Welcoming both riders and their horses (€15/horse/day), our gîte has 3 hectares of land. Ideally located 400 m from the sea, 1.5 km from the port and beaches. The customs trails as well as the hiking and horse riding trails are very close. You are only 12 km from Lannion, between Perros-Guirec and Locquirec. Weekends available on request. Your vacation rental includes on two levels: On the ground floor : Kitchen open to the living room and lounge with a wood stove, A bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs: A bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, Another bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, A toilet with hand basin, Exteriors: Enjoy a shared courtyard, a terrace and private parking within the property. This cottage has two private terraces equipped with garden furniture. You will also be able to access a garden, a playground and a pétanque court shared with the other gîtes. Small pets are accepted on request and for an additional fee.
