The small house "LORETTE", Gîte de France Champêtre (4 people), located in Marsanne in Drôme Provençale, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 90 m² property is set in the countryside, just 2 km from the typical village of Marsanne, renowned for its authenticity, its craft heritage and its festivities. You can enjoy a 250 m² outdoor area, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The garden offers a lovely open view of your private pool and the surrounding greenery. A beautiful covered terrace with tiles and wood welcomes you for your meals or quiet moments of relaxation. The accommodation, which stays naturally cool thanks to the thickness of its stone walls, consists of an open-plan kitchen-lounge, 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. The décor is tasteful and warm, with each room offering a unique atmosphere. This family gîte is ideally designed to welcome a family (2 parents and 2 to 3 children). Groups of friends must contact the owner via the booking platform for approval before any reservation. For your comfort, games and books are available, and for walkers, hikes are possible starting from the gîte. Committed to preserving the surrounding nature, the house is equipped with water- and energy-saving devices. Hot water is produced by solar energy and electricity is supplied by photovoltaic panels. Waste sorting is encouraged, with instructions available on site, and our cleaning products are homemade. Bed linen, the moped, and breakfast (1-2 nights) in Self-Catering Version (fresh and toasted bread, butter, homemade jams, juice, yoghurt, seasonal fruit etc) are available for an extra fee. It is a pleasant setting where cicadas accompany your convivial moments with family or friends.
