This was the WORST Holiday Inn experience I have ever had. The room we booked had a “jetted tub” that did not work and broken siding where you could see straight underneath it. The ceiling in the bathroom was rotted and falling down. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The conjoining room, which was booked to someone else, had such thin walls, it felt like the person on the other side was snoring in our room. We had to put towels to try and cancel out some noise. There were live crickets and ants in our room. The headboard was extremely dusty on top. There were pieces of the wall that were not repaired correctly or where the thermostat had been changed out and they didn’t bother repairing the holes from the last thermostat and they just put the new (smaller) thermostat on top exposing holes in the wall. We have stayed at only Holiday Inns for years, and this is something we never thought we would experience.

Not the king of holiday inn express ive stayed at prior to coming here. Connie at thw dron desk was really helpful , kind , I appreciate how helpful she was honestly. But the room I stayed in was what I would find in a motel somewhere , just wasn't what ive grown accustomed to with this hotel chain.

I was woke up around 7 to banging and yell in in the hall way... this went on until 930 when we finally got up. Im guessing it was the people cleaning the rooms. Not enjoyable at all
