There were a few small roaches in the bathroom.

Left with the worse sinus infection - Unsure if it was due to the air conditioner or the fact that I am allergic to Marijana and that is all that was able to be smelled throughout the hallways and wafting under the door. The room itself was clean, covers on the mattresses (awesome!) The room was old, looked like newer floors, but the humidity in the room was making the flooring lift so walking around the room was a little noisy. The staff was ABSOLUTELY amazing, nice and efficient. The ice machine was not working - was told to "just go back in an hour" and there would be ice - went back multiple times - no avail. The key cards would not stay activated. Was told don't put them by the phone, I literally set it on the dresser near NOTHING and it still did not work. We did not eat breakfast if it was available I didn't notice. Probably wouldn't stay again. We did not use the shower - there was a bath mat down and it was gross and the shower was NOT clean - the counter and the sink/toilet were, so that is fine. Wouldn't have been able to stay more than overnight with no shower available.

I would consider my room a bit pricey for a below average room. There was a problem with roaches being present in the bathroom during my stay.

Staff and clean room good stay

Room was nice and we appreciated the large fridge. It’s an older hotel with no elevator.
