Came here on our honeymoon and boy was that a bit of a mistake, I had read that Menorca was very family friendly but what I didn't realize was just how many small children would be running around everywhere, the acoustics in the place is awful so prepare not to get any sleep with tiny children screaming in the hallways. Tried to enjoy the pool and couldn't because very 5 seconds a child was doing a cannonball and there's no "adult only" areas. The room was nice but very small, the bed was comfy which was nice. The breakfast buffet was the only redeeming quality. We also got scammed into "valeting" our car for 15 euro- more like they park your car in a dirt lot and then hand you back your key and tell you where to find your car, we learned quick that the dirt lot nearby is open to the public and we can park there whenever we want so we basically paid 15 euro just to have someone move our car to a public lot when they could have just told us how to get there so we could move it ourselves. I also ordered a chicken caesar salad from the lobby restaurant and it came with a bunch of anchovies on top even though it doesn't say that on the menu, I asked for extra chicken since there was only like 3 tiny pieces and they charged me 8 euro for 3 tiny thin strips of dry chicken it was outstanding. in the end we still had a good time because we left the property a lot to avoid the screaming children but needless to say this is definitely not a place for couples looking for relaxation!

Hotel con excelente ubicación pero le falta mucho ara 5 estrellas. - Empezando por que no hay una bebida de bienvenida ni una atención en la habitación más que un agua pequeña. En hoteles de menor categoria estan atentos a eso detalles - El hotel esta prolijo y pero no muy bien mantenido, se nota en que tiene sus años, sobre todo en las habitaciones. - La picina esta correcta, pero nada especial. Y cuando pedis las toallas te indican que uses solo 1. - Buen desayuno, variado, prolijo, comodo, con estacion de huevos y una estacion de cafe donde te prepara a gusto. En una terraza con una vista suprema a la cala. - Las habitaciones tienen lo necesario, placard comodo, radiador para secar la ropa, friobar y muy buena vista. Pero viejitas, la TV no es smart, las puertas de los baños se traban, las ventanas son viejas y dejan pasar el ruido. No al nivel de un 5 estrellas. - Los servicios de comidas, tanto el de la picina, el del bar de playa como el Room Service dejan mucho que desear para los precios que manejan. Deben mejorar MUCHO. - El kids club es bueno - No tiene servicio de playa y si no vas muy temprano es imposible conseguir una reposera que de hecho hay que pagarlas 22 euros. Sumado a todos estos puntos cuando hemos solicidado alguna excepción como llevarnos del desayuno un Omelette se negaron contestando que no era un Take a Away. Creo que no costaba nada un huevo para lo abonado. No hay desayuno para salidas tempranas, te dan una bolsa muy pobre. No cumple para 5☆

Beautiful Place and people and beach, easy hike access or self driving boats to incredible coves, bluest water you've ever seen, great local restaurant on beach next door and the hotels beach house has good food too. ...... criticism's were they took too long to check us in when I checked in online, didn't tell us we have breakfast included when we arrived, there are really no usb or usb-c ports to charge any devices except a broken one under the TV., rooms are fairly small but whose really staying in the room. The elevators do not seem to have good software as there are four of them but they all seem to stop at all the floors whether you hit up or down, either way its 9 floors down to the beach so they need to fix that. The fancy restaurant in the hotel was not great, and they really do not cater to people with gluten sensitivity at either of those restaurants.
