The hotel is near the airport. Beds were a bit soft. Clean but not sparkling. The airport shuttle starts at 7 am, so this is not ideal for very early morning flights. You'll need a cab or Uber. Excellent value at this hotel.

The lobby when you first walk in is GORGEOUS, I personally had never stayed in a hotel that looked so nice! Check in was smooth, the lady at the front desk was very friendly! There was a sign stating the pool was open, however when we passed the door to the pool it said it was closed. This hotel is seemly large, we were in the north tower, making our way to the elevator we saw the ice machine however it was out of order. Once getting into the room that’s when the problem started, the thermostat was set on 62, however instead of it being freezing cold in the room it was just kind of just dry air. We sat in the room for less than 5 minutes before I started just about sweating. We decided to put the thermostat on 72 while we ran to get food, it helped a little. I am not one to call and complain, we just made it work so I’m sure if we called they would have been willing to help us out and move us to a different room. The only other problem was the toilet was constantly running. The sign at the front desk also said that you have to request room service, they don’t just come for long stays.

Great hotel for what we needed. Somewhere to stay before we went home. We needed a hotel that providesd transportation to airport. Gym was impressive. But they were out of water and I as not available until next day.

Stayed here before our cruise. It was Mardi Gras so hotel prices were through the roof. Hotel price was fair and that’s where it ends. Hotel is tired in need of an overhaul. Rooms are dark bedding limited shampoo and conditioner in small tester size bottles no body wash provided. Bar in lobby was okay but drinks were served in plastic cups including your wine! Don’t bring your bathing suit the pool was clearly in need of service and was green. I will stick with Hampton or Hilton chain hotels next time

Heads up airport shuttle does not start until 7 am in the morning. Breakfast is 14 dollars and nor very tasty. Shuttle runs every 30 min and you need to sign up. Room carpet could be upgraded. Staff is friendly and helpful

We checked into our room went and had dinner and when we came back, we were sitting there visiting and all of a sudden we seen a couple of bedbugs crawling across the pillow. We called the front desk and told them we’d like to get a refund. We are checking out and they’re like well. We can move you to a different room, but there’s no one here to give a refund.So I proceeded to go down to the front desk and talk to the The person on duty and show her pics of the bedbugs and the unsanitary sheets and bed skirts. And asked her to call the manager she called the manager and the manager did tell her to give a refund, but we had to go through Expedia, so an Expedia person had to call the hotel to get our refund, but they wanted to just switch us rooms and after seeing the bedbugs, we were not willing to do that. Not to mention our carpet in our hotel room was not very clean at all and it was just very disappointing because somehow this hotel had high reviews.

I did check the bedding and all was good there. But. There was a long hair in the shower. A short hair on the toilet, and the toilet had hot water plumbed to it. Not pleasant being steamed with germy water while going to the bathroom. Every person working there was nice and helpful, but the room was pretty dirty.

There was a dirty needle under that table out by the pool. The doors to the pool area and from that area to the outside were propped open. The bed spread and extra blanket smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a LONG time! It was a convenient place to stay but I would not recommend it.

Hotel offers airport shuttle, but does not specify that shuttle only runs from 7AM to 11PM, not good if you have a late arriving flight, or an early departure. This hotel does offer a shuttle to the cruise terminal, which was not advertised, but would have been good to know. Hotel seemed a little dated. It smelled musty and/or moldy in the hallways, but not so much in the room itself. Temperature controls in the room did not seem to work. They switched our room to a different room when the first one wouldn't cool down, but the second one wouldn't warm up.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Thought that the temperature outside was the reason at first until but the a/c compressor never came on. I would’ve asked to change rooms but it was after 10 & I had to work the next day. Would have to check A/C & room better before bringing my stuff in the room.

Huge room, big fridge, big beds. You certainly got a lot for your money space wise. This is a good, cheap, convenient hotel a $20 cab ride from the airport. If you are happy to be in the middle of nowhere at main road crossroads then all fine. If you have a car a longer stay would be fine.

Called earlier in the day to let them know we would be checking in late, we were marked as a no show. Worst of all we were given keys that would not work twice, then when we were sent with the security guard we were given an occupied room and I'm not certain but I believe the previous rooms were occupied as well. The room was fairly clean and beds were comfortable

The line was long during check-in. They had two employees at the counter. Only one person was working. It makes common sense. If the line is long the other person should open up a register to help get the lines down.

We were snowed in (crazy in NOLA, right!) and with little resources. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and bent over backwards to help everyone.

Walked in the lobby to check in and the gentleman at the desk was speaking with another employee about female standing 10 feet away. Speaking for about 3 to 5 minutes while they continued talking back and forth as we stood there, with no acknowledgment of my wife and I, even though we were easily seen. Then, he goes to his computer, makes no eye contact, no hello, and says “Drivers License”… well we certainly felt I acknowledged and that set the tone for our stay. Also, later I called the front desk and said the tv doesn’t seem to work… the same guy said, “I gave you the instructions on the paper I gave you…. It only works on channels 6 and up”. Yes, I checked and he did give me a paper but was never told what the paper was for originally. Walked in the lobby to check in and the gentleman at the desk was speaking with another employee about female standing 10 feet away. Speaking for about 3 to 5 minutes while they continued talking back and forth as we stood there, with no acknowledgment of my wife and I, even though we were easily seen. Then, he goes to his computer, makes no eye contact, no hello, and says “Drivers License”… well we certainly felt I acknowledged and that set the tone for our stay. Also, later I called the front desk and said the tv doesn’t seem to work… the same guy said, “I gave you the instructions on the paper I gave you…. It only works on channels 6 and up”. Yes, I checked and he did give me a paper but was never told what the paper was for originally. They were very unprofessional. I communicated through and through due to my flight cancellations and delay. Just for me to get to the hotel and they had cancelled my room and marked me as a no call no show. I have phone logs and messages for a paper trail.

The staff at this hotel is top tier. From front desk and management, to bar and food services, to housekeeping and maintenance, all TOP TIER. I am from MI and was stuck here 3 days due to snow in New Orleans. We left the French Quarter to be closer to the airport and WOW what a great choice. They were warm, welcoming, and kind even when short staffed and overwhelmed. Very quiet and clean for a “airport” hotel. Housekeeping staff is thorough. They have bar with great food. Extremely close to the airport. They also have a lot of tv channels.

Great hotel, however their system used to charge and process payments, kept charging my card (4 times) for no reason. It was said that it happens a lot to guests, and that I’d just need to wait a few business days for the pending charges to release.

Before booking the property I wish I would have known there were no crosswalks or sidewalks on that side of the street to access restaurants in the area. Thankfully the staff were AMAZING and gave us a ride across the street. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness.

It did not offer an airport shuttle and it does not have a restaurant or a bar which were three of the things that made us select this. Hotel is going under renovation so hopefully when that's all complete it will be a better option. Unfortunately it is not walkable to any of the businesses as there are no crosswalks.

It is an older facility that has been kept up fairly well for the most part. Found the light in our shower not working, only one bulb out of two working in the main light and the toilet paper holder was broken. On site dining is limited to a small restaurant with a limited breakfast menu. There is a VERY good Italian restaurant next door that is accessible by walking for lunch and dinner. Walking to anywhere else is a trick as there are no sidewalks or crossings near by.

This is our second time at this location. It is an older, affordable, but comfortable place to sleep for the night if you have an early flight. It is 5 minutes from the airport and convenient to many dining locations. Its not the kind of place you stay at for a vacation, but its perfect for a one night stay.

The outside of the building was a bit run down BUT the inside lobby was GRAND. It had marble floors and beautiful club chairs and artwork. The room was nice and clean. The towels were okay. It was close to the airport.

My stay was ok. I was only in town for a short stay. If you are a heavy sleeper, then being close to the airport isn't so bad. The Landing Restaurant was AMAZING!!! Food was really good for breakfast and the staff was awesome.

Pretty good stay . Room was comfortable. Little older hotel . The breakfast was way over priced . 30.00 for two people and it was items that are like free breakfast continental to me . Better off to go somewhere else. It was cold too .

This is a beautiful hotel. Mrs. Gina at the front desk was so helpful she even walked me to the correct elevator since I got lost finding my room. The room was spacious and clean. The temperature of the water was perfect nice and hot. The Brick oven pizza next store was a good recommendation

This is quite literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. The first room they gave me around the back of the hotel in a desolate parking lot up some sketchy steps had springs popping through the mattress. I asked for another room. The second bed was like they turned a mattress sideways to try to call it a King but my feet hung off the end of the mattress. The mattress was wider than it was long. Also in both rooms the tv was on the opposite side of the wall than the bed. You couldn’t lay in bed and watch tv. Finally I got a third room in an un air conditioned hallway so the door and walls are soaked with condensation. I wake up the next morning needing coffee which is not available in the room. I go to the lobby for coffee and there is none. I have to stand in line to ask the receptionist for coffee but she says she has to make more. She fails to mention how long that takes so I’m just sitting in the lobby waiting. Aside from everything I’ve already been through, the rooms themselves are trash. The furniture is old, outdated, scratched, stained. The “wood” floors are lumpy and creak with every step. There is one bar of hand soap in the bathroom, nothing else. Will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
