The stay offered has an exclusively recreational, vacation, or leisure purpose, which must be accredited in advance, and is therefore not subject to the rent containment regime. We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. To finalize your reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of permanent residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. As part of this process, guests must also sign an accreditation confirming that all documentation and information provided is accurate, truthful, and complies with applicable law. Once the KYC process is approved, the correspondent sublease contract must be signed. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these requirements. We cannot accept any booking without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed. This property requires a refundable security deposit of €3,600, requested separately at booking. This amount includes (i) the statutory/legal deposit required under Spain's Urban Leases Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) and the Catalan deposit rules (Law 13/1996 and Decree 147/1997), up to two (2) month rents — prorated if the contract lasts less than one year — which (hidden) deposits with INCASÒL, plus (ii) an additional guarantee to ensure the proper fulfillment of the obligations arising from the Contract. Both amounts are refunded after check-out, once the apartment's condition has been verified and provided the guest is up to date with all contractual obligations, subject to the processing times of the corresponding entities.
