps from the beach. Nice quiet location. The room had a beautiful balcony, the food was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. I will stay here again when I go to Mallorca. The best Hipotel in Mallorca.

The hotel is in a great location for being between Cala Millor and Sa Coma, about 15-30 minutes walk into the centre of each resort and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area. A taxi into the Cala Millor centre is about 7€ if you did not want to walk. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good range of amenities. The only downsides we found were that pillows were quite firm, flat and uncomfortable and there was no light on the balcony. Poolside beds are fairly limited but this was not a problem for our stay. Beach towels can be rented with a fully refunded deposit. There is entertainment day and evening for children and adults. Lifeguard on duty during pool opening hours. The indoor pool is small and in need of some renovation but is nice to have, along with sauna. These are only open on bad weather days. The breakfast buffet is tasty and with a good variety and choice.

Wir sind Mitte Oktober zu dritt mit vierjährigem Kind gereist. Alle Bereiche des Hotels waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal immer sehr nett. Es gab tagsüber Angebote für Kinder und abends Minidisco, was den Kindern viel Spaß bereitet hat. Ebenso gab es jeden Abend im Anschluss Unterhaltung für Erwachsene/Familien im Barbereich. Hatte man daran kein Interesse und wollte sich abends auf dem Zimmer/Balkon aufhalten, so wurde man vom Abendprogramm auch nicht gestört, wie in manch anderen Hotels in welchen das Abendprogramm draußen stattfindet. In ca. 3 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß befindet sich ein kostenfreier und weitläufiger Parkplatz, welchen wir gerne genutzt haben. Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es an jeder zweiten Straßenecke. Das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abend war allerdings immer sehr umfangreich und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas (auch Vegetarier), sodass wir kaum Bedarf hatten uns zusätzlich selbst zu versorgen. Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend, einzig die Zimmereinrichtung (insbesondere die Betten) waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren etwas weich/durchgelegen. Der Außen- und Innenpool war für unser Empfinden trotz 22-25 Grad Außentemperatur leider zu kalt um diese Jahreszeit.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and consider coming back. Friendly staff, nice and big room with small kitchen and nice balcony, only 2 minutes walk to the sea with a sandy beach, children animation in the morning and in the afternoon and in the evening, even in low season, breakfast and dinner buffet with a huge and changing variety in food. Something that was broken in the bathroom got fixed within 1hour. Close to a small nature area to go walking or for a run.

Muy buenos días!! Acabamos de llegar de pasar unos días estupendos en familia,que decir del hotel,la amabilidad de los trabajadores,tanto en recepción,comedor,en el bar,toda gente muy amable y simpática!! La limpieza de l habitación estupenda teníamos habitación con vista y fue impresionante estuvimos en la 6 planta y lo que veíamos casa mañana era increíble!! La comida estupenda,variada y siempre había de todo para elegir..al tener todo incluido siempre tenías algo que comer y todo perfecto!! Si ahí que añadir algo malo,los horarios de comida y cena que eran muy pronto para nosotros los españoles que comemos mas tarde!! Pero bueno uno se acopla por unos días a esos horarios! Y tal vez el tema de la piscina interior se supone q ers climatizada y la verdad que está fría nada caliente y llena a tope de gente!! No es tan grande como aparece en las fotos pero para darte un baño está bien!! Lo importante que para pasar unos días en familia está estupendo,cerca de la playa,un paseo estupendo,unas rutas para caminar y ver el Castillo d’Amer preciosas vistas,vale la pena pasar unos días en este precioso hotel.

Very warm welcome on arrival. Room was clean, adequate to what we paid for. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. HB option was amazing! Food was very fresh , loads of option to cater for everyone including food intolerance (gluten free). Hotel location is good. It is slightly away from the most vibrant part but 10 min walk along the coast promenade is a you have to take. Indoor pool is fun, but much smaller than expected based on the online photos. Probably big enough for 1-2 families. Gym is very basic (2 bikes, 1 cross trainer and 1 running machine).
