The 50 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed on the mezzanine, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The mezzanine bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase. Entry to the house is via an exterior staircase. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and books.
