Located between the Beauce plain and the Loire Valley, about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this gîte is near the owners' house, separated by a shared courtyard. It is in the heart of the village, close to all essential shops. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and bright, it is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. On the ground floor: a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a sofa bed, a shower room (walk-in shower, small sink), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a large open mezzanine bedroom can accommodate four people with one double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm), as well as a bathroom at the back with a double sink and washing machine. All charges included: bed linen, beds made, towels and household linen provided, water, electricity, internet, and Wi-Fi. A mandatory cleaning fee of three weeks is required for longer stays. Pets are welcome for an additional €30 per stay. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Peace and quiet are guaranteed! Please call the owner before your arrival. In case of absence or unusual arrival times, you will be informed of the check-in procedures.
