Main reception staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff rude unhelpful. Lack of food for children unless you want to eat the same thing everyday. Rooms small and on top of eachother paper thin walls. Drinks lines were dirty and bits coming out in the drink at self service drink.

Gorgeous hotel with lovely views all round. All inclusive meant ALL inclusive, 4 pools of varying sizes and privacy adding to the something for everyone of all ages and abilities. No single use plastic, friendly staff, decent food and very clean amenities all across the hotel. Highly recommend for families with smaller kids

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all lovely and helpful. It was a bit too child-focused for us, with lots of activities and entertainment geared towards families. The food wasn’t really to my taste, although I’m probably fussier than most. Overall, a good option for families with young children.

The hotel itself was lovely, with very friendly staff, and it was exceptionally clean. It was perfect for families with young children. The pool area was great, with several pools to choose from. The only negative aspect I can think of was the restaurant. Because it's indoors with closed windows, it gets extremely noisy. As a result, mealtimes weren't particularly enjoyable, and we often found ourselves eating quickly just so we could leave
