The house offers another covered and furnished terrace, by the street entrance, to enjoy the good weather. The fantastic two-storey house is characterised by a warm and simple style, with everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor, there is a living room with access to the terrace facing the beach, which has a Smart TV with channels in German, English and French. An arch separates this room from the kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. An AC unit in the hallway provides air conditioning for all 3 rooms. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The property has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can also provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The house is located in Ses Barreres, between Cala Bona and Costa dels Pins, a privileged enclave not only because it is right in front of the sea, but also because it is a very quiet residential area.
