We got into our room 208 at super 8 the remote didn't work very well and there was duck tape inside the door. We went go check out nobody was there. We pushed the button on the desk and called the 400 for assistance but that didn't do any good. The hallway to the loddy from the elevator stunk like old trash.

I booked a smoking room and they wouldn't give me a smoking room. This hotel smell super weird. The side entrance door is completely opened not safe at all. The only plus is I haven't found any bugs yet which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1

The elevator smelled like urine. I could smell cigarette and marijuana smoke in my room. Breakfast was fair, but certainly not the best I’ve seen.

The staff cleaned the AC filters but left the mold on the vents of it. The shower head was so clogged water barely came out and you couldn't adjust it at all because of the junk on it. The room smelled like a window hadn't been opened in years. The coffee pot even had mold inside of it. I took pics but it doesn't look like I can submit them. From walking into the building you can smell it doesn't get deep cleaned at all other than vacuumed.

As a hotel that allows smoking. If I missed it, shame on me. If it is not listed, then Hotels.com needs to add that. So, the place smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The carpets look like they have not been cleaned since the Obama Administration, nor updated since the Clinton administration. Plenty of odd stains on the carpets, miscut areas, and either burn marks(I doubt) or sticky material that had been stepped on so much it turned black. Obviously the room did not resemble the stock photos on Hotels.com.

The place is very outdated and smelled bad in the hallways. room was ok but the bathroom needs some help. The shower had no pressure and I think we could pee faster than the shower.

We've used Super 8 whenever we've come to Woodstock, basically for the price. It's been 15 years since our last visit and the place has really gone downhill. Carpeting is shabby, floors are so dirty you HAVE to wear at least socks and they get filthy. Mattresses are hard as rock, no slip protection in the shower (almost fell myself and I'm a senior). The TV wasn't bad and the A/C worked fine if a little noisy. The Wi-Fi absolutely sucked for this day and age. A two drawer dresser isn't really enough for an extended stay (we were there 5 days, two adults). The continental breakfast didn't offer very much. Overall, we won't be back.

Check in - fast and friendly Bed - clean and comfy Room - dated and old Common areas old and didn’t smell great Overall this is a good option for the money but the smell was a little off putting in common areas. That being said the room was fine, it didn’t smell and the bed was very comfortable. So once you get to your room you’ll have a different experience. I just needed a place to crash for the night and it served that purpose.

something nasty on it. The handle on the mini frig had black dirt on the inside that could have easily been wiped out if anyone has done a thorough cleaning. Very disgusting place.

I just gave my money away for free we checked in and the main lobby smells so bad when we entered the room it was so filthy and dirty the smell was horrible grease on the table the mattress is the most disturbing and disgusting thing I ever seen all stain everywhere and the cover all dirty. We left immediately the pictures from the website are all deceiving think twice before booking here.

This is pretty close to being one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff was nice, location was convenient. However the stench of mildew and wet dog was overbearing down the hotel hallways. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Dead bugs on the bed spread. Loose toilet seat and tank. Would not recommend.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life, the hotel stunk like smoke. We did not bring anything out of the car when we got there because the outside looked sketchy. We checked in and went to the room. The room had drink and hair everywhere, huge stains on the bedding. Needless to say we did not stay and drove 2 hours back home.

2 stars better than sleeping in the car. Beds were fine, no bugs that I could tell. AC was noisy which actually helped drowned out the country music blaring at 1 to 2 AM. Ceiling fan in bathroom was not connected to the ceiling, and the tub was not installed properly or needed to be replaced, creating an obnoxious squeak whenever I moved in the shower. No refrigerator, and ice machine was broken. Wouldn't stay there again.

Said 2 queen beds, it was 2 doubles, upgrade for 1 king was $60, didnt have any, so we slept apart… no pool and kind of dingy… wont go there again!

CONS: Our bedspread was filthy with old food on it. Bathroom door handle was hanging off. Glow in the dark stars on the ceiling. Completely unnecessary. Breakfast was advertised from 6 to 9am. We checked first at 618am and then again at 720am. Nothing. Tried to ring the bell to ask someone and no one ever came. PROS: Bed and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure was good. Room was good size.

The most unique thing about the Hotel were the perfect atmosphere and people. There was an old lady there who was like my grandmother and she came up and sat with me while I waited on my ride. Everyone was awesome. Great stay and God bless that whole staff there.

Extended additional day. Was mistreated by the front desk agent. Accused of selection a “handicap room” on Expedia. Same room I have been staying 2days already. Expressed fee was additional $15.00. I said I chose via Expedia and selected accordingly. My room does not have handicap signage on door. The room next door has the “wheelchair” logo on door but not mine. Very rude and argumentative.

Nothing the property can do about the drag strip outside the motel, but it was noisy. It didn't keep us up at night if we ran the AC and our personal white noise machine. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, a plus. We would stay again.

The location was close to my event, so it was perfect for me. The hotel was clean enough, but is in serious need of new bedding and curtains. There were holes in the top blankets (no comforters), and the curtains. They are in the process of converting smoking rooms to non-smoking rooms, so they are renovating, but they have a long way to go. Staff was friendly!

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for the groundhog festival. Overall it was good for the price. The place is outdated but everything was clean, but maybe not in the best shape. The beds were a little hard, but no complaints for the price and for one night. 7 mins from downtown area.

The only nice thing was the afternoon manager. It is a flop house and many guests were living there full time. Breakfast was nothing more than mini muffins and oatmeal. Fruit was not fresh.

The hotel could use some upgrading and attention. The service was great. Breakfast was lacking. Unless you like could cereal and instant oatmeal. Beds were comfortable and pillows were awesome. The shower head was not great and the tub creaked really loud every time I shifted my weight.

Asked for handicapped - was told they had no handicapped --- at least have bars in the shower ---- I did not dare to step over the tub without anything to hang onto --- toilets so low could barely get up off of it ---- at breakfast all there was was crank cereal and then milk was gone ....

CONS: Our bedspread was filthy with old food on it. Bathroom door handle was hanging off. Glow in the dark stars on the ceiling. Completely unnecessary. Breakfast was advertised from 6 to 9am. We checked first at 618am and then again at 720am. Nothing. Tried to ring the bell to ask someone and no one ever came. PROS: Bed and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure was good. Room was good size.

iguess you pay for what you get. This hotel is very rundown. we could barely sleep because the AC was making a loud noise. the room was dirty and when i asked the front desk attendant for extra shampoo since they only provided 1 miniature bottle. he could not hear me because he was on his cell phone with earphones on i basically had to yell so he would turn to me. the reservation stated breakfast was provided. There was cold cereal but no milk. when the attendant put out the small cold bagels. he actually took them out of a plastic bag with his bare hands. no gloves. So no Thank you. will not return to this place and will not suggest anyone to book here. it needs some major upgrades.

The stay was just okay for a budget hotel. The mattresses were very comfortable and I enjoyed that the windows opened for fresh air. The room was clean enough but it was just a pretty junkie looking hotel, especially the lobby. The love seat in the lobby was in terrible condition. They still have up plastic windows from covid days, there was still a Christmas decoration hanging over the fireplace and it is August. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for the desk staff to wait on us. The cloth covered chairs and the breakfast area we're very nasty. They could do some upgrades around there to make it a little more appealing and still keep budget prices.
