Normally stay at either Fanabe, jacaranda , playaolid or the gf Isabel Chose this hotel for a change the decision was price driven. Lovely layout of hotel Good size room clean with excellent shower Nice pool area with lots of sun beds We were all inclusive good choice of food and good variety. We ate in most days which is unusual for us Staff lovely and wine was dispensed by the bottle as opposed to draft which you often find when going all inc If I had one issue I would say the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best at my side of the hotel . Hotel closing for a refurbishment. I wouldn’t have known this as the hotel was in good condition We would definitely go back.

Necesita una reforma general pues su estado está deteriorado. Piscina se hace pequeña para todos y te quedas sin hamacas y sin sitio para disfrute de la piscina. Las hamacas quedaban con toallas durante horas sin que nadie revisase eso, incluso durante la noche seguías viendo toallas en las hamacas que al día siguiente seguían en el mismo sitio. La habitación el aire acondicionado apenas enfría, pasando calor durante la noche.. La tele se veía muy mal y el baño muy poco accesible con bañeras. Es la segunds vez que nos quedamos y esperabamos que hubiesen mejorado tras la pandemia pero no fue así y su estado era más viejo, lo único que nos gustó realmente es el buffet y el personal, de las instalaciones muy decepcionados, sobre todo porque el precio no es acorde a su estado.

Been here 10 days the hotel was having major works taking place for at least 6 days which was very loud and ment reduced access to pool area. Work continued 8-2pm daily. Hotel spa and hot tub was cold and 1 of the saunas where not working. A lot of the sunbeds around the pool where broken

Beautiful modern, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good choices for food. Only criticism is the hotel policy say that don’t allow people to save sunbeds, however lots of guests save beds very early leaving little or no choice later.

I stayed here all inclusive and the hotel was lovely, decent food and the alcohol drink was proper brand San Miguel on Draught and Absolute Vodka, Jack Daniels, Barcardi all included.

I stayed on b&b basis, so the generic breakfast buffet you’d get anywhere (no gluten free options). The gym doesn’t open until 11am; most holidaymakers would want to get their session in first thing and then enjoy their day. Reception was very understaffed and queues built up quickly.

Great service at reception along with happy helpful staff. Relaxing environment, calm and a service to be proud of. The pool area is very good, big pool and sure makes going home difficult.

Location excellent, staff lovely. Shutting down for refurb so pool was a little dirty but the rooms were spotless. Can’t wait to go back after refurb. Food was awful but I like to eat out drinks on AI were fab

The lobby is a genuinely impressive space—bright, spacious and inviting—with daily treats like cookies, fresh fruit and citrus‑infused water. The hotel’s cleanliness stood out immediately. Every area, from the corridors to the communal spaces, was spotless and clearly well cared for. Our deluxe double room continued that standard: generously sized, immaculate, with ample wardrobe space and a modern bathroom featuring a large walk‑in shower and amenity dispensers. The south‑facing balcony with sea views was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing with a drink. Air‑con, a fridge and a safe added to the comfort. We stayed all‑inclusive and found the food selection broad, though vegetarian and especially vegan options were very limited. It seems plant‑based dining isn’t yet common on the island, so choices were restricted. The bars offered a good range of local spirits, Alhambra beer on tap and several cocktails within the all‑inclusive package. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, attentive and a real credit to the place. Evening entertainment was provided nightly by a solo singer. Betjeningen var høfflig og hyggelig, men renhold og maten var ikke som forventet. Aircondition på rommet var tett og fungerte ikke. Avføring på utside av toalettet og støv og søppel under sengen. Det føltes ikke rent. Vi ga beskjed i resepsjonen og vaske personell gikk over rommet og vasket på nytt, men det var fortsatt avføring på utsiden av toalettskålen da vi kom opp igjen på rommet for å legge oss. Vi var der heldigvis bare en natt

The place felt a bit grimy, one thing that stuck out was they leave the reception doors open from the pool and sometimes onto the main road which lets in the smell of smoke, not great. Also over looking our balcony seemed to be a place people from above could throw out cigarettes and on one occasion a door lock casing, landing directly onto us. That said it’s a holiday on a budget.

Amazing staff in all areas. Kind and helpfull and very professional. Comfy beds, very good rooms. Well cleaned when we arrived. Only thing is that the daily cleaning of teh room was poor, they basically emptied the trashbin and changed towels. No cleaning of the floors or changing cups in the tea-station. Nearby beach and resturants. Calm relaxing vibe. I'd be happy to stay here again!

I cannot say too much as i am still staying here. The staff , receptionist are very rude , especially the lady named NUNE , she frightenight my wife with her awful nature , my wife would not go to the reception again after speaking with her . She only asked to see if we could upgrade ! The reason being is that the room we stayed in was awful and full of mould , pictures to prove this . Also due to mobility issues we asked if we could bring in a scooter, yet again we was turned away with a awful attitude by the reception, being told that the manager mrs Hernandez had now set a rule stating that residents can no longer plug in the scooters ! We actually lost 105 euros as we had already paid for 1 the previous day and therefore had to stay within the hotel due to my wifes disabilities and pay for drinks and food throughout as we are only b&b . It has been a awful stay due to the mobility issue's we faced. We sent several email's to mrs Hernandez throughtout our stay , also many emails through to the official webmail yet with no reply . "Emails to prove this " If any person needs further info i am willing to send pics to prove the trauma we have been through . Please think twice before staying in this hotel unless You like to be intimidated, humiliated or like sraying in squalor.

Hotel casi a pie de playa, habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y tranquilas, con terraza. El comedor acogedor, sin masificación de gente y con la posibilidad de comer en la terraza exterior. El personal muy amable y atento. Hemos disfrutado mucho estos días.

Hotel closing for a refurbishment. I wouldn’t have known this as the hotel was in good condition We would definitely go back.

Necesita una reforma general pues su estado está deteriorado. Piscina se hace pequeña para todos y te quedas sin hamacas y sin sitio para disfrute de la piscina. Las hamacas quedaban con toallas durante horas sin que nadie revisase eso, incluso durante la noche seguías viendo toallas en las hamacas que al día siguiente seguían en el mismo sitio. La habitación el aire acondicionado apenas enfría, pasando calor durante la noche.. La tele se veía muy mal y el baño muy poco accesible con bañeras. Es la segunds vez que nos quedamos y esperabamos que hubiesen mejorado tras la pandemia pero no fue así y su estado era más viejo, lo único que nos gustó realmente es el buffet y el personal, de las instalaciones muy decepcionados, sobre todo porque el precio no es acorde a su estado.

Really enjoyed our week at the be live Nina. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We were only bed and breakfast but the food was nicely cooked and there was plenty. More drinks machines would be useful. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the balcony as it was mostly shaded. Bath looked old and was marked but everything functioned well. There were areas of the hotel and in the rooms that could do with a refurb but on the whole it’s a very nice hotel.

Amazing staff in all areas. Kind and helpfull and very professional. Comfy beds, very good rooms. Well cleaned when we arrived. Only thing is that the daily cleaning of teh room was poor, they basically emptied the trashbin and changed towels. No cleaning of the floors or changing cups in the tea-station. Nearby beach and resturants. Calm relaxing vibe. I'd be happy to stay here again!

Hotel casi a pie de playa, habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y tranquilas, con terraza. El comedor acogedor, sin masificación de gente y con la posibilidad de comer en la terraza exterior. El personal muy amable y atento. Hemos disfrutado mucho estos días.

Really enjoyed our week at the be live Nina. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We were only bed and breakfast but the food was nicely cooked and there was plenty. More drinks machines would be useful. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the balcony as it was mostly shaded. Bath looked old and was marked but everything functioned well. There were areas of the hotel and in the rooms that could do with a refurb but on the whole it’s a very nice hotel.

I stayed on b&b basis, so the generic breakfast buffet you’d get anywhere (no gluten free options). The gym doesn’t open until 11am; most holidaymakers would want to get their session in first thing and then enjoy their day. Reception was very understaffed and queues built up quickly.

I cannot say too much as i am still staying here. The staff , receptionist are very rude , especially the lady named NUNE , she frightenight my wife with her awful nature , my wife would not go to the reception again after speaking with her . She only asked to see if we could upgrade ! The reason being is that the room we stayed in was awful and full of mould , pictures to prove this . Also due to mobility issues we asked if we could bring in a scooter, yet again we was turned away with a awful attitude by the reception, being told that the manager mrs Hernandez had now set a rule stating that residents can no longer plug in the scooters ! We actually lost 105 euros as we had already paid for 1 the previous day and therefore had to stay within the hotel due to my wifes disabilities and pay for drinks and food throughout as we are only b&b . It has been a awful stay due to the mobility issue's we faced. We sent several email's to mrs Hernandez throughtout our stay , also many emails through to the official webmail yet with no reply . "Emails to prove this " If any person needs further info i am willing to send pics to prove the trauma we have been through . Please think twice before staying in this hotel unless You like to be intimidated, humiliated or like sraying in squalor.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at La Niña. From the excellent restaurant staff, cleaners, reception, bar, spa and pool, absolutely everyone were amazing. Got to say a special thank you to the chef who sorted out my gluten free bread everyday, it was much appreciated. It’s already an impressive hotel so cannot wait to see it when it’s all been refurbished.

This was our second stay at la nina this time staying half board, we couldnt fault it,plenty of choice,food was hot and tasty. Staff work very hard and are really friendly. Another lovely stay.

I stayed here all inclusive and the hotel was lovely, decent food and the alcohol drink was proper brand San Miguel on Draught and Absolute Vodka, Jack Daniels, Barcardi all included.

I stayed on b&b basis, so the generic breakfast buffet you’d get anywhere (no gluten free options). The gym doesn’t open until 11am; most holidaymakers would want to get their session in first thing and then enjoy their day. Reception was very understaffed and queues built up quickly.

Location excellent, staff lovely. Shutting down for refurb so pool was a little dirty but the rooms were spotless. Can’t wait to go back after refurb. Food was awful but I like to eat out drinks on AI were fab

From the moment we arrived, the welcome set the tone for a wonderful stay. Check‑in was warm and efficient, complete with a glass of bubbly and plenty of helpful information. The lobby is a genuinely impressive space—bright, spacious and inviting—with daily treats like cookies, fresh fruit and citrus‑infused water. The hotel’s cleanliness stood out immediately. Every area, from the corridors to the communal spaces, was spotless and clearly well cared for. Our deluxe double room continued that standard: generously sized, immaculate, with ample wardrobe space and a modern bathroom featuring a large walk‑in shower and amenity dispensers. The south‑facing balcony with sea views was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing with a drink. Air‑con, a fridge and a safe added to the comfort. We stayed all‑inclusive and found the food selection broad, though vegetarian and especially vegan options were very limited. It seems plant‑based dining isn’t yet common on the island, so choices were restricted. The bars offered a good range of local spirits, Alhambra beer on tap and several cocktails within the all‑inclusive package. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, attentive and a real credit to the place. Evening entertainment was provided nightly by a solo singer. While the performances weren’t exceptional, they were perfectly pleasant enough to enjoy. Overall, a beautifully maintained hotel with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at La Niña. From the excellent restaurant staff, cleaners, reception, bar, spa and pool, absolutely everyone were amazing. Got to say a special thank you to the chef who sorted out my gluten free bread everyday, it was much appreciated. It’s already an impressive hotel so cannot wait to see it when it’s all been refurbished.

Excellent hotel , bien rénové. Belle chambre pratique, rangement frigo ,bouilloire électrique, et café instantané renouvelé journailement. Petit dejeuner extra beaucoup de fruits frais .Personnel aimable et professionnel. Merci a tous .Hotel a recommander

Great hotel. Very central and close to bars beach and restaurants. Lots of shops near by. Very clean and lovely pool area. Went breakfast only and food was great

We stayed in the my favourite club on a bed & breakfast basis. This is the first time I have seen this aa a option the my favourite club with drinks and snacks all day is amazing and the staff keep the room spotless. Our room was beautiful amazing views of the sea. Cleaned daily by amazing staff. Breakfast is great with everything you could ask for. Egg station, smoothie station. The entertainment staff and reception are lovely. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Very nice hotel, staff very helpful. Initially I had a room on the 1st floor but, early morning this was quite noisy due to proximity to the pool pump room etc, I requested another room and got a room on the 6th floor much better and good view of the sea, this was excellent service from the staff. The breakfast had a good choice of the usual and the made tp order omlettes were lovely how ever, the evening meal was not that good, reasonsble choice but not well cooked and lacked seasoning, shame really. Overall very good hotel but maybe lacks substance over style.
