Spacious room and kitchen was great (big fridge with freezer). The shower was huge. Bed was hard and minimal pillows plus noisy a/c & noisy upstairs room. Great location.

The gym was not set up with water nor wipes nor towels. I called and asked about the coffee maker and I was told that the rooms had BOTH drip and Keurig however when I got to the room I had neither. When I called down to the front desk I was told ONLY THE PREMIUM rooms had that...staff at the front desk was painting their nails while assisting a customer and provided incorrect information to us regarding the rooms and also the time that breakfast was open.

Was surprised to come back to our room from a long day out and not had a visit from housekeeping services. Typically, if housekeeping comes alternate days or must be requested then we receive that explanation upon check-in or in room printout, but neither was the case.
