Reception staff friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy could be heard saying “there British so I’m not helping them”- which isn’t a great intro to a place. Rest staff were helpful and pleasant. Pool area is good plenty of sun lounges. Drinks menu was good. Hotel clean and spacious. The place lacks any atmosphere and is dated. The food was limited in choice and often cold/warm. Feels no attempt in the public areas to make the place appealing and was just functional. It is close to the coral bay strip which is good.

Extremely dirty room, and a staff not very interested in helping the clients. Awful experience, we had to switch the hotel because of the terrible condition.

The room was very big and clean and nice decor. All extras needed. All the staff were very helpful and happy. Pools were excellent. There were no ramps for wheelchairs. People on half board had to walk up to some shops to get a sandwich. It would have been nice if some wrapped sandwiches were for sale in hotel. Enjoyable stay.
