Goed gelegen, achter een binnenplaats. Ingang is niet goed zichtbaar waardoor het hotel moeilijk te vinden is. Goede ruime, schone, gemoderniseerde kamer, goede bedden. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Concierge are welcoming and resourceful. Beautiful room and clean, with a private courtyard you can sit and relax, read or browsing your phone planning a day walk around near the Effiel Tower.

We go to Paris quite regularly and Hôtel Villa Nicolo - Tour Eiffel is one of our very favorite hotels. From the moment you book, they are right there to assist. The welcome e-mail gives you all necessary practical information. The staff is professional, very friendly and service minded. Makes you feel right at home. For Paris, the rooms are a nice size and very clean. Beds are comfortable and bedsheets so soft. Very centrally located but quietly withdrawn from the hustle and bustle of Paris traffic. The peaceful little garden is a gem. The ideal place to relax after a day walking the streets of Paris. Centrally located a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Passy Metro station even closer also adds to making it a perfect choice where to stay in Paris.

Typical sized but very clean room in a nice area of Paris. My daughter and I had just come from an impossibly small room in London, and this seemed like a massive step up. Front desk staff was always polite and setup our taxi back to the hotel. The area around the hotel is nice and for better or worse depending on what you like to do, seemed to shut down around 8pm most nights. Great if you are looking for quiet, but if you are looking for a fun night out, you will be catching one of the two metros (both about 8 minutes' walk) to find nightlife. Getting most places took 20-30 minutes each way on the metros. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice, and there were plenty of power outlets. Only four stars because I don't sleep well if it is warm and the hotel controls the temperature in rooms. You can open the window to cool things down, but without wind, the room took forever to drop in temperature. Meaning I took hours to fall asleep :-( This is only a problem if you prefer to sleep at less than 70 degrees. We were there in December 2025 and still had a hard time getting the room cool. Overall though a great stay at a nice hotel. Was a little difficult to find and we even walked right by the front door twice. Would be nice to have a more visible sign.

This hotel was a boutique hotel in a safe neighborhood with easy accessibility. Nice decor, staff & cleanliness. Breakfast was overpriced with limited variety of food. Missing shower soap dispenser in bathroom so had to provide our own soap (no one available from hotel to fix promptly). Elevator is exceptionally small so needs multiple trips with luggage but staff is very helpful in helping get luggage to rooms.

This was our first stop for a month in Europe. It was a perfect place to transition time zones, rest well, eat well, etc. Baptiste and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. The a/c was good (and outside was HOT!). Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. Lift was convenient for baggage. The little courtyard was so quiet. The surrounding area has lots of shopping and the Eiffel town reachable by foot. If this is a place you’re considering, don’t hesitate! Our tween and teen boys may be disappointed with the remainder of our stays after experiencing this gem!

Nice hotel. There is an elevator, but it is very small and the access is between floors so you will always have to take some stairs. Would definitely stay again.

The facility only has carpets, only the bathroom has some sort of flooring. There is a stale stench from the worn out carpets. The cleaners don’t do a good job cleaning the bathrooms. Had to change rooms twice , to get an at least “okay” room and still had to buy air freshener to be able to bear the smell a little. The location is so disappointing. Honestly, not trying to put anyone business down but this does not even qualify for a 2 star hotel. Thick clumps of dirt and grease in the bathroom, had to start re-washing and cleaning before using. The only reason I didn’t walk out was it was non-refundable and I had exhausted almost all I traveled with. The elevator was the tiniest thing I have ever seen. The location is behind people’s house. The reception looks like a little shack. Very very disappointing.

Nous sommes arrivés à 11h au lieu de 15h et on nous a trouvé une chambre sans frais supplémentaire. La chambre est propre et agréable. Le lendemain, nous avons laissé nos affaires au concierge pour la journée et les avons récupéré le soir toujours sans frais. Je reviendrais sans problème et le recommande !

There were lots of shops nearby. No issues with the AC. I got there and the room they assigned to me was not cleaned. That was not a good experience after a long trip.They instantly assigned another room. The breakfast was good. Baptiste at the front desk was always very helpful. Thanks Baptiste for making ourstay enjoyable.

Charming boutique hotel near Passy Plaza in the heart of the 16th. Beautifully appointed rooms. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, warm, welcoming staff and management. Just fabulous will be recommending this hotel to everyone and coming back for sure! Dog friendly!

Hotellet er placeret i et dejligt kvarter med mange hyggelige butikker og caféer. Tæt ved metro og Eiffeltårnet. Lækker morgenmad og venligt personale. Wifi var dårligt og da vi var der i juli var værelset meget varmt (blæsere men ikke aircondition) og svært at lufte ud

Lovely boutique hotel in grest location. 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, great places to eat at end of street and within a couple minutes walk! Staff at hotel were great too. We had family room with 2 kids and it was a good size.

Overall though a great stay at a nice hotel. Was a little difficult to find and we even walked right by the front door twice. Would be nice to have a more visible sign.

Perfect stay as usual. Clean. Friendly staff. Exceptional neighborhood: safe, quiet, shopping, clean, walking distance from everything (even the Eiffel tower), etc. Only problems are the Wi-Fi connection which is very slow compared to today's standards, and room lighting which is very dim.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Super quiet, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was outside the tourist zone, but Line 6 metro is nearby to head directly to Montparnasse. I could walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero, but also stroll through Bois de Boulogne (city park) and chill like a local. Best museum experience in Paris (IMO) is Musee Marmottan-Monet, which is just a short walk from the hotel. I stayed in a single room, which had a double bed, desk and chair - and windows to swing wide open! Air conditioning worked well in August. It was larger than a single hotel room in NYC or Tokyo! I would (will!) stay here again.

We had an excellent stay . We would like to thank Alpha, who arranged to have crossaints and juice available for us on an early Normandy Tour departure that left the lobby at 6:15am. He had our breakfast waiting for us. The kitchen didn’t open up until 7:00am. So everyone in our party appreciated his action.

The place didn't have heat or AC. The blow dryer didn't work. The TV remote didn't work till he changed the batteries. When I spoke to the desk attendant he said he would fix it but never did. We asked every day and he said he would look at

Nous sommes arrivés à 11h au lieu de 15h et on nous a trouvé une chambre sans frais supplémentaire. La chambre est propre et agréable. Le lendemain, nous avons laissé nos affaires au concierge pour la journée et les avons récupéré le soir toujours sans frais. Je reviendrais sans problème et le recommande !

This was our first stop for a month in Europe. It was a perfect place to transition time zones, rest well, eat well, etc. Baptiste and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. The a/c was good (and outside was HOT!). Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. Lift was convenient for baggage. The little courtyard was so quiet. The surrounding area has lots of shopping and the Eiffel town reachable by foot. If this is a place you’re considering, don’t hesitate! Our tween and teen boys may be disappointed with the remainder of our stays after experiencing this gem!

This is in an excellent location if you really want the “real” Paris experience. Lots of neighborhood bars, cafe, restaurants and shopping and a quaint street full of butcher shops, markets and bakeries just a stones throw away. No tourist BS here. The metro is about a 10 min walk in either direction on the Main Street and you can get most places in the city on just a few quick train rides. You will have to most likely change trains, but it’s no big deal when you get the hang of the amazing Paris metro system. Rooms are a bit old and dated but definitely have charm to them. There are zero English tv stations which I enjoyed. If you have a lot of luggage good luck. You may have transverse several flights of stairs. Staff is extremely kind, English is commonly spoken, avoid the breakfast. There are a few really good bakeries near by that open around 630-7. I lived on au chocolate croissants and all the delicious breads. Area seemed safe and upscale. Besides a small handful of rude Parisians who will bump you on sidewalks most everyone was kind especially the older Parisians. I would love to stay again.

Typical sized but very clean room in a nice area of Paris. My daughter and I had just come from an impossibly small room in London, and this seemed like a massive step up. Front desk staff was always polite and setup our taxi back to the hotel. The area around the hotel is nice and for better or worse depending on what you like to do, seemed to shut down around 8pm most nights. Great if you are looking for quiet, but if you are looking for a fun night out, you will be catching one of the two metros (both about 8 minutes' walk) to find nightlife. Getting most places took 20-30 minutes each way on the metros. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice, and there were plenty of power outlets. Only four stars because I don't sleep well if it is warm and the hotel controls the temperature in rooms. The hotel was charming and in a safe area within an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and River cruise location. While there were several restaurants on the main avenue, the best ones we found were just down the side streets. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and location to others if they want a quieter hotel location with great ambiance.

The hotel is very well located in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is very well connected, with metro stations nearby and close to the Eiffel Tower. Pettite hotel with a lot of vibe! Staff was super friendly and we will stay here again next time we are in Paris!

Very nice place to stay, close to the Eiffel Tower and to several stores and restaurants. The staff were really great and kind. The breakfast could be better and for some reason I couldn't make the heat in my room work, but it was ok.

This hotel was a boutique hotel in a safe neighborhood with easy accessibility. Nice decor, staff & cleanliness. Breakfast was overpriced with limited variety of food. Missing shower soap dispenser in bathroom so had to provide our own soap (no one available from hotel to fix promptly). Elevator is exceptionally small so needs multiple trips with luggage but staff is very helpful in helping get luggage to rooms.

There were lots of shops nearby. No issues with the AC. I got there and the room they assigned to me was not cleaned. That was not a good experience after a long trip.They instantly assigned another room. The breakfast was good. Baptiste at the front desk was always very helpful. Thanks Baptiste for making ourstay enjoyable.
There were lots of shops nearby. No issues with the AC. I got there and the room they assigned to me was not cleaned. That was not a good experience after a long trip.They instantly assigned another room. The breakfast was good. Baptiste at the front desk was always very helpful. Thanks Baptiste for making ourstay enjoyable.

Brilliant staff and service. With only 27 rooms it is quiet and homely. Great decor and breakfast. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Men - var medveten om att hissen inte går ända ner till receptionen utan en våning upp vilket innebär att man måste bära väskorna. Dessutom - se upp så att du får en tillräckligt bred säng. En dubbelsäng är enligt hotellets mått 140 cl bred.

Not great. Check-in was more than 1h40 later than the announced time. I understand this was due to the ongoing renovations, but it was still a long wait, especially as I had work to do. What I found disappointing was the lack of flexibility at check-out. I waited 1h40 for my room to check-in, but reception couldn't show the same patience and give me even 5 minutes. At 11:04, just four minutes after check-out time, I was called and told to leave immediately. Given how patiently I accepted the delay at check-in, I found this unnecessarily rude and impatient. I wasn't asking for an extra hour, just a few minutes of basic courtesy. During my stay, painting and renovation works were taking place. There was a constant smell of paint, some noise, and getting to my room was more difficult, with plastic on the floor and the trying to be careful not to get clothes dirty with fresh paint everywhere. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should ideally be informed beforehand and, preferably assign rooms away from the works. The staff kindly left macarons and an apology letter in my colleagues' rooms. I didn't receive anything in mine.. which I assume was simply an oversight. The elevator was also inconvenient: it could only fit one person with one suitcase, and it didn't stop directly on every floor, meaning luggage had to be carried up or down several steps. Baptiste from reception kindly helped me with my luggage to get to the first floor, which I appreciated.

We were extremely disappointed with our five nights stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly small. With just one large suitcase and a carry on there was barely enough room to walk. The elevator was also very inconvenient only one person and a suitcase could fit which meant several trips and it did not stopping directly on every floor which meant carrying luggage up or down steps. For nearly $400 a night we expected a much more comfortable room and accommodating experience. We were so disappointed that we wanted to leave after the first night but unfortunately our reservation was 100% non refundable. Overall the room size layout and lack of convenience did not come close to justifying the price. We would not choose to stay here again
