This lovely detached property is situated in the beautiful village of Llantwit Major in the Vale of Glamorgan. There is a pebble beach within walking distance through the countryside where there is a café, or if you prefer there are five pubs and coffee shops in the local village and several restaurants, including a very good Italian and an Indian. The village is also home to two supermarkets, both within a five minute walk, for all your essentials. If you wish to venture further afield there are sandy beaches, such as Southerndown, Ogmore-by-Sea or Merthyr Mawr near Porthcawl and also the holiday beach resort of Barry Island is also close by. However, if a spot of retail therapy is for you, you will find many shops in nearby Cowbridge or a bit further away are Cardiff and Swansea and of course, the designer outlet village at Bridgend.
