Hotel and room were what you would expect for a $100 / night motel. However, my room did not have a TV...that's right, just a hole in the wall. I informed the Front Desk Manager and he told me he would get me a TV. About 30 minutes later he came to my room and said he could not remove the TV from the fitness area or the one in his room but he was going to keep looking. Then, I heard nothing. I also sent them 2 massages through Hotels.com message center...no reply. I'm calling the GM and will let you know how that goes. Funny thing is they have a sign at check-in that says, "tell us if there is something wrong and if we can't fix it your stay is free." Not looking for a free stay but let's see what they say. There was nobody at the front desk when I checked out, so no chance to ask them.

This was not as nice as I remember from previous visits. I have medicine that needs to be kept cold and gel packs that need frozen for TSA. The mini fridge has no freezing capability. Bathroom door would not close without great effort and the toilet moved around.

This is the worse place I’ve ever stayed, it was nasty, smelling, and room was filthy. The sheets in bed didn’t seem clean. The floors had stains all over it. The breakfast was very very very limited to cereal and waffles. There was nothing to drink for breakfast. This place needs alot of work and better management.

My reservation was for a double HANICAPPED room. The hotel had me in an upstairs room in a motel with no elevator. I can't do stairs. I was forced to rent two (2) rooms the first nite to handle the situation . Then for the remainder of the stay I was switched to a non-handicapped double on the first floor.
