Hotel was dirty. Worn down. First room we were in, toilet didn’t work. Second room had dead bugs everywhere. Spotted 3 spiders over the span of 1 night. There were people all around with weapons and drugs. Security door was left open by certain guest for anyone to come in (compromised safety). Stains on the sheets, pillow cases had brown stains. Ceiling was yellow as if it was smoked in constantly. Building can’t possibly be up to code. No microwave nor fridge. Price was way more than what the stay provides. Just overall wasn’t a great experience!

This property has gone downhill from years ago. Right after the remodel, it was very nice, but there has been very little maintenance and upkeep. The elevator felt like it was going to break at any moment. The rooms and hallways were dirty. Towels and linens were OK. Although I cannot say that the staff was rude at times, they were hard to find, and it was discovered that they were sitting in the parking lot talking to friends or family instead of being at the desk

As soon as we walked in we felt unsafe. The front desk attendant was behind bullet proof glass. The elevator to the other floors is scary at best. It jumps up and down every time it comes to a stop. The room was so dirty. The bed had stains all over it and there wasn't even a blanket. There was a decorative sheet with fitted corners on the bed and that's it. It was very hot and you couldn't turn the thermostat lower than 74 degrees. We left after our first night, we booked for 2 nights. We paid for a room somewhere else and lost money here. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or cleanliness.

The room is disgusting, sheets with cigarette burn holes, rust spots on the bed sheds, tub had soap scum all over, there was a cricket hanging out in the corner behind bathroom door, elevator is very dangerous. Gives you one pillow per person, no shampoo, a thin piece of soap, light over the sink didn't work our microwave didn't have the glass plate had to get help from the front deskfor one. You go to check out at 10:30 and no one is there but a whole bunch of guests complaining and a sign we will be back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.I tried to add pic of cricket but you cant (sorry)

My first room was not accessible by myself. A washcloth, clean or dirty, was under a made bed. I don’t mind the stairs, but the elevator was touchy and you apparently had to push the floor (4) button hard, I used the stairs. My second room, the bed was clean but the shower was gross, I did not use the shower. The tub had something in and around the drain. Outside where you take your pets , the door card scanner was broken so you had to walk all the way back through to the front. The staff was nice and I’m sure ig I mentioned the tub in the second room they would have changed it but I was missing time with my fiends at the party I was attending. I stayed here back in 2014/2015 and she looked brand new. Now she def looks used and abused.

There were two other guests in office trying to cancel because of bed bugs. I went to my room and they were everywhere. All rooms smell like smoke and the elevator is a death trap.

First, the staff was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the property itself is rather rundown. The a/c unit in the room did not function correctly, and no one knew what to do. The bathroom had a disgusting unidentified stain on the wall. The elevator was dirty. There was no blanket or extra pillows; the broken a/c had apparently been set to 'freeze' before it stopped working. The free coffee was terrible.

The room was dingy dirty, the sheets were stained and dingy, the bed cover had cigerette burn holes everywhere. Bugs crawling in bathroom that i would not trust walking in with out shower shoes. We walked straight out after initial inspection and got a refund. I will NEVER go for cheap stay again. Lesson learned.

I looked at the reviews before booking and in the last couple of months they were great reviews not so good before that so I figured maybe they made changes. When I checked in, the lobby area was okay but once you got pass that it didn’t smell well cleaned. When I got to the room it was okay very outdated. The tub had dirt marks in it. The room was neat. I left to go get a new pillow because the pillow it self was horrible. When I got back there was roaches on the bed I didnt see it until I got back with the pillow at that point I checked out. The lady at checkin did ask if I would like to change rooms but at that point I was over it. Until they do better with there rooms and the roach situation I will NOT be going back.

I have stayed at hundreds of different hotels- not all of them good. This one, hands-down, BY FAR, is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Cockroaches, human feces smeared all walls, holes/stains on sheets, obvious dirt/debri/garbage on floor and in corners, toliet did not flush, horrendous smells and odors, ect. I do not know how the hotel has not been shut down by the health department. What is even more disgusting … is the amount of money you pay to stay there because nothing else is around. The owners / operators of this hotel should be fined and jailed. Absolutely disgusting and not fit for humans.

The folks who work at this hotel are always friendly and courteous (I've stayed there several times). The building is a bit old, but the bed is comfortable, the shower is warm and has good water pressure, and the heater works well. The microwave and mid-size fridge on the room are a nice bonus. Oh, and the free Wifi. 👍Another pleasant stay. Thank you!

The place was completely unacceptable Dingy towels, cracked sink that someone clrearly glued back together. The hall carpet smelled like old urine. The room smelled like mildew and cigarettes.I asked for a refund and almost slept in my car,because it was so late when we arrived. If it wasn't for a friend who lived about an half our away. I did not take photos, I just immediately got out of there.

Needed to finish the bathroom ! Had gaps around shower head, no stopper so could only take shower ! Gaps around the sink that roaches were seen coming out and going up behind the mirror . Paint splatters on the floor and seal around the toilet needed to be redone not yo mention the tank cover was cracked. And the banging noise that kept me awake for several nights !! Will NOT stay there again !!

Staff was not helpful at all.Toilet overflow I had to beg them to come to room. They did not clean it up they gave us towels to clean it up and told to leave the sinking towels in our room till morning. I did take them to front desk. We did not understand their rudeness to us. When we got there we asked for an extra towel and they refused to give us one. Wow stayed inalot of motels never one this bad.

Upon entering the Motel we noticed a lot of dogs, at the check in we asked if its noisy if we can switch rooms , we were advised yes, in the middle of the night we woke up to barking dogs , it lasted for hours , we went to the check in counter and asked to be moved to a different room, staff said they cant move us because that the policy, they had rooms available but would not move us , we had no sleep , what a terrible experience , i understand barki dogs, its hard to control the owners but they could very easily move us to another room as there were rooms, half the motel was empty, but they didnt

Very dirty rooms, Also downstairs in lobby staff was Very unwelcoming and rude would not even get up her chair to come talk to me through the bulletproof glass first thing I say when I walked in. I will never stay here again or any of my family and friends to stay. Not recommended.

"Spartan" however, the cost compared to other facilities was its "saving grace," Location to where I was going was good. Had a room on back side away from the traffic was good. Bed pillows were awful. Room was clean and staff was nice. Would recommend to anyone trying to save a few $$$'s.

First, the staff was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the property itself is rather rundown. The a/c unit in the room did not function correctly, and no one knew what to do. The bathroom had a disgusting unidentified stain on the wall. The elevator was dirty. There was no blanket or extra pillows; the broken a/c had apparently been set to 'freeze' before it stopped working. The free coffee was terrible.

First the room had cockroaches second the bathroom floor was not mopped. The shower curtain rod was hanging to the point it did not stop water from getting out. Rooms don’t have a microwave or refrigerator. I will never stay at a motel 6 ever again!!!!

This hotel was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The room was dirty, smelled terrible, the washcloths were visibly used. Truthfully this place should be shut down. We didn’t even end up staying. We immediately took the key back to the desk and said we’re not staying here. We then were in a position to have to find a new place to stay.

When we arrived the lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. We got checked in and went to our room and the A/C didn't work and it was a 90° night. It also smelled best musty and moldy. My allergies started acting up immediately. We were moved to a new room where the A/C worked but just barely. Luckily the window opened so we were able to air the space out a little bit. There were cigarette burns on the bedding, dust all over the room and stains on the sheets. The beds were very uncomfortable and had no support. If it weren't for the fact we needed a place for a single night, we would have left. We woke up at 6am, packed up and left as soon as we could. This hotel would be better shut down.

Upon arrival only the staff could open the room door with their card key. The bedding appeared to be in used condition and dirty. Only 2 towels, one hand towel on the floor with toilet paper beside it and a used piece of used soap in tub with hair, no shampoo, the bathroom was filthy just as the rest of the room (219) was filthy! For some strange reason only the tub had hot water! The tub would not hold water and appeared to be a handicap type bath. The desk person was polite when she told us we couldn't get a different room, clean towels, clean linen, pillows or pillow cases. She did offer us a refund. It was10:30pm on a Saturday night, we just drove 5 hrs. and had to be in Baltimore early the next morning. We would have had to drive to the nearby motels to see if we could get a room for the night because we had no computer with us. This was the worst motel (the motel from hell) we have ever stayed in and we blame it all on Hotels.com and Expedia because they offer these motels on their websites to their clients knowing that the conditions are deplorable! I will not use their services again since they have proved to us that they will recommend any building to make a buck! We only expected a clean room with clean linen, towels with a working tub and sink. It's rated at 2 stars which is 4 stars too high! They should not have a motel like this on their website because it's substandard in anyone's rating!

Front desk was always helpful. Maids not so happy working there, saying hello looked like it hurt. Building has some issues due to it being old elevator buttons 4th floor sticks. Room was nice until... we did kill one roach on the last day, it is the first time with roaches.
