We rented this for our tenants who were without water. We were thinking being a holiday we could at least get them a pool. Well when they arrived the pool heater was broken. So they were stuck in side a hotel over New Years with nothing to do. :(

Hampton Inn is a good spot along the 11&15 “strip” located next to the Shopps at Susquehanna. We have family within a mile of the property and the property having a pool for our kids and a fitness center with a Peloton is great. Breakfast is delish. Rooms are becoming a bit dated.

The room I was in had a mold issue. I should have gone to the desk but it was late and I used mobile key. The smell was distinctly mold and the spots in the bathroom were apparent. I had allergy issues all night.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We chose here because of the pet friendly feature and its price not to mention the complimentary breakfast. Yum. We only stayed one night but the room and bathroom were clean, staff nice and so were the other guest. Were definitely planning a trip back.

My wife & I had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn recently. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the great breakfast bar, lots of great coffee and the friendliness of the hotel staff. We will stay at this Hampton Inn when we are in the area again!

Hotel stinks, especially in the halls, smelled like wet dog. Shower curtain in my room had that sour smell, bathroom counter wasn't wiped off. The staff at this hotel are so nice and professional, probably one of the best staff I've came across in all my travels.

Roadway enterance very difficult to find in the dark from the highway. Road Sign was not lit and easily missed. Chairs in the breakfast room were stained. The lobby and breakfast room furniture was a little shabby showing a lot of wear and tear. I dont meen it was dirty.It was clean. The staff people were all very nice and courtious. Room was very clean and comfortable. I wpould not hessitate to stay there again. Overall a good place to stay.

Hotel was nice, rooms clean and interior was quiet. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff wonderful. However, area was very noisy, with heavy traffic and congestion. Also, hotel is situated right under large electric lines.

Property and rooms are clean, however the room entertainment options are VERY SUB PAR. DirectTv is available, but offers no local network options, only cable channels. Also, NO YOUTUBE options, like other Hilton properties I stay at. C’mon, I thought everyone offered that by now! This hotel needs some major updates.

The Front desk staff member Dee was amazing! We were in town for a cheer competition and a couple girls had birthdays she was so sweet helped decorate the room for them before we came. The girls were so surprised and excited. Very greatful for kind people and making our stay extra special!

We were moved to different Hampton Inn due to being overbooked. The agent and manager handled it very well and thanks so much for comping it. But still to call in mid afternoon to learn Ive been moved to a hotel farther away from our event and now have our group seperated was inconvenient.

Dina (front end manager) was AMAZING! I called in the morning to adjust our stay and she was very professional and courteous. She had us all checked in before we arrived so we just grabbed a key and went up. We personally met her the next day and once again - was so kind. The night staff was also on top of things and took care of our request for pillows and a blanket very quickly. DEFINITELY returning en route again. Location was right next to grocery store, restaurants, and some shopping. The jacuzzi was closed which was a bummer but breakfast was D-Lish.

Hotel was great, a little out dated, but it was perfect for the night after seeing a concert over at the winery. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was ready when we got there. It could definitely use some updating. The free breakfast was great and much needed

I initially thought the place needed some updating but the staff more then made up for any shortcomings. The staff at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a late check out which was no problem. Our stay was comfortable and check out was easy. When I got home I realized that I had left behind some very important jewelry, I called the hotel and they had my jewelry. I was so relieved and thankful, I drove to the hotel and picked up my things and left a thank you in an envelope for the staff member who found my things and turned them.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff is so friendly and the amenities are wonderful. The complimentary breakfast and the all day complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate is very nice. Best part the hotel is pet friendly so you can bring the whole family.

The facility was neat and clean, but not so easy to get into from the main highway. The breakfast was good and hot and neatly set-up. Would stay here again.

Clean place, very friendly staff. I only stayed one night and it was my first time, having stayed at a different hotel during previous visits to the area. I would have no qualms at all about staying here again. I am up early, and free breakfast and coffee is expecially appreciated at an hour when I want it - 6:00am.

Roadway enterance very difficult to find in the dark from the highway. Road Sign was not lit and easily missed. Chairs in the breakfast room were stained. The lobby and breakfast room furniture was a little shabby showing a lot of wear and tear. I dont meen it was dirty.It was clean. The staff people were all very nice and courtious. Room was very clean and comfortable. I wpould not hessitate to stay there again. Overall a good place to stay.

The ice machine on my floor was not working. The spa pool was out of order. The main pool was freezing - I basically couldn’t use the one amenity I wanted. The breakfast was okay, not terrible, just a notch above school breakfast. The mattress was much too firm. We paid nearly $400, arrived on Friday after noon and checked out Sunday morning. I think considering what we paid, we did not get what we paid for. I’m disabled and walk with a cane. Having to needlessly travel to the main floor for ice was a hassle. And I needed to use the pool / spa to relax the pressure on my back. I could have stayed at a motel and had the same level of service (likely better). I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. On the good side, the staff was very friendly.

The room was ideal. Bed was very comfortable and firmly supportive for rest and sleep. Nicely accomodated room, high ceilings and relaxing. Downside is: conversations from rooms while walking down the hallway were anything but private. Did not hear noise between 11-6 though my room walls. The pool was well kept, larger than most hotels, spotlessly clean and the pampering I wanted in a hotel. I had it all to myself when I came to use it. Front staff were cordial and helpful -perfect with getting clarifications. Parking was easy. Kind cleaning person encountered... felt at home and safe.
