New Garden View Resort

Poolside was great Out only problem with the hotel is catering for Aussie yobos, shame on them, guests were very drunk at times and lots of groups around pool area after closing until dawn

Was put in lower type of room and wasn’t pool view at first till we complained, eventually told it was error, yeh! Put in proper room, was nice interior, smaller tv, air con worked, had issues asking for extra room swipe card so we each a key but wouldn’t happen the reception said! One stays in for electrical to be on when in room, so we only had 1 swipe card, had to ask reception constantly ( which upset them a few times) to open room. Had some meals at hotel, wasn’t too bad, breakie at 100,000 was good value except running out of juices, toasters not working properly, no plates in area for putting finished toast slices on ( on over far side of area). Had driver organised for departure real early morning flight, charged 250,000 to airport. Would stay here again but be aware they try and scam you out of the correct room, others staying we spoke to also reception staff tried this trick.

Yeah, it was ok, but I have stayed in better at the same price.

Pool area was great. Loved the view and depth of pool upstairs.

This was our 2nd stay in 2 years. We book the deluxe wing pool view rooms & they are lovely. The whole resort though needs a lot of work & maintenance. The rooftop pool and surrounds are in great need over an overhaul, it actually felt unsafe. The staff are friendly & the location is our favourite aspect of the resort.
