Water tap is not drinkable . Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area ( verandas , balconies and garden ) . Pets are allowed only on request and under special circumstamces . You can enjoy freely the garden area , the sunbeds, hammocks etc, but please remember always to close the umbrellas because they can easily break due to the wind. As "short term lease " apartments, there is no cleaning service during your stay, so we kindly ask you to respect the space and keep it clean during your stay. Plates, pots, glasses, etc. it is your responsibility during your stay. Extra towels and bed linens are provided in your wardrobe , in case you wish to change them during your stay and together you will find a black bag to place the soiled linen separately. We kindly requested to place rubbish from your apartment in the large bins provided in permises of our accomodation and we will take care of it . The use of towels is strictly limited and only inside the apartment and is expressely prohibited their use outside the accomodation at the beach or in the garden area . Any damage to the clothing , towels and bedsheets either from sunscreem or for any other reason , will be the sole responsability of the guests and will result in monetary compensation that must be paid at the accomodation . Please note that " we don't throw paper inside the toilet " , as this causes blockage, so we kindly ask you to use the bin provided . Smoking is only permitted in your veranda or in garden area . Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 07:00 am Parties/events are not allowed.
