Management, please 🙏 talk to this night shift untrained agent.His mouth on him is very over bareing.If a guest get lock out & don't got a phone on them to call the supposed # he stated on the wall.How,must guest stand outside waiting for over 15 minutes for him to come from his room or God knows where else?How when other staff work them no got so much attitude&mouth?He tends to be disrespectful to guest.He required immediate coaching of the do's & don't when approaching any guest in such situation.Common senses to be used,which his free.If a guest add there phone on them wouldnot them call the supposed# on the wall.They need to recoach him & set a time for how long must him be away from the front desk.No guest is staying here for free.So why must we of to put up with his rude fresh slick mouth every time.Why he couldn't just say thanks for waiting & sorry 😔.Yet,his rude remarks was that he going to emailed his mgr like he was guilty from where he was coming from for so long.Obviously,other guest must be encountering his rude remarks whenever they approach him for anything.Why must guest feel like,we are bothering him or treated like guest are staying for free?All that strength,him must used it for the feces he left for morning shift to clean.Him no check the floors or elevators?Then got the nerves a threatened me bout him ago document to his mgr.Obviously he knows he been gone for too long now.Why he the only night shift is nowhere to be found & always got a slick mouth?🤕

Two major complaints, 1. WiFi is a fraud, the free WiFi have no signal and when I paid for the “upgraded” WiFi it didn’t change at all. I called the reception and was told that it kind of useless. 2. Told reception 3 times on three different days to clean the room but was never done, I just gave up.

My stay at WoodSpring Suites was phenomenal! I was in town for the weekend attending my fraternity’s (Omega) state conference, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Before booking, I read several reviews, and I have to say that my experience did not reflect many of the negative comments I came across. In fact, the more recent reviews from August and September 2026 were accurate and aligned closely with what I experienced during my stay. One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. The parking was excellent, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Having a Walmart nearby was also a huge plus, especially since I took advantage of the in-room kitchen during my stay. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that the hotel does not provide cooking utensils, pots, or pans. Oh and also, you must request for an iron and ironing board at the front desk (free of charge). Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and well-kept, and I encountered none of the issues mentioned in some of the older reviews. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others. 10 out of 10 experience!
