Harlech Castle, only a short drive away, Harlech Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it is situated high on a rock with commanding views over the surrounding landscape and the coastline. Borth-y-Gest is a charming coastal village, located a short distance from the cottage and boasts a sheltered harbour, sandy beach, and picturesque walks along the coast.
