9.5/10 Would be a 10/10 but the beds were a little stiff… to be expected though with a brand new hotel. Also no on site parking unless you valet and parking across the street was $25 a night but once you left you couldn’t return unless you paid again. Great hotel though hopefully I get to check out the restaurant next time we’re in Atlanta!!

The gym was amazing and perfect. The rooms were great and modern (although the king I had was so small 2 people couldn’t pass without having to step out of the way and the air conditioner kept cycling so our room was very hot. I had someone come fix it but the air went off every 90 min or so and so while sleeping we were sweating. Staff was so nice. The hotel was new and clean

Hot water wasn’t working in the shower. We contacted the front desk at 7pm and were advised maintenance would be sent shortly. We called the front desk at 8:30 pm, were told maintenance was working on another room and we would be next. We checked out at 9:33 am never heard from maintenance or the front desk.

WiFi was spotty. Constantly going in and out. Toilet was running whole time even after I said something. Place seemed real busy though. Optimistic they will improve.

The hotel has a very cool, contemporary industrial aesthetic. The staff was without exception, very friendly, professional, and engaging. The food at the restaurant was decent, but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, my one major grip would keep me from staying there again. At best we were able to get some warm water in the shower, but it alternated between hot and cold during the daytime. On Friday night when we returned from a music festival much in need of a shower, the water was ice cold with no hot water whatsoever. Looking back through reviews it seems that this is a known issue and one they have not yet addressed, so I would not return to this property until I were as Certain that problem had been resolved.

everything was great but the hot water only worked intermittently. might be dependent on others guests usage or something as it would only come one for a couple mins then cut off for a couple mins. aside from the cold shower it was very nice and is centrally located.

Service was great just no hot water after day one, the mirror kept sounding like Bluetooth when using the bathroom for some reason, the power went out , the elevator was extremely slow, and it was hot.

While the front desk and restaurant staff were courteous, the room and guest room services were subpar. We checked in on Thursday and left Sunday. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to make several calls to get fresh towels everyday. With all the other selections, I will most likely not stay here again

To be a new hotel, it was not as clean as it could be. Two of the pillows on my bed were funky. The bathroom already had built up dirt in the corners of the shower and walls from half done cleaning in between stays. The room had absolutely no sound proofing. The doors close really hard and loud, so anytime someone entered or exited their room, it would wake you out of your sleep. You can even hear people speaking outside of your room as if they were inside of your room. The area it’s in is not that great. The only plus I experienced was the front desk agent, Yolanda, who went above and beyond to help with some issues I had during my check-in and stay.

I recently stayed at the new Origin Hotel Atlanta for four nights. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, though a few things impacted the stay. The hotel is clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The location was great, everything I needed was within walking distance. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the avocado toast, which was fresh and flavorful. Hotel wasn’t adequately cleaned. The floor in my room, bathroom, and hallways was visibly dirty. I found hair on my “clean” towels and all over the shower. There were no cleaning wipes in the gym, handprints all over the mirror, water pooled on the floor.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Hotel and room was very clean. The restaurant was wonderful. There was a parking lot right across the street for cheaper than the valet at the hotel. Overall definitely recommend.

This hotel was ok if you’re just swinging through. The staff could have been more well informed as many had different answered that could have helped us save money. They also could have been more transparent about the rooms. They have ones that face the lobby not the city and it’s so loud. Walls paper thin. And we were next to a venue that had a party and it was unbearably loud late into the evening. The staff should be aware and warn you ahead of time. It wasn’t bad but pretty expensive for these issues. Parking screwed us too.

I stayed here during Dragoncon 2025 since it was the only available hotel and the reviews looked decent. The hotel had only been open about a month before my stay, which probably explains the limited number of reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the front desk staff struggled with my check-in and seemed inexperienced, and even the general manager who assisted had a noticeable stain on his shirt, which felt unprofessional. I checked in early and left my luggage at the front desk, but was made uncomfortable when I was asked what was inside. Retrieving my luggage later took quite some time. The room was very dusty with no windows, making it feel claustrophobic and triggering my allergies because of the poor air quality. The location also felt unsafe, with a lot of homeless people visible nearby. Things didn’t improve with the facilities. For three consecutive mornings, there was no hot water in the shower. I called the front desk and was told it was due to too many people using the showers, which felt like a poor excuse. I tried asking for the manager but was told only the engineers could help, and even after keeping the water running for 15 minutes, it stayed cold. When it did finally warm up, it lasted less than two minutes before turning cold again. Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed and the towels were amazing. It was walkable to State Farm arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium so perfect for concert goers. Only gripe is if you stay in the bedrooms with the windows facing the lobby you can hear music. Other than that, I’d stay and recommend to my friends.

Check-in was not the best. My family and I checked in super early in the morning, but the room keys we were given were not working. We had to wait over an hour for maintenance to arrive with the master key to get us up to our room. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The view from our room was nice, we had a view of some tall downtown buildings that lot up in the night time. Overall, we had a great stay.

While the front desk and restaurant staff were courteous, the room and guest room services were subpar. We checked in on Thursday and left Sunday. Our room was NEVER cleaned. Check-in was not the best. My family and I checked in super early in the morning, but the room keys we were given were not working. We had to wait over an hour for maintenance to arrive with the master key to get us up to our room. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The view from our room was nice, we had a view of some tall downtown buildings that lot up in the night time. Overall, we had a great stay.

After arriving and standing at the front desk for a while, I had to find the staff in order to check in. Unfortunately, my problems did not stop there. My room was facing the lobby with windows that had curtains that would not fully close. I could hear absolutely every sound made. After calling downstairs at 11:30 to inform the staff I could hear everything happening. The noise did not stop. At 3:00 I was woken up by banging in the lobby and could not go back to sleep. The hotel was just OK, but cheap, which is why I’ve stayed there two times, but I will not be going back. WORSE stay ever and I travel for a living.

I am summarizing our first 45 min at your hotel: 1- You initially assigned the wrong reservation 2- You wanted to charge a security deposit that was two times greater than the one needed. 3- it took you 25 min just to find my reservation when we had given you the correct information 4- The room key did not work initially and had to go back to the lobby 5- Th second room key did not work either. Had to go to the lobby a third time. 6- You assigned us the wrong room number and that is why we had to go to the lobby three times to "fix the key" 7- We reserved a King size bed and you did not give us a king size bed. This is extremely unacceptable as an Expedia platinum member we usually expect more.

I almost lovedmy stay at the Omni however I was not greeted upon arrival, was not explained breakfast or any of the amenities… I was kind of just sent on my way. they also double charged my card for some reason. It was very hard to get in contact with someone, but overall this stay was worth it.

The staff was very friendly, the room and hotel itself if very clean. One thing I dislike is just the location, there isn’t places to eat or not even a convenient store around the corner, you would have to walk 20 minutes or hop on the electric scooter for 11 minutes. Aside from that it was a budget friendly hotel with great service and modern architecture.

Would never stay here again, you get what you pay for. Unsafe neighborhood, no safe free parking, noisy environment. Could not sleep all night due to noise of an “happy hour” event that went until midnight.

Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed and the towels were amazing. It was walkable to State Farm arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium so perfect for concert goers. Only gripe is if you stay in the bedrooms with the windows facing the lobby you can hear music. Other than that, I’d stay and recommend to my friends.

We stayed here recently and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences. When we first checked in, the TV in our room didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be up shortly. After waiting about an hour, I called again to ask about switching rooms but was told none were available. When maintenance finally arrived, they couldn’t fix the TV, and only then did we get moved to another room. In the second room, I grabbed a towel only to find it stained and clearly not clean, which was very unsettling. We did enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant, which had a great vibe, good food, and excellent service. Our server even told us about a brunch happening the next day. However, when my husband went down, he was told it was closed due to staffing. Later that day, we saw the restaurant had reopened, but now it was “cards only” for payment—even though we had paid in cash the night before. We also asked about housekeeping and were told it was too late to request service for the day, which added to the frustration.because it was only around 11:00am Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of consistency, poor communication, and issues with cleanliness and service made this stay very disappointing.

This hotel was found last minute. Stayed 2 nights and it was great. The bed and room very comfortable. The place is beautiful and very well kept. They have a bar/restaurant which we only had breakfast both days and it was great. Recommend it.

New hotel, wonderful amenities. Comfortable, safe, very clean. Hotel has a restaurant called the Social Capital where I ate breakfast and dinner and was served by the most friendly staff. I always travel with a very big dog and I have to take that into consideration where i stay. I normally stay on the outskirts of Atlanta because I am always weary about her. But the staff as well as the guests of the hotel were very accommodating. She's friendly and loves everyone and was really comfortable at the hotel. I loved the corner room. It was bright and airy. The neighborhood was walkable. She enjoyed her twice daily walks around the area. Even the law enforcement in the area got used to seeing her coming. I enjoyed the bar/restaurant downstairs. The bar staff was friendly and gave great suggestions. I will definitely be back.

The property itself was very nice and the staff excellent. The room was okay. It was the middle of summer and I could not get the ac to come on and go below like 75/76 range, also the mirror in the bathroom was Bluetooth apparently but I had a room that hadn’t been set up yet so it just beeped a lot whenever the lights turned on. The hot water was hot but the pressure minimal in the shower which was slightly disappointing because the shower was beautifully done. The bed was comfortable. I think that hits the high points: semi functioning ac, weird bathroom, comfortable bed, and really awesome blackout curtains (huge plus in my book was the curtains). Again staff was the best I’ve had in the Atlanta area. They get 10/10. Would stay again just because the staff and the security of the property. (Parking weird but that’s atl)

Great atmosphere and nice room for an able-bodied person who knows how to use Nespresso machine in room, because hotel staff doesn't know how and doesn't have advice other than for you to look it up on the Internet. Clerk did get me a free cup of coffee from restaurant when I told her I couldn't get machine to brew. And you need to be big enough to be seen and know to bang on door because a clerk at front desk has to spot you to unlock entrance. All doors are locked and heaven help you if you can't figure out which one to try. And there is no wheelchair ramp from the street so plan on riding your chair through street to get into a door once some helpful pedestrian tells you where to try. And when you leave, there is no accessible way to get to door where valet is because they removed the ramp from the entry area that has steps. If you book a room with a roll-in shower because you're in a wheelchair, don't expect them to remember to bring a shower chair. And if you need that chair before 8 in the morning, you or your caregiver will have to go get it yourself because they won't bring it to you. Also don't look at the elevator permits because they are more than 3 months past due for an inspection.
