A séjourné 1 nuit

After driving for 7 hours we arrived around 2am, when we walked in there was no one at the front desk to greet us. There was a sitting area with the tv on and what looked like blankets and food. After about 5 mins, a lady came from the back. She wasn’t rude but not pleasant either really, just kind of there. Be aware they charge a $40 incidental fee, which I was not aware of at the time of booking. It does not state that anywhere when booking. When we got in our room, it smelled nice but after upon looking more, the room was in horrible condition. Broken drawers, burn holes in the blankets, the shower curtain was stained, exposed wires & the TV would NOT turn on. My husband messed with it for about 15 mins and we finally got it to turn on but no channels. Considering it was almost 3am this point we gave up & went to sleep. That’s when we seen a ROACH on the dresser! At that point we decided we were gone! I informed the front desk & she stated I’d get the incidental fee back in 24/72 hours! I want the entire thing refunded! Just horrible.

We just spent the night at your hotel/ motel. It was deplorable, in such despair.  Our room wasn’t even suitable for anyone to enter. We checked in a bit before 2AM and entered into a war zone/ under construction or something worse!  Which stated that we got the last room at $120.00 a night. No refrigerator, dirty walls,  bad light to enter, it flickered, no mironing and board, no blowdryer. Holes everywhere with toilet paper filled in, smelled of smoke(for a non-smoking room) everyone at hotel seemed to be smoking, toilet seat was hanging on by a thread, no basis standard essentials, except soap.  Bathroom door did not stay closed, rust everywhere, broken tile, etc. The room (s) need attention desperately! Even the continental breakfast was a joke, messy and nothing to offer as food. Would not eat there!  So, after all that, we do expect a full refund! We travel often and never have experienced this kind of accommodations anywhere. We will be following up with your manager and better business bureau if this doesn’t get resolved in a timely matter.

Only reason I gave it a three star is because of the water. I had trouble finding a comfortable temperature. It was is either scolding hot or freezing cold. When I did find a comfortable temperature after adjusting the knob for several minutes it only stayed that way for a couple of minutes and then it went to freezing on its own. I was unable to wash my hair and fully shower.

The pool closed early. The room phone and blow dryer were both broken. Clean for the most part, breakfast closed at 9am when check out is 11am. Not impressed with that.
