We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was very clean an spacious. Great having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The area was a bit out of town which was nice so it was quiet but still could walk to local restaurants. Use the shuttle or Uber to get into town. The pool area was great with the Chicken Walk doing great food and cocktails. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a 3 night stay asked to have our room cleaned after 2 nights said we would have to pay for it would only give us towels. Also charges $25.00 to park have stayed at this hotel for many years I guess everything changes.

What a beautiful hotel and stay, rooms were just overly clean and big. It was like staying in an apartment in the suites. We loved our stay. People complain about the beach, but it's Key West.. The sunsets on the beach were as good as the sunset at Fort Zach Taylor. There was 2 MAJOR issues. 1.) how a nice hotel has a broken elevator that makes guests walk all the way around so that it took an act of Congress to get anywhere is amazing to me. For the price, a working elevator should be an easy fix. Not worth the price of the rooms for all of that. Makes staying there almost painful. 2.) You can go almost anywhere in Key West and have a better meal for waayy less money. The prices are so outrageous you would think your food was made withgold and love. It wasn't.. 3 times the cost of almost any other place we ate at in Key West. 3.) tiki bar closes at 7?? In Key West?? And they don't even serve food even though their site says so. No poolside service, and for the price we paid we were dumbfounded. Outside of the rooms it didn't feel like a resort for the price.. 4.) Staff didn't explain anything. Almost like they rushed through everything. One guy was really nice (I didn't get his name) so they weren't all bad, but one guy told me when I asked for a cart that, "not sure what to tell ya". How about offer to carry the bags? Or find one. Don't just sit there . The rooms make the 'resort' the washer and dryer were amazing, such beautiful rooms.

Overall, great place. “Beach” was underwhelming. Definitely more of a fishing or water access facility. Pool was small for the size of the property. Food/drinks at the pool were good but overpriced. Restaurant on the property was delicious. Room had everything we needed but floors weren’t clean upon arrival. People were friendly and helpful when needed.

Pool area had a very pretty view of the gulf and the facilities were very well maintained. Pool bar was great and the food was surprisingly excellent. If they would only invest a little in landscaping it would be truly beautiful. All the gravel surface takes away from it. Gave a bad first impression. Very impressed that our room facing Roosevelt Blvd was SOUNDPROOF ❤️ Bed was too soft though. Staff was all EXCELLENT- from front desk to bartenders, waitstaff and housekeeping.

The rooms are huge, well furnished and beautiful. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bath. Got there at 4:00 but our room was not ready until 7:20 and they had to move us from our original room. They had 3 washers broken so housekeeping got behind on bedding. There were ants on the balcony, in the kitchen and the bathrooms. One bathroom tub/shower would not drain. There was a cockroach. After checking IN 3.5 hours late, housekeeping came 2 minutes before our check out time. They gave us 100 dollars in gift cards for the restaurant on site for compensation for the late check in after I insisted on some type of compensation.. We had breakfast on the way out. Breakfast is cold breakfast sandwiches, croissants, and pastries and coffee or juice. When we tried to use the gift card the server said it doesn’t work. We had to wait 20 minutes while she tried to track down a manager. She never did find one so we went to the hotel desk. After getting her she realized the server wasn’t scanning the gift card right because she was new. The pool was great. We had excellent service at the pool and the food was delicious. The pool had guests in it late into the night which was cool. Our first floor room had a spiral staircase leading right to the pool.

While the property itself was quite clean and managed, we did not have good experience with housekeeping experience. We were not told during check-in that there is going to be a seperate charge for room cleaning. It was a rude surprise. Anyway, had to call Front Desk multiple times to get it scheduled. Overall stay was good, nothing out of the ordinary.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was a little disappointed. Great beachfront property with pool. Rooms are clean but we stayed 5 nights at this hotel and didn’t get room service a single time during our stay. No fresh towels, no restock on coffee, nothing. We booked two separate rooms, and my mom was the only one who saw housekeeping at all. The staff member opened the door to provide room service, but saw that my mom was there, and said she would come back later. My mom asked if she could just get coffee and cream since she didn’t need linens at the time and the staff member agreed and never came back. That was the second day of our stay. Overall it’s a beautiful location, but was disappointed in the service.

Rooms were very run down , none of the doors locked to the stairs wells or pools , kids making out in the pools , workers just laugh , beds were dirty , had to be transferred due to lack of cleaning in first room , was given a gift card to the restaurant, managers gave me the run around

Elevator was out of service. Floors were so dirty that our feet were black soon after arriving. Toilet ran all the time. No ice machines. Told the front desk and they offered a small bag of ice. We had an ice maker in fridge but it didnt work. The outlets didnt work half the time. We had to hunt employees down to ask for towels and toilet paper. It would have been nice if they would have given info on local food, activities or entertainment when we checked in.

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for breakfast…even coffee. I didn’t have housekeeping the entire stay. I didn’t put my DND on the door for a reason. I told the lobby staff, no one came. Trash overflowing. Then, there was a deceased person in the hot tub! We purposefully watched the entire time. The hot tub wasn’t drained and cleaned!! We had a golf cart but the plugs on the garage wouldn’t charge it.

I can say overall the property was nice you could tell is was a little in need of repairs aesthetically. Also several items in the room needed attention the dishwasher was very hard to close and start. Our dryer was broken, the towel rack fell off when I hung a towel, a piece came off the kitchen sink when we turned on the water. The room visually was very nice and clean however the floors were very dirty on arrival but sinks, toilets And linens were very clean.

Garbage was a problem. Too thin bags, small and not too many for 4 days stay. Not enough blankets and too thin blankets. Floor was dirty. Jacuzzi hairs all around. Beautiful place but a little inconvenient.

The hotel's restaurant was closed prior to arriving at the hotel and that was one of the main reasons we booked. There was no cleaning service to include bringing toilet paper, so it was like renting an Airbnb, but it said it was a hotel. The floors were pretty dirty that you could not walk without wearing shoes. And although they sent an email about the restaurant being closed, there was no compensation or understanding since there was also no breakfast included. The pool was really nice and ample for all the hotel buildings. However, the music could only be heard on one side of the pool. Anybody that came from the road had access to the pool because there was no key entry either. Some of the buildings had no working elevator, and you had to walk four floors because the hotel garage was on the first floor. Overall, it was an OKAY experience, but could've been much much better specially since we paid almost as much as the other hotels that had breakfast included and other amenities.

Our room was luxurious, super tall doorways , marble floors, full kitchen w dishes, washer/dryer, 24 hr pool , 2 bathrooms , one with dual sinks/jacuzzi tub/walk in shower ,was an absolute amazing place to stay

Wonderful suite to enjoy our vacation! Ocean view was terrific. Only downside was the sofa bed was not livable. We ended up having to use the two sofa cushions instead. Otherwise, the suite was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed staying there, and I appreciate the very quick response the couple of times that we needed anything. Thank you so very much for everything!

Property is beautiful. There are a lot of rooms at the property which means many of them do not have outward facing windows. My room, which was a standard king was basically a closet with a bathroom. Rooms are not dated but are small, I would spring for a suite for any party over 2 people including children as well as for a room that has a pool or ocean view if you spend any time in your room at all.

The sights at this hotel are beautiful. Big bathtub. Pool is nice with a view of the ocean. The bar by the pool is staffed with friendly people. However, the amenities were lacking. No phone in room, no microwave. There's a small fridge but can't warm anything up. These decisions were probably taken because the rooms are small. Before booking, check the amenities. There were other things I can't remember off the top of my head. I will go back to Key West but will look to stay elsewhere. 3 out of 5 stars.

No phone in room, no microwave. There's a small fridge but can't warm anything up. These decisions were probably taken because the rooms are small. Before booking, check the amenities. There were other things I can't remember off the top of my head. I will go back to Key West but will look to stay elsewhere. 3 out of 5 stars.

This is the best place that I’ve stayed in Key West! When I come back, this will be where I stay. The only issue we had was the AC wasn’t working properly. I informed the staff and they had maintenance there immediately… Even when it was late at night. I was impressed with that. The building numbers can get confusing and finding our room was hard but once we did, everything else is great. I highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel and stay, rooms were just overly clean and big. It was like staying in an apartment in the suites. We loved our stay. People complain about the beach, but it's Key West.. The sunsets on the beach were as good as the sunset at Fort Zach Taylor. There was 2 MAJOR issues. 1.) how a nice hotel has a broken elevator that makes guests walk all the way around so that it took an act of Congress to get anywhere is amazing to me. For the price, a working elevator should be an easy fix. Not worth the price of the rooms for all of that. Makes staying there almost painful. 2.) You can go almost anywhere in Key West and have a better meal for waayy less money. The prices are so outrageous you would think your food was made withgold and love. It wasn't.. 3 times the cost of almost any other place we ate at in Key West. 3.) tiki bar closes at 7?? In Key West?? And they don't even serve food even though their site says so. No poolside service, and for the price we paid we were dumbfounded. Outside of the rooms it didn't feel like a resort for the price.. 4.) Staff didn't explain anything. Almost like they rushed through everything. One guy was really nice (I didn't get his name) so they weren't all bad, but one guy told me when I asked for a cart that, "not sure what to tell ya". How about offer to carry the bags? Or find one. Don't just sit there . The rooms make the 'resort' the washer and dryer were amazing, such beautiful rooms.

The staff here was incredible. They were very accommodating. I asked one night if they would look after my sunglasses while I went downtown and they obliged. Then I asked if I could move my checkout time by one hour and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate that request either. The hotel restaurant comp’d me a free desert for my birthday which was special.

Susan and Henny, with concierge, were extremely friendly as well as helpful. Front desk staff were always friendly. The indoor and outdoor restaurants were delicious (to include food and beverages), with a knowledgeable and warm wait staff. The suite was clean with top of the line amenities, that included an amazing waterfront view. Parking was not congested and when you didn’t want to drive the hotel shuttle ran at the top of every hour.

Check in was at 3pm, didn’t get into the room into 6pm with my two kids. Went to eat called at 4:30 was not ready was being cleaned, waited a hour went to the front desk and it still was not ready, took the kids to the pool and went back after 30mins and the room was finally ready!

Fantastic experience from check in-out. Lovely property and staff were polite and helpful. The hotels concierge, Susan-AMAZING. She made us feel at home. From the welcoming champagne toast to her knowledge of the island, its treasures and hotspots, she is a GEM! We will be back.

It is a nice resort and enjoyed our stay. Two minor things: the shuttle gets full and you might have to wait; the unit was not ready as promised and we have to wait until 5:00pm to get in the unit

It was a delay from them for our check in, but the manager step in and he was so nice and help us and the waiting was more pleasant, he even gave us a gift card from the hotel restaurant in compensation for this inconvenient. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful too. I Totally recommend this hotel.

Property on a very busy and noisy corner. All traffic enters and leaves Key West here. The facility is very nice, excellent service and easy parking. Pool and surroundings nice. The beach area is not a real beach. Resort is clean all round. Would stay again if can’t stay in old town Key West.

For our first time in Key West we didn't know what to expect. Overall, Beachside was great. Excellent view from our balcony. The pool was clear and clean, but too small for the amount of people wanting to swim or lay out. We seemed to always be looking for a chair. We didn't expect so many chickens and roosters around the property either, that was new ro us. But when looking to sleep later in the mornings hearing a rooster wasn't ideal. Our room needed a little maintenence, a bathroom light that flashed when on, a shower that was way too slow to drain, a bedroom doorknob that kept falling apart. But the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Last day there some ants had made their way into and on the desk. We hadn't used the desk at all, so not sure why they showed up. The resort concierge was super helpful in planning some activities. Kayak Kings were fabulous for a 2 hour adventure. Sebago dinner cruise and dolphin spotting were terrific as well. Make sure to speak with the concierge before heading to Duvall Street, because she has great suggestions and coupons. All in all, a excellent trip and resort.

The hotel is located in the new part of town. Very quiet, with beautiful ocean view. Our room was lovely, and very cozy. My only complaint, their only restaurant closes at 10am after serving breakfast then reopens later in the day. The pool restaurant opens about an hour later. The drinks were delicious and pool restaurant food was tasty.

It was great place with full kitchen and washer and dryer. We didn’t think we would utilize either, but we definitely did. Location is a little ways from Duval and Mallory Square. We used Uber to get there, and not pay $60 to park. Uber was $10 to $20, depending on time of day. The shuttle on the property was always full when we tried to get on. All in all, it’s a great to place. The front desk was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Pool area had a very pretty view of the gulf and the facilities were very well maintained. Pool bar was great and the food was surprisingly excellent. If they would only invest a little in landscaping it would be truly beautiful. All the gravel surface takes away from it. Gave a bad first impression. Very impressed that our room facing Roosevelt Blvd was SOUNDPROOF ❤️ Bed was too soft though. Staff was all EXCELLENT- from front desk to bartenders, waitstaff and housekeeping.

Have stayed previously and had great experiences however the property is starting to feel dated and worn due to some differed maintenance. The customer service was par. On a high note, the on site restaurant Tavern N Town is one of our favorites in Key West. They have outstanding food, service, and ambience and offer a great happy hour. Usually a local crowd too. Being that rooms here are usually on average $100 more per night than the Hyatt next door, I would choose the Hyatt. Their rooms are freshly renovated and the customer service is above par. The pool is also more resort style at the Hyatt.

The Chicken Walk was delicious, quick, affordable, and convenient. The staff was so great! The hotel staff was also incredible, so kind and ready to help. Town & Tavern was amazing!!! What a great experience for a birthday celebration!

First time stay here and we were impressed with the service, cleanliness and quality of food / drinks at the pool bar/cafe. The pool was nice. Tavern restaurant and bar was also nice for coffee, drinks and breakfast. All of the staff was very friendly and the grounds were nice with the beach and marina.

Everything was perfect, really great, the only thing missing was a phone in the room! This is our new go to accommodation when in Key West! On site restaurant / bar was king, all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, an extra thank you to Hanna at the reception desk. Parking was easy, pool was over the top, beach was clean (as were the entire grounds). King size bed was very comfortable, loved the ceiling fan and the huge bath tub. Truly 5 stars at 3 star rates, great value without sacrificing quality :-)
