This property is overrated in reviews. It is really loud with the entertainment at night, and the spa staff fall asleep during treatments. The beach is nice. We did not like the buffet, it is completely overrated.

Heel fijn personeel. Op het strand is een bar dat bij het hotel hoort. Je merkte dat er te weinig personeel was, dus je moest lang wachten om een bestelling door te geven en dan vervolgens te krijgen. Niet allemaal waren even vriendelijk daar. Het personeel op alle andere plekken waren super fijn en dachten goed mee. Avond eten was ook prettig met een klein kindje. Echt een aanrader!

I’ve had the most amazing stay and I cannot wait to come back! The staff is incredible, the views are breathtaking, the food is delicious and the facilities are modern with everything anyone could need. I enjoyed the spa (including a 90 min massage and gym session), and loved the outdoor pool and easy access to beach. What a gem - I cannot say enough amazing things about it.

This hotel was absolutely breathtaking and the service was unmatched! The beach view is stunning and offers easy beach accessibility, coupled with potential water activities. The breakfast buffet was really good and the pool bar also had great food and drinks. We did find that a lot of the excursions and restaurants we were most interested in were in Palma-- which is about an hour away--so we did commute a bit. But Pollenca also has great restaurants and we appreciated the slower, beach town vibes that the area surrounding the hotel offered!

The property was well managed and the staff were very friendly. The beach is only steps away. Its a small and secluded part of the island with a 15 min bus ride to nearby civilisation. Its a great place to just chill out. Good entertainment in the evenjng.

This resort is amazing. From the minute you arrive you are treated like very special guests. All staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and had great views over the pool and beach. Having pool service for food and drinks was fabulous. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was delicious and a huge variety.

Our stay was truly incredible! This was the best hotel we have yet to visit. Incredible location, pool is in a perfect spot, views remarkable. We stayed 5 nights, had room service for dinner, had the dinner buffet, and visited local restaurants, everything great! Breakfast buffet is top notch. Rented kayaks and stand up paddle boards, rented a beach cabana. This is the ultimate town for relaxation. Simply put, this is a hit! Can’t wait to come back to this heaven on earth.

An area that’s quieter and set away from the busyness of the some of the other towns. Great spot to unwind and enjoy the hotel as well as the beautiful beach across the street. Only issue that came up was some ants that found their way into the room to get the food left for us after arrival. The hotel’s solution was to spray the balcony and some of the indoor areas which took some time to vent out. Not ideal. Aside from this we had a very positive experience with good food, a great place to unwind and very friendly staff.

From the moment we arrived we got greeted in the driveway. The service was superb, property is clean and upkept, plenty of chairs at the pool, and breakfast had lots of options. We loved the atmosphere, calm and relaxing. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel can arrange taxi rides. I plan on coming back and staying longer next time. Thank you for a great first Mallorca experience.

The room was very nice, with nice terrace. Lots of local restaurants around. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruits and a large variety. We didn’t like that you had to sit at the same table every morning as they allocate you a table. The towels are old and not clean , have marks on it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was modern, clean, and in a very convenient location right beside a beautiful beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return! Highly recommended.

Great setting. I was dissapointed upon check in, though, because I had booked an ocean view balcony many months prior and got a crappy room. It was more of a terrace on the roof w barely any view. I ended up getting a slightly better room, but the staff was not very nice about it and argued that what I had was a balcony and ocean view. It was not. Great breakfast.

The property location on the beach was perfect. My only complaint was that every room actually doesn’t have the ocean view that the website says. I requested to change rooms for a better view on our second day because our first room had a view of a roof. The man who helped me seemed annoyed that I wanted to move. The second room had a beautiful view but they crammed too much furniture into the small space-and it made it hard to move around. Not sure why they needed so much furniture in the room. Having said this, I would definitely stay there again but would be more vigilant in my room selection. Food was okay and pool and pool service was great and they were very friendly.

Overall, a good stay. Pool area and beach are beautiful. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. Food was also very good. Most of the staff were amazing, however we did have an issue at the pool restaurant where the waiter cut us off mid sentence during our lunch order and demanded we say please and thank you. When we finished the order he rolled his eyes and muttered “a**hole”. Completely ruined the day and made it awkward for us. Our room was not very soundproof, we heard everything in the hallway and from the neighbouring rooms.

If I could rate Molins 10/5, I would. Our second time here and I can't fault it. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ALL have a balcony and that stunning sea view. The entire staff team make you feel welcome and loved. The food is amazing. We will return. Again.

Our second stay the hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent however the lack of amenities inside the room can be improved. And the bed arrangement is quite poor. 2 single beds attached does not equal double bed. Not friendly or suitable for couples.

The views, decor, services, staff, breakfast and entertain were fabulous. The staff go over and above to help you in anyway. We had an evening flight and also benefitted from the hotel providing a convenience room that we could use to shower after sunbathing by the pool all afternoon after we had checked out. Special thanks to Oscar on the front desk and Fran for assisting us within the foyer and room. We shall definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.

Great setting. I was dissapointed upon check in, though, because I had booked an ocean view balcony many months prior and got a crappy room. It was more of a terrace on the roof w barely any view. I ended up getting a slightly better room, but the staff was not very nice about it and argued that what I had was a balcony and ocean view. It was not. Great breakfast.

Overall, a good stay. Pool area and beach are beautiful. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. Food was also very good. Most of the staff were amazing, however we did have an issue at the pool restaurant where the waiter cut us off mid sentence during our lunch order and demanded we say please and thank you. When we finished the order he rolled his eyes and muttered “a**hole”. Completely ruined the day and made it awkward for us. Our room was not very soundproof, we heard everything in the hallway and from the neighbouring rooms.

This place was wonderful! So convenient being right across from the beach. We could go back and forth between the beach and the pool so easily. The view and staff were amazing! Fran, the young gentleman, was so kind, helpful, and always smiling.

We had the most wonderful stay at Grupotel Molins. We were greeted by the lovely Jaume at reception who was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in. There are too many lovely things about this hotel: - the three gorgeous coves nearby - the absolutely phenomenal, recently resurfaced tennis court with the world's best view! - the friendly and attentive staff - our suite overlooking the ocean which was ample and breathtaking - our excellent masseuse (i'm sorry to say I forgot his name) who helped my husband's hip flexor tenderness Not mentioned on hotels.com is the availability of a compact, but functional fitness room - which was a bonus! It is hard to fault this hotel but a lovely touch would have been the provision of daily water bottles as the heat was sweltering when we were there! However, we were able to refill ours from the gym's water filter so this was not an issue. Definitely will be coming back to this resplendent corner of Mallorca!

Fine if you were with small children. Went with my wife and we checked out early it was so bad. AC in room didn’t work, bathroom flooded all over the floor, said they were out of towels at the pool. Told us we could pay €5 for breakfast but it was actually €20. Staff was not helpful and lied multiple times

This hotel was absolutely breathtaking and the service was unmatched! The beach view is stunning and offers easy beach accessibility, coupled with potential water activities. The breakfast buffet was really good and the pool bar also had great food and drinks. We did find that a lot of the excursions and restaurants we were most interested in were in Palma-- which is about an hour away--so we did commute a bit. But Pollenca also has great restaurants and we appreciated the slower, beach town vibes that the area surrounding the hotel offered!

An area that’s quieter and set away from the busyness of the some of the other towns. Great spot to unwind and enjoy the hotel as well as the beautiful beach across the street. Only issue that came up was some ants that found their way into the room to get the food left for us after arrival. The hotel’s solution was to spray the balcony and some of the indoor areas which took some time to vent out. Not ideal. Aside from this we had a very positive experience with good food, a great place to unwind and very friendly staff.

The property was well managed and the staff were very friendly. The beach is only steps away. Its a small and secluded part of the island with a 15 min bus ride to nearby civilisation. Its a great place to just chill out. Good entertainment in the evenjng.

This hotel is lovely. It’s clean with good facilities and nice views of the beach. The area doesn’t have anything other than a few restaurants and supermarkets. These are all spread out so there’s no atmosphere. We had to get a taxi to pollensa where there are 2 lovely squares full of restaurants and shops. Getting a taxi back is not so easy though if it’s on an airport run day.

This property is in a serene area far from the action but the beach nearby is so beautiful you could spend a week here and still drive to the popular places on the island within an hour. We had a great time.

This property is overrated in reviews. It is really loud with the entertainment at night, and the spa staff fall asleep during treatments. The beach is nice. We did not like the buffet, it is completely overrated.

Delicious buffet Friendly staff Overlooking Beautiful turquoise cove But I will never book with Expedia again !!! The free changes is not true, you have to cancel and start a new reservation in order to make changes and in my case there was no room availability to do that so I had to pay for the first night despite arriving later do to a cancelled flight

This place is truly phenomenal. Food (which I only participated in the buffet) was incredible. I had a sirloin steak cooked to order with all of the prepared dishes being favourable and well cooked. Breakfast was the same. It was the best food I consumed over a 10 day trip which spanned Barcelona, Madrid and Mallorca and was comparative cheap. The drinks were top-class - I had a negroni which was delivered with smoked dry ice. There was musical entertainment both nights I stayed (one was three person Motown cover band which acquitted themselves quite well - I would pay to see them) Location was incredible - beach across the street, located in a quieter part of Mallorca. Multiple other beaches and hiking journeys that can be readily accessed and most tourist sites within reach. Strongly recommend renting a car, perhaps trying to do that in Barcelona (I took a L on this one with poor pre-planning) But best of all, the staff were outstanding and probably the best part of the visit (shout out to Nuno). Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, engaged and looked like they enjoyed their job. It was the most I had ever paid for a hotel to date but I have no regrets and go 20 out of 10 times

This place wasn’t great. The beds were very very hard, our AC didn’t work when we got to the hotel and when we tried to explain to the front desk, they told us a technician looked at it. Which isn’t true considering no one came to our room. The food was sub par especially for the price we paid. Everything felt like it was supermarket microwaveable food. Overall, it feels like a hotel that was recently renovated but the service quality and level didn’t match the aesthetic. Would not recommend.

This resort is amazing. From the minute you arrive you are treated like very special guests. All staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and had great views over the pool and beach. Having pool service for food and drinks was fabulous. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was delicious and a huge variety.

Our stay was truly incredible! This was the best hotel we have yet to visit. Incredible location, pool is in a perfect spot, views remarkable. We stayed 5 nights, had room service for dinner, had the dinner buffet, and visited local restaurants, everything great! Breakfast buffet is top notch. Rented kayaks and stand up paddle boards, rented a beach cabana. This is the ultimate town for relaxation. Simply put, this is a hit! Can’t wait to come back to this heaven on earth.

We booked a 3 night break and had a wonderful experience. The location is stunning- all rooms face the beautiful blue cove, as does the restaurant and pool area. The staff were extremely helpful-helping us sort out IT connections and booking taxis. We used the nearby bus stop to take a day trip to Pollensca but there was much to keep us in Cala St Vincent- 4 beautiful bays to walk between and swim in, kayaks and snorkels to hire- there was excellent snorkelling and plenty of fish to see. The room and breakfast were both excellent, there was entertainment, tennis and a wonderful spa we used daily. We will be back!

Uma grata surpresa este hotel alem dele ser lindo, super limpo, cafe da manha super farto, uma vista de fazer perder o folego, , os funcionarios sao espetaculares e deixam o hotel ainda mais belo. Um agradecimento em especial ao Nuno que nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos nos dias em que estivemos por la. Espero voltar em breve.

Bel hôtel, mais certains points nous ont déçus. La piscine de taille modeste, assez profonde et offrant très peu d’espace où l’on a pied, est peu adaptée aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Notre suite était par ailleurs située directement dans le hall d’escalier, ce qui manque quelque peu d’intimité. La vue mer correspond à une vue latérale en partie sur le parking. Enfin, la plage publique à 1 minute à pied est très fréquentée au mois d’août et l’hôtel ne dispose d’aucun espace privatisé, alors même que les photos de cette plage occupent une place importante dans sa communication.

The hotel has a fantastic location and is renovated to a good standard. The rooms are clean and have all the basics. The pool area is really nice and has good service direct to your sun bed. The staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Check in and out was fast and has valet parking. The breakfast buffet has everything you need but can be improved on gluten free options and information. The evening restaurant has a buffet with new themes every day, like sushi and grill. It’s missing a bit of ambiance but OK. In the evening there was live music on the terrace with nice ambiance. Much appreciated. Is this a 5-star hotel? Well, almost. Some improvements in the gastronomy and in the details are needed to get full score. Overall a great hotel and well recommended for all travelers.
