The room was clean. After driving through a snowstorm in the mountains, we arrived at about 11 PM, exhausted and ready to be done for the night. But, after about 15 minutes of ringing the bell and calling the front desk, my son found the front desk clerk in the bathroom. We finally got checked in. I asked about the continental breakfast and was informed that it was only coffee (they had the food, just no one to cook it) because they just reopened and were understaffed. I asked for more coffee packs for the room- was told he would look and bring them up- they never showed. We went to the room and the key wouldn't work, guess the battery was dead? Got moved to a different room (which was also clean). Tried to get coffee (from the continental breakfast) in the morning only to find there was only coffee, sugar and sweeteners- no cream. Overall horrible experience. Maybe they'll get better with staffing, but beware. I am generally an understanding person, but this hotel was ridiculous. If you are so severely understaffed, maybe wait to reopen??
