Very friendly welcome, good location and rooms nicely appointed with parking in front of our rooms.

This is a mediocre hotel on Main Street.. easy access to restaurants, breweries and the beach.. no breakfast, but very comfortable beds.

Our check-in was exceptional. The gentleman at the counter was great! The hotel is located in a good spot. There is a cafe on site and the food is good. The beds were pretty comfy. I would stay again.

Great location in Fort Bragg. Front desk is very nice and easy to work through. Rooms were clean and tidy and everything I needed for a comfortable nights sleep. Was not worried whatsoever about the area I was in and left some gear on the car overnight with no issues. Price is comparable with everything else in the area. Would recommend!

They were respectful, helpful, everything was clean, they had refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, a desk and chair in the room bathroom was clean

I chose the property because we needed two separate bedrooms (one person is a snorer). The nice bathroom was accessible from both bedrooms. The desk chairs are stained and need to be replaced. The beds were excellent. The heater worked well. The price was good.

This hotel is a good deal for the price I paid. The rooms are clean and updated. The hotel is in a safe location.

Room was updated, clean, staff was very nice and made suggestions for food and activities. The cons their in process of taking new ownership and they need to make more adjustments, the room could use a chair with the table, a mirror so when someone else is in bathroom. VERY slow internet, tv wasn’t connected to comcast. Shower didn’t drain properly. They had coffee in lobby only. This place is a great value price for staying overnight or two so close to beach to explore and allows you to spend money on other activities or food if your wondering what to do in Fort Bragg.

Friendly fellow checked us in and immediately offered us a new room when the first room had a small issue. The room was tidy and as described. Glass beach is a short 10 minute walk away but hard to access (and don’t steal the glass). We discovered a cute brewery down the road. Quiet town that shuts down early. Decent coffee in the lobby and an ice machine. A very basic but adequate hotel room.

The room we stayed was very clean as well as the bedding! Please don’t raise the price even if I rate your hotel excellent! Keep it clean so people will continue to patronize your hotel because it’s clean with an affordable price!

The room was clean but our bathroom was dirty and old

This hotel should not be hotels.com approved. Upon entering the room, it smelled. Having the air conditioning on improved but didn't rid the smell. Housekeeping was not guaranteed, only if you got up early enough in the day to request it. There was no carpet and it was apparent the floors hadn't been mopped in awhile as our feet turned brown. The bed had a sag in the middle so bad I could barely move in the morning. However, the second bed was mildly better the next night.

For what it was . It was not horrible . The rooms could be better taken care of . There was a plastic bag around the smoke detector, used q-tip left behind and the pain was chipping all around and the floors were pretty dirty feet’s were black after walking around the room

It wasnt as clean as you think it would be as understanding as i was trying to be the entire place gave me the ick. The showers and toilets werent clean the way a hotel shouldve been cleaned. The bathrooms had other peoples dirty trash under the vanities. There were ants which i understand is out of anyones control. The staff was very friendly and understanding to our concerns but the cleanliness of the place made me feel gross. They can definitely do better on the cleaning of the rooms. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were a good size.

Room was pretty gross. Hair and dirt all over the ground, beds, and towels. Definitely made the stay uncomfortable know the room was not cleaned thoroughly.

Floors were filthy. Bugs in drawers. Shower was gross. Minimal heat on a cold night

BED AND PILLOWS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE FLOORS LOOKED A LITTLE DIRTY AND THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE MILDEW/ MOLD WHEN YOU ENTER.

The hotel was fine for one night, they have good wifi and a friendly front desk staff. The room was pretty dirty especially in the corners. Tv didn’t work. Pretty area and it’s kind of what you expect with the price.

The room was clean but had an odor and the pillows had a dirty head smell. We stayed only one night so it was acceptable for the price and location to Glass Beach.

I had a pleasant overnight stay. The king size room I was given was large, clean (mostly) and had all the amenities I like (frig., microwave and ice machine behind office). I also like that there is no carpeting in the room. There was a minor housekeeping issue that I mentioned to the front desk on check out. I believe it was an oversight, so I was not put out about it. To be honest, I chose to stay here because the price was right. But if I was staying in the Fort Bragg area longer, I would prefer to stay at another hotel in town. The motel is right on Main Street and slightly north of town. It might be noisy from street noise if you don’t have the A/C on. It is close to Glass Beach but you cannot see the water from this location.

Spacious room, but oddly layed out. Would be nice if there was somewhere to sit other than just the bed. Great room if youre only sleeping there.

Good mattress and pillows. Great water pressure. No comfortable chairs. Rooms are very dark and nothing to see out the window but the parking lot and the back of other buildings. I won’t go back. The price was low for Fort Bragg but now I understand why.

Very close to Glass Beach. Heating unit plug in was broken so heat varies and super loud unit when it did work. Very nice staff and overall clean room and sheets. Would stay again

Queen rooms are very small but clean. Bathroom clean but shampoo, body soap and conditioner are placed out of the shower by the side of the wall which is inconvenient. Nice big TV though! Bed was very comfy and pillows too. Parking is easy but needs repavement

I like the no frills accommodation provided by Studio 9. Checking-in was a breeze. We purposely chose this place due to its proximity to the Glass Beach. Our room was clean. The water pressure was great! I particularly loved their bath towels, which were so soft and absorbent. We had good space and amenities.

Motel is good. WiFi is horrible, so in the event you try to watch a show it’s too laggy to attempt to watch. Friendly and helpful employees. Rooms are always clean. Walking distance to glass beach and downtown make it perfect location.

Customer service was great. Will definitely stay again. Even when the heater would not work they moved us to another room without hesitation.

For being the cheapest room in town, it was a nice hot shower, the bed was comfortable, nice sized refrigerator.. It was well worth the money.

Nice enough but the door to the room wouldn’t stay closed and the separate room had no TV. Also some outlets didn’t work for charging.

Check-in/out were quick and smooth. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly. I've learned from positive experiences not to judge a motel by its old exterior. My room was updated, nicely decorated and CLEAN. My only issue was not having a small table to prepare a meal on or eat at. . . especially since I was pouring out and warming up a can of soup. There isn't room for a table but maybe a high TV tray that could be folded up and stored in the cubby where luggage rack is? I appreciated how quiet it was, I got three nights of good sleep. The motel is a block from the beach.

They messed up our booking! Rude front desk guy!!!!!

We went in & the first room they put us in was so loud because the heater kept going off real loud then I spoke to a young man there and he moved us to a different room & it was so much better & the rooms are real clean with everything you need fridge, microwave, coffee pot & we had a great time

The rude lady at the front desk asked me what I wanted when I showed up at 2:47pm. She said it was too early to check in so I told her I would wait in my car for 13 minutes. The motel is pretty run down but the room was clean. The towels were the nicest part of the room. It really is a perfect location to walk to the cute downtown and to Glass Beach.

This was a terrible stay. Motel changed its name so we couldn’t find it easily. Name not changed on website. We were told there was a white piece of paper with old name taped to window that we never saw. Very rude check in person. Terrible parking. Pictures in website looked like motel was on or close to beach but it was 3 blocks away with no entrance to beach. Curtains hung over heat/ac do couldn’t use. Phone had no dial tone. TV had three remotes and one didn’t work. Bathroom had five dispensers of soap shampoo etc of which only two had anything in them. Parking lot was hard to get in and out of. When front desk person came to look at tv he couldn’t fix it then had an attitude. Would never recommend this place!

Showed up a little early. Rude lady said no early check in even though we were only 40 mins early. Gentleman was really friendly and helpful. Housekeepers were really nice too. Room was a little aged but not bad for the price. Expedia over charged us. It would have been cheaper to pay the hotel directly. I reached out and they told me since I prepaid they couldn’t give me the difference.

Booked this through Expedia and made an error on the date. Tried to change with Expedia and the front desk person declined to help. I called directly and was told that I lied to Expedia about why I wanted to cancel and rebook. The receptionist actually told me I lied on the phone. Why would I lie about making an error? I finally spoke to a manager that did help me rebook for the next day. For that I am thankful. Employees that act like he did, do not belong in hospitality. The place is old and not updated. I had to ask for towels (only two present for 3 adults). The tv did not work. I asked for help and never received it.

I arrived at the OMEO Suites at Glass Beach in Fort Bragg CA to check into my room. The front desk person, Ken, checked me in. I felt excited to relax and get some rest on the first evening of my ensembles North-Coast tour. After loading in all of my gear, I prepared my self to take a shower. I noticed there was no fan in room 112’s bathroom so I cracked the bathroom window and turned on the room heater to keep the air circulating. I entered the shower and things became very steamy in the bathroom. The fire alarm beeped for a very short moment due to the steam. I continued showering until I was completely startled by a loud pounding on my room door accompanied by loud shouting. I turned the shower down and said hello? The pounding got louder and more violent and the voice said “open up, what’s going on in there”. I replied “ Who is it? I am showering”. The voice said “ this is the front desk open up now!” while still pounding aggressively on the door. The person then started testing the knob and eventually used a key to forcefully open the door. The door was caught by the security latch. Thank goodness for that latch, other wise the person would have barged right into the room as I was completely nude. I said “what’s going on, why are you breaking into my room like this?” The person, who I could now see was Ken from the front desk, replied “ your fire alarm went off and I need to know why”. I reluctantly unlatched the dead bolt and let Ken get a good look at my wet body...

Great spot walking distance from lots of great sites. Really enjoyed stay.

This place is the value of Fort Bragg. Walking distance to Glass Beach and miles of coastal hiking, fine dining, the Skunk Train depot, and the cutest little breakfast place with vegan options. Check in is always friendly and fun. It's a simple room with basic amenities, which is all I need for a place with so much to do! Thank you.

First of all, the name on Expedia is misleading—the hotel's actual name is Omeo Suites. Thankfully, I read the reviews first, so I knew we were in the right place. The best thing about this motel is its location; it’s close to everything. We easily walked to Glass Beach and nearby dining options. But, the property itself leaves much to be desired. The room was not clean. I always check the beds for bedbugs—thankfully, there were no signs of them—but the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. I found a few strands of hair inside the sheets. The bathroom was also not up to par; there were hairs in the bathtub, and the bath mat was old and falling apart. The toilet seat was particularly alarming; it looked dirty at first, but it turned out to be just old and scratched. The chair in the room was another issue. It was filthy, with dirt, hair, and what appeared to be pee stains on it. I didn’t bother complaining to the staff since it was a busy holiday week, and I assumed there were no other rooms available—or that they’d be in a similar state. I’m giving this place 3 stars solely because of its convenient location.

Place was clean, very simple no frills, but nice. Good breakfast and lunch restaurant right out front, very convenient location. Would stay again.

The only complaint is that hotel OMEO SUITES they offer you breakfast but, in the office they only have coffee and they should be more specific in what they announce in his website, they offer for their guests thank you

The day we checked in the staff was great, but the staff that was there the day we checked out was quite rude. We were told that there weren't any more breakfast bags yet they handed them out to other employees of the property. The persons tone when she spoke was also quite rude.

This is clearly false advertisement the included breakfast is a brown paperbag snack at best.

It states breakfast included but all we got was a bag with granola, apple, and bag of cracker. Overpriced.
