Great property for a family stay. Walking distance to Osoyoos Main Street, pool and hottub is comfortable. Beds are comfy, and blackout blinds work well. Continental breakfast had a great variety. The on site Tesla charger was super convenient for us

The perfect stay for a family vacation. The pool and hot tub is conveniently situated in the courtyard, excellent service and quite clean. If you don't plan on spending time in your room and just need a place to sleep and shower, it's perfect. Fresh towels and maid service is promot. The complementary breakfast is just right,enough options to get the day started. We didn't use the 2 BBQ's available on the patio, however all restaurants are walkable in the main town. Gyro beach is walkable and there is a beer store at the foot of the park. Have fun, make this your stay!

The people were very courteous and helped us by getting a cart for our luggage. The tiles that lined the pool on the inside wall was filthy as was the trim around the hot tub. The hot tub jets were turned off over the weekend. Not good.

For a newer hotel, it sure was dirty. it appears the room staff know how to change the bed and towels, but haven't a clue how to wipe ANYTHING down. Lightswitches, lamp switches, microwave, desk. Even the main elevator was filthy. Does anyone there know how to wipe anything down? Maybe use some stainless steel dressing? The breakfast was cereal/bread/bage/ day old Tim Hortons muffins (not kidding on the day old) and coffee. Waffle maker was broken/not dispensing. Nice looking hotel, very poorly run.

We had some bad experience in the property. The flush was not working properly and we informed it to staff they took time to fix it. The towels in the bathroom were looking clean but didn’t smell good. The bed was comfortable but there were some light flies found on the bed sheet.

The units are not soundproof at all. We could hear the upstairs guests coughing, hacking, talking and their TV. When they woke up early they woke us up as well. Buildings built entirely out of wood shouldn't be used for hotels.

Good property, only Problem was the proximity to the high way, lots of traffic noise and the in room AC unit is very loud, especially whe. It kicks on and off,every 10 mins or so, makes sleeping impossible

MISREPRESENTATION: this is my honest review of my recent stay at this hotel between May one and May 4, 2024. I am a physician who is looking for a business hotel so that I could provide real time video conferencing with my staff and patience. The write up on Expedia stated this hotel supplied high speed Wi-Fi. This is absolutely not true. The Wi-Fi speeds range from 10 Mb per second download and one to 5 Mb per second upload at the best of times. What was acceptable was the hotel policy to throttle down your Internet access if you reach a certain volume up. This is clearly unacceptable for a hotel That advertises themselves as a Radisson, which is known to be a business oriented hotel. In fact, this is a super eight hotel that is being lipsticked with cheap upgrades and paint. They supply you with small tubes of toiletries and they do not replace them when you’ve open them the day before. The toilet paper is less than single ply for you, ladies who care about this. They have the gall to advertise a continental breakfast, which during my three days was a muffin from Tim Hortons, a juice box and a granola bar handed to me in a paper bag. I asked the staff to If I could check out early, but they said I would not refund despite such Misrepresentation. The only redeeming feature is that it is in the heart of Osoyoos so you’re close to McDonald’s and A&W and a supermarket. Anyways, I would avoid this hotel if you’re expecting a Radisson standard or you need a Business hotel.

There are two buildings at this hotel, one very old and one very new. Without knowing this, we booked our room in what turned out to be the old building. Although it overlooked the pool, the room was very dark, and inward facing. We requested a different room and were shown one in the new building that was much, much better. Staff were friendly and very acommodating.

The room was clean and spacious. We were on the main floor of their second building so we had access to a little patio area off our room. It would have been too hot during the day, but the evenings in Osoyoos stay warm in September and we ate our dinner out there and it was lovely. Location is just over a kilometer from downtown, so easy to walk to shops and the lake. Breakfast was more basic than other hotels on our trip. No eggs/bacon/sausage/hash browns, mainly continental with the addition of a pancake machine. Unlike most places it worked, but there was only one and it was set to make a single small pancake. We were very early so it was no problem, but later on I'm sure it would have been a very long wait to get near it. Phil at the front desk was personable and helpful. Nice to encounter someone with a personality.

I didn't love that when myself and my kids went to use the pool in the early evening there was a drunken pot smoking party going on at the pool. I also found it a presumptuous to place a tip jar at the woefully under stocked self serve/clear your table breakfast. Lastly, as we were exiting our building in the morning with our bags and belongings a member of the housekeeping staff had parked his supply cart outside the building right infront of the door, making it very difficult for us to exit, and stood and watched us instead of offering to move his cart. Not super impressed.

Such a friendly, warm welcome including great recommendations for dinner (she provided us take-out menus and we ordered delivery!) Freshly updated, our room was spotless! The room was clean and spacious. We were on the main floor of their second building so we had access to a little patio area off our room. It would have been too hot during the day, but the evenings in Osoyoos stay warm in September and we ate our dinner out there and it was lovely. Location is just over a kilometer from downtown, so easy to walk to shops and the lake. Breakfast was more basic than other hotels on our trip. No eggs/bacon/sausage/hash browns, mainly continental with the addition of a pancake machine. Unlike most places it worked, but there was only one and it was set to make a single small pancake. We were very early so it was no problem, but later on I'm sure it would have been a very long wait to get near it. Phil at the front desk was personable and helpful. Nice to encounter someone with a personality.

MISREPRESENTATION: this is my honest review of my recent stay at this hotel between May one and May 4, 2024. I am a physician who is looking for a business hotel so that I could provide real time video conferencing with my staff and patience. The write up on Expedia stated this hotel supplied high speed Wi-Fi. This is absolutely not true. The Wi-Fi speeds range from 10 Mb per second download and one to 5 Mb per second upload at the best of times. What was acceptable was the hotel policy to throttle down your Internet access if you reach a certain volume up. This is clearly unacceptable for a hotel That advertises themselves as a Radisson, which is known to be a business oriented hotel. In fact, this is a super eight hotel that is being lipsticked with cheap upgrades and paint. They supply you with small tubes of toiletries and they do not replace them when you’ve open them the day before. The toilet paper is less than single ply for you, ladies who care about this. They have the gall to advertise a continental breakfast, which during my three days was a muffin from Tim Hortons, a juice box and a granola bar handed to me in a paper bag. I asked the staff to If I could check out early, but they said I would not refund despite such Misrepresentation. The only redeeming feature is that it is in the heart of Osoyoos so you’re close to McDonald’s and A&W and a supermarket. Anyways, I would avoid this hotel if you’re expecting a Radisson standard or you need a Business hotel.

Too expensive per night for what you get from a motel property. Just because it is Osoyoos does not mean that you have to gorge Canadian’s on the price and value of nothing more than a motel. Suffice to say that the continental breakfast was appalling. If that’s proprietary standards for price in that town, I shall never stay there again.

Been staying at this property since the early nineties as its change names a few times, park inn is a great stay if your passing through osoyoos or staying for a while, my only complaint is the breakfast bar needs more of a selection and pancake machine is not great making 1 pancake at a time buy the time you make 3 there cold & great coffee

Spacious room. Clean. Seating around pool is good. Could use a bathroom in lobby / near pool so you don’t have to go all the way back to your room. Breakfast has great variety and staff is on top of cleaning up and stocking items throughout morning

Intentional mistakes need to be corrected for other customers. A day before my arrival August 27, 2026, I phoned to the property to let them know That I was coming. I talked to male individual working evening shift. He told me that my room is in upstairs in one of the floors. After he talked to me, he said, I am going to give you the room by the pool area. Do you mind he asked. I said, I prepare upper floors where my wife and I can see outside views. My wife likes views and I prefer to stay where it was first assigned, I said. After he insisted, I said, okay. I thought, the person changed my room because of my accent over the phone. After we arrived to the property with my wife Aug 28, 2026, my wife and I were sent to the basement. There was laundry room, water hose sticking out of the stair on the floor, and we didn’t like the floor even before we saw our room. It looked like storage room, noisy and not clean (to our observation). The room that was available and assigned to me at the time of booking should be assigned to me at the time of my arrival to the hotel property not the basement room. Immediately, my wife and I went to upstairs to the main floor to the check-in desk and complained. I told them that it was a basement and we are not happy. There was a water hose and laundry room I said. They said it’s not a basement. Two floors down from the main floor is a basement. After exchanging words, they realized and they were wrong and gave us a room on the second floor.

Phil was very friendly and helpful he went above and beyond to help us. The room was spacious and was cleaned daily and our towels were restock daily. The pool is clean, but lacking on pool chairs. Breakfast was okay. Walking distance to the beach and stores Definitely will stay again

Nice hotel with a quaint courtyard pool. Situated close to the grocery store and Starbucks but a ways from the beach and park. My only real complaint is that the way the building stands all the sun is gone from the pool area by 5PM Even in the middle of July.
