Extended stay motel in a not so decent area. I'm a single female and needed a room for a couple days/nights while I was moving and while the price was right, I felt very uncomfortable with the other patrons at the motel. Pets are allowed; many people do not clean up after their pets. My room was on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't work the entire time so I got a good workout going to and from my room up and down 4 flights of stairs. Also had to get my room key re-keyed everyday which was annoying.

The worse experience I ever had, super dirty, one elevator was not working, the other one was dirty with Po…p, definitely not safe for families. I will never start here again , glad it was just one night,

The rooms were large and set up well. Pool and hot tub were nice. Entire place was just dirty and rooms smelled but for the price we expected that

The room i had it had bed bugs in the carpet in the bedroom and because of that i had to take my girlfriend to the hospital for an allergic reaction she had by helping me bring my stuff in to the room from being allergic to them my dogs were also getting bit and eaten by them when i brought it to the attention of the front office they just blew me off like it was nothing and did absolutley nothing at all to even remidify the situation or offer me any kind of refund or reimbursement to make it right either for it when i mentioned it to them when i was checking out there is a high level of drug selling activity around inside and outside of the building and there are homeless bums galore in the area only 1 of 4 elevators work in the entire building and its a huge building which was really inconvenient because i was on the 3rd floor with my dogs on the opposite end of the building and had to walk across the building to use it because they were to scared to go down the stairs from the 3rd floor this hotel is not family friendly because of all the drug activity and bums hanging out outside around the building and they are breaking in to cars and stealing belonging out of peoples car cops frequent the property frequently not good security at all my girlfriend asked me to walk her out to her car because she wasnt comfortable doing it on her own because of all the people looking like they wanted to rob somebody and take from them i smelt the odor of blue pills or fentanyl powder too

I had hoped that the Jacuzzi was clean, but no luck.

The elevator was broken and the only available room was the 4 th floor. My knees are too old to walk those stairs

The Good: The price is the main draw. Morning staff and management were efficient. Staff did a good job cleaning and mopping common floors, and the pool was clean. Nearby amenities are excellent: a Carl's Jr. and a highly recommended, clean coin-less laundromat. Suitable for a solo guest on a tight budget. 👎 The Bad/Safety Concerns: My first room smelled strongly of urine (I was moved immediately). Security is an issue: I was startled by a person living in the dumpster area, and homeless individuals often sleep on the stairs. I encountered prostitutes (a firm "no" was enough). One staff member (long-haired male) was very unpleasant. ⚠️ Maintenance & Other Notes: The key cards consistently deactivate. The single working elevator is unreliable/finicky, and people have been stuck—use the stairs, as the phone doesn't work. Watch your step: guest laziness means dog waste is common in the walkways. Proximity to a dispensary means a frequent, strong smell of marijuana.

Rooms were spacious but run down. We pulled the pull out couch and it was very dirty. Staff was good but the property needed attention. Elevator didn't work. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking pot and looking shady.

The only had one elevator that worked

The property was nice, but the elevators were not working and we were put on the 4th floor and we're not told the elevators didn't work.I am a senior citizen with lung cancer and the climb of the stairs was too much

Bed sheets had stains, towels were not clean, and the whole feel of it was disgusting. I got in late at night and contemplated on asking for a refund and going back to the airport to sleep. Worst experience!

Front Desk staff was great but the room reeked of urine and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. We requested a new room but it was right next to the first one and the whole corner of the motel reeked. We asked for a refund and the Front Desk cheerfully refunded our stay.

This was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed at. The place was filthy. Both the room and the property such as the elevators were filthy. I will never use Hotels.com again because I should be able to trust what you offer on your site. The place is also used as a temporary shelter for homeless which is nice but as a paying customer, I should have been told this up front.

After checking in and finding our rooms dirty. Human waste on the floor with drug paraphernalia sitting next to it. We left as soon as we could!! I need my deposit back

So we get there to check in and the girl states they do not have the room i booked she explains that they havent used those rooms to rent out in so long. I ask what she can do about it she says move me to ethier a pull out couch room or 2 beds i had booked a king i take the two beds. I get to my room and walk in none of the lights turn on i finially figure that put and i am smaked in the face with hevy cigarette smoke and dirty dog smell i try to look past that and look to the rest of the room i found a roach and the water pressure was no. Existant towels smelled still and had stains

The room had not been vacuumed so I left immediately and I would like my money returned.

The whole room smelled of cat pee. If my family had another option we would have left. The worst room we have ever stayed in

I checked in around 5:45 and left shortly after midnight. The toilet wouldn’t flush or plunge. The kitchen was leaking water into the carpet, the sheets were dirty and there were happy birthday balloons left. I have bites all over my legs from the bed bugs. I couldn’t shower because the towels were dirty. I can provide photos if needed.

The pool was nice and very clean. Lots of obvious shady stuff going on in and out. Would be fine for a young person in their 20s who likes to party. Not for me and my kids. Felt really unsafe. No shampoo or anything provided. No wifi even though they say they have wifi. No mini cooking kitchen even though it said that it had it available in the room I picked. Just wasn't what I we wanted at all. But the staff was nice. Floors were filthy in the rooms. Didn't see a roach till the last day but I know they are very common in Phoenix so I was surprised I didn't see more honestly.

Where to begin.. Our stay was an adventure. The staff works hard, unfortunately they are short handed and cant keep up with the work. They are definitely pet friendly and maybe too much so, dog poop everywhere. Trash cans constantly full, over running. The majority of the guests i saw live there full time. There are 2 of the 4 elevators in working order and looked to be "lived" in. If your looking for a party or party favors this is the place to be. Girls and guys are readily available. So thats GROSS. Be careful when using the side gates which by the way dont lock. People take advantage of the shade and lack of security and squatters live under the trees. We stayed there because we needed a room near Phoenix Childrens Hospital. My son was having surgery and it was within our budget. It had 4 stars rating.I dont know how. With this said, we weren't harrassed by other guests or non guests. They kept to themselves. But I definitely didnt feel comfortable or relaxed. Our first room was destroyed earlier that day because a couple had a fight. I showed management pics and we were immediately moved to a better room. The a.c doesnt work. Our room temp never dropped below 80°. Water was off several hours for pipe repairs, which happens. But not convenient. If your looking for adventure this is the place to be. I would recommend a tetanus shot prior to booking. And pack lots of antibacterial soap.You'll be glad you did. I dont recommend taking children here. Ive seen things here.

This hotel is dilapidated and in a drug infested area . Did not feel safe at all and couldn’t wait to check out . Can’t complain about the room . No wifi .

More upscale than the average Motel 6. Nice pool/garden area in center. Top 2 floors of 4 are suites for business people, where I stayed. Very comfortable and affordable. My BIG complaint: Wi-Fi had been down for two weeks, desk clerk said. Totally unacceptable for most travelers. Like water and electricity, internet is a basic utility in 2025. Hopefully, this will be fixed by the time others book a room.

Our room overlooked a car wash that played loud music at all hours, which made it very difficult to sleep. We were also followed by an unsavory individual that made us rather uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was rather run down. The pool looked nice, but we didnt use it.

This property is not one to stay at. I arrived at the property at 3:08 pm and was told that there were no clean rooms. Approx 10-15 minutes later Expedia told me there were rooms clean. The front desk agent was VERY rude. When I presented her my ID to checkin she ignored it and proceeded to act unprofessional. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT WORTH IT.

Everything went smooth with the Check-in.I'm just waiting for my deposit to be refunded

The front desk was great, she was so helpful. It was booked due to the Charlie Kirk memorial but we were there for it too. The room was good, had a bit of a problem with the air flow in the room but it was comfortable.

When we arrived people were blocking the entrance and they had security out front trying to remove them. When we registered they said our room was on the fourth floor. I told them I asked for ground floor, I have heart disease and my husband has a knee that needs to be replaced. Then they told me there is nothing we can do and the elevators are out all over the hotel but one works. It was nowhere near our room. People partying with open doors, people hanging out everywhere that aren’t guests. I have a dog and people were allowed to let their dogs poop everywhere. We found out they are in the process of changing this hotel into apartments most people are permanent tenants. So complaints of any kind fall back on the tenants live here full time. We went to Phoenix to see a heart specialist who was amazing but the motel employees didn’t help my health condition at all. Do not recommend this motel!

The staff was very nice but the surrounding area was not very nice. It seemed unsafe. The unit was roomy but a little worn. Only one elevator worked. We were on the 4th floor so the elevator was important. One of the other units had a broken window and there was glass over the walkway. It was not cleaned up in the two days we stayed there.

Don’t stay there. There is a lot of indigent and drug addicts staying there.
