It was ok. Pool was closed. Elevators broken. HVAC sounded like it was broken but worked ok. Door closure was broken so the stairway door was slamming against the wall all night keeping us from sleeping. It was the cheapest option so I guess I got what I paid for. But not as advertised.

Pool out of order! , Elevator out of order! Breakfast very low budget and bland. Staff was polite but the hotel charges way more than the experience was worth. Was very disappointed in the stay.

The pool was dirty.. like cloudy and u can see the mold/algae growing on the sides the hot tub looked worst but there was a out of order sign for that one.. the rail for the stairs to go down to pool was broken.. it was not attached to the bottom of pool.. the rooms were nice I kept trying to put AC on like 62 byt the lowest is would go was 64.. did see some roaches around including my room.. the curtains in shower are not long or wide enough so no matter how u move it you still make a mess on floor.. not enough towels in bathroom.. the toilet seat looks as if it’s peeling.. no charging plugs in room.. the tv says it has movie channels but they were all blocked.. the elevator moved tooo much for getting in and off ( like it swayed too much)… then check out is 11am but I had housekeeping knocking at my door at 10am.. the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Landscaping definitely needs attention, there was trash on the grass areas and beer cans. The pool was nice but I wanted to get into the hot tub and it was ice cold, they were both indoors. Room was nice but shower head was messed up.

Roof leaked, gnats everywhere, elevator don't work when raining

Breakfast very limited. Pool not working.Hot tub not working. Exposed electrical wiring in room and in common area. Ran out of conditioner in shower. All glass was dirty and steaked letting youknow how dirty everything else was too. Smelled bad. Never returning.

Everything was great in room. The only thing that was upsetting was the pool was closed and hot tub wasn’t working.

Our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was extremely disappointing due to significant cleanliness and maintenance issues. The room and common areas were visibly dirty and dusty. We encountered several dead roaches in both the room and the stairway, which was alarming. The couch was heavily soiled with visible dirt and residue, making it unusable. The bathroom lacked basic necessities—there was no soap or toilet paper rack—and the provided bath towels were old, torn and unreasonably small. Additionally, the carpeted stairway had a visible roof leak that appeared to be long-standing, raising serious concerns about mold. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable, and the property did not meet basic standards of hygiene or comfort and the TV required only HDMI plug in to work.

The total cost of our one night stay was $284. Room 114. The bare minimum as far as cleanliness was done. Dead bugs in the corner. A dead cockroach the length of my thumb in the bathroom under the sink. Pet hair all over the carpet and sofa. Just disappointing. We slept with all the lights on because of the bugs. I wish I would have taken pictures but I was just so disgusted and wanted to go back home

When I arrived the first thing I noticed was the grounds looked like it hadn’t been mowed or policed for sometime, cigarette butts everywhere. The next thing was as soon as I entered the building there was an over welling smell of sewage with a mix of Indian food. When I opened the door to my room it was clear there had been no to little maintenance. The TV didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the desk phone did not work. Using my cell phone I called the front desk and reported the issues and was told that maintenance would arrive in about ten minutes. After 30 minutes I called again and was told that maintenance was not responding. Asked the desk to call me when they were on their way, heard nothing for the rest of the night, no toilet all night!!! The next morning I stopped by the desk and reported the problems again, they were not aware of my previous report the night before. After returning that evening the issues had been addressed, although the coffee station had not been restocked, called the desk, told me I could come down and get some k cups from the breakfast area, went down none to be found, desk clerk said oh darn. The next day (I stayed for 3 nights) when returning from my family I found my room had not been made ready, bed not made, no clean towels and no k cups. Called the front desk, was told we don’t provide service on Saturday’s! To top off everything the beds were infested with bed bugs, I have wounds all over my middle. I will never stay there again.

This room was not cleaned, no towels in room 2 dirty wash towels in tub with used soap, toilet dirty with poop stains in it, beds looked like someone had just gotten off of them, and yes we complained to night staff that was there, in the morning when we checked out we did not feel like complaining because we were on vacation and we did not want to ruin our moods more. A complete disaster we will never stay there again.

Found some dirt stains on the white covers , saw a big red stain on the floor then saw more of it so i moved the night stand found spoon , popcorn and empty dorito bag big red stain looked to be vomit called front desk just picked it up like nothing and left like if it was my job to pick up

Last time we stayed a few months ago it was clean and a good stay, but this time the pool was dirty with many bugs and trash floating around, and the hot tub was not heated! then in the rooms the toilet was still dirty and their were pubes in the shower and we found pieces of trash here and there that want picked up in the room so we just decided to check out and go home since we live close enough

Lobby and check in was good breakfast was good. Rooms horrible dirty. Bathroom was not clean toilet seat had urine stains bathtub was dirty.

Roaches, broken windows, bloody sheets. Just no.

The entire hotel was completely dirty. A window was busted out on the 3rd floor. carpets were stained. Smelled, entry way of the building was disgusting.

Cost of the room did not meet expectations. We couldn’t get the tv to work, there was not a radio to listen to. We had no control over the thermostat. We were hot all night.

The room was very comfortable for the four of us who were staying overnight after watching a concert. Cozy beds, plenty of pillows, and a working air conditioning that kept it cool. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Lower overall rating is mainly due to the facilities needing a bit of a remodel. In spite of that we would stay again because the room served its purpose - a clean, cool place to rest overnight before hitting the road.

The hotel is dated but clean. The elevator was broke and had to carry luggage up to the third floor. Just seems like a lot of things have gone undone. Older carpet, the curtain was broke and fallen down part way and the closet door was broken. General maintenance has been ignored.

The elevator was broke and we were on the 4th floor. Not the end of the world, but not convenient. The AC wasn’t blowing very well and didn’t cool the room down until 4-5am. So we were hot while sleeping. I’ve stayed at worst places but thought the quality of this hotel would be better than it was.

AC never went below 77 degrees. Every thing looked run down. Tub was patched and seat was ripped( we were given a handicap room). Foyer light was not working, baseboards were all tore up and missing parts. Bed was severely sloped in the middle. Entire hotel needs upgrading.

The TV remote didn’t work (though it was eventually replaced), but the bigger issue was the air conditioning, which would not cool below 74 degrees and didn’t run properly at all. I spent an uncomfortably warm night because I did not feel safe or comfortable calling the front desk at 2:00 a.m. in my pajamas to be moved to another room. To make matters worse, when I raised these issues at checkout, the front desk employee was extremely rude, offered no apology, and instead scolded me for not calling during the night. Every ice machine in the building was out of order, and the entire property feels neglected and poorly maintained. This was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not the newest of amenities, room decor and furniture. Our room was okay but the walls are super thin and we heard everything going on next to us and/or in the hallway outside the door. Furniture old and dated. Closet door did not open either. Toilet seat so lose, we thought it was going to fall off. Coffee machine in room was full of limestone also. Continental breakfast was good and the coffee served there was good also.

Headboard was missing from second queen bed. Husband told me the window inside room looked dangerous as it was moving when pressed like it was going to fall out. Toilet paper stuck in corner of bathroom ceiling covering a hole possibly? Bathtub floor was stained. Staff called our room at 11:01 asking when we were checking out. Elevator button broken. Flooring missing. Room was close to balcony over looking lobby and heard staff talking very loudly at 6am

I really liked this hotel. My husband has a bad back and the mattress was a little soft and lumpy for him.

My family arrived around 11:00 PM. The front desk was unmanned for about 10 minutes until someone showed up to check me in. The first room they gave us was a room that was never cleaned. Bed weren’t made, bathroom dirty, and trash throughout the room. When we told the front desk a manager this there was not much care about it. Even asked if we wanted a new room! Of course. Second room was ok from first look. Once we settled in there there weren’t any sheets for the pull out bed. The fridge wasn’t cleaned and filled with food from the previous people. At that point we didn’t care and just went to bed so we could continue on our trip the next day. Management didn’t care to compensate us in anyway. This just seemed like a normal day/event for them.

The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. I realized that towels had not been left in our room. When I called the front desk to request them, I was asked to come down and get them. I got down there to find two people behind the desk. When I dropped my room keys off in the morning, the attendant was on the phone but didn't smile or acknowledge me so I dropped them off. My husband is in facility management and noticed multiple code violations (outlet covers missing) at breakfast. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. There was a sign by the elevator stating that the elevator door safety had been disabled.

It was a horrible experience when we got there. The place looked like it was falling apart, the young lady at the front gave us a room and when I went to open the door there was a man laying in one of the beds. We had explained that we wanted a quiet room away from kids so the second room she put us in was rt under the screaming kids that were next to the room that she first gave us. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. So by than we were really upset and she proceeded to say she couldn’t help where she put us in but she could put us in a room with no ac or toilet not working because management sucked there and they didn’t fix things. So we were refunded our room back to my card and had to find somewhere else. I would never recommend that hotel to anyone. Plus the elevator felt like it was ready to break down to.

They charged me twice said i booked 2 rooms still have not received my refund hot tub does not work and elevator went out 1 girl named Niki is the only one that tried to help me if they don't refund my money i will never stay again manager never on site not during my stay keep telling me he would call me its Monday and still no call to resolve the problem .

They had to give us a new room because the first room had issues. Staff was very nice and took care of us quickly.

The ceiling was leaking in the lobby. Not noticed by the staff until pointed out by guests, resulting in two buckets and a 'slippery when wet' yellow sign. Ceiling condition indicated not the first leak they've had. Light above sink didnt work. Dont know if it was bad bulb or fixture. Elevator 3rd floor button broken/missing, and elevator down button on 2nd floor broken. Carpet wet in room entry and entry tile felt loose. Shower head sprayed water outside tub. Ice machine broken on 2 and was leaning in corner with panel off. Wall sign directing left to ice machine was marked through with pen and arrow added pointing right. Two positives were staff courtesy and decent breakfast.

Staff actually saved us money by not charging us the elevated concert price which was cancelled that’s why I give 5 stars! Property needs updating & the breakfast should be until 10am at least…..

Winstar just 10 miles away, but the hotel is way older and rundown for the price. Staff were sweet and outside of hotel looks nice. It was clean just needs some renovations.

We had a good stay. Hotel does need major updating. Hotel is in a good area with great restaurants. 12 minutes from Winstar

Newer facility and the rooms were huge, clean and quiet! Had a great experience, we were located in the middle of many dining and entertainment options. Will definitely be staying on our next visit to the area.

This place is nothing fancy but it was clean and the room had a fridge and microwave which was great. AC worked well and staff were friendly.

We arrived around 9:30pm and the sign lights were not on so it was very hard to find in the dark. Breakfast food was terrible. No juices at all. Hot food was very scarce. When they did bring eggs and bacon out, it was enough for maybe 3 people and then they were out again for over half an hour. Even had to go to the front desk to see if they were going to bring more out. Ice machine was out of order which is a huge deal to me as I need ice! Rooms were decent and the staff was nice, but I will never stay at this hotel again.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the property seems dated. The elevator makes a loud jarring noise when stopping. The breakfast offerings seemed sub-par in relation to nearby hotels where we’ve stayed.

The rooms were great, comfortable and clean. The buffet offered was very good with a variety of items. Distance to casino was less that 15 min. Freindly staff. Will definitely return.

I love coming here for my Birthday every year. The room and the worker are amazing especially the breakfast attendant Esther was so sweet and the breakfast was amazing and made me more bacon with no problem.

Hot Tub and Pool were great. Bed super comfy great night sleep. Added convience of an extra sink outside bathroom. Breakfast had a ton of hot options perfect.

Room was marginally clean...Stairways were dirty and not cleaned our entire stay. Breakfast options were the same every day. The egg whites ( I think that is what they were) were frozen in the middle 2 mornings. We will not be staying at this Comfort Suites ever again.

Breakfast was good & fully stocked. Rooms were nice & spacious. Loved the pool, jacuzzi & gym. Bathrooms need better hand soap. The hotel was clean but still had a weird smell. Maybe need to use more stronger cleaning products like bleach, lysol, clorox, fabuloso, & air freshner.
