Right off I80. Close to fuel stations and places to get food. Large parking lot with additional parking for truckers. Cute little shops downtown and a large city park for the kids. Only downside is the pool is under construction at this time.

The front desk clerk to check in was extremely rude and condescending. We had 2 reservations with 3 rooms and they could only find the 1 reservation. She was no help for 10 mins and then she finally found but not after telling me the whole time it was my problem. Also the decided to be cheap in fill in the hot tub that has been there for the last 12 yeara.

The front desk was having trouble with their computers but the woman working there kept her cool and her smile and made our check-in painless. The property was being renovated & the pool are was closed but our room & bathroom were fresh & clean & nicely redecorated. They offered a better-than-average breakfast. The hotel is near the highway in a small town & tucked behind an auto dealership so the area was well lit and we felt secure going in & out at night.

Great stay! Couple of needs for improvements One is the parking area is all broke up and needs to be fixed. 2nd is the heated items (sausage, eggs) need to be hotter. Eggs were like they just came out of the fridge! Sausages were just Luke warm. Other than that a nice clean place to stay for a great value!

Overpriced. The pool was closed. Happens … but then, tell customers before booking and give an appropriate discount. Don’t just shrug your shoulders. TV reception was blurry or non-functional. The breakfast was decent: I had worse, I had better. At the price per night, I definitely expected better overall.

No elevator so you have to lug your bags up and down the stairs. Rather old fashioned looking beds, but it was fine. Nothing to write home about. We went into town for a bite to eat and enjoyed Ruby's diner downtown.

Heather checked me in to my room and she was friendly and competent. My room was immaculate and my bed was comfortable. The shower was great, although it made a loud whining noise, but only when set at the temperature that was comfortable to me. Lol! I slept so well from my long drive, that I slept past breakfast, but when I left at 9:45, there was still plenty of coffee as well as some other food items. That was fine because I wanted to get a McMuffin and iced coffee anyway, and McDonalds was just across the road. Great stay and I will return.

The only good thing was the night desk clerk Carol. She went above & beyond. Woke up with flea bites, urine on the back of toilet, sticky table top, reeked of cig. Smoke, supposed to be smoke free. Blood stained sheets, broken clock. My first bad experience with this chain.

Was not marked well enough to easily locate hotel. Was a very scary looking camper and truck sitting in gravel lot next to hotel parking area. When daughter came back from after prom at 4am and pulled back her covers to get into bed there was blood on the bed sheet and she screamed GROSS and said mom look!! I had her climb into my bed and sleep with me.

The check in person was not very friendly, because of his accent, he was very, very hard to understand. The property is too dark, the hallway is so dark, you can hardly see. The light over the sink is so dark, I can’t even use it to apply make-up. The room is very dark, one of the lightbulbs didn’t work. I would not stay here again. We will see how the breakfast is in the morning, but I don’t have high hopes.

Originally booked a room with a king sized bed to get there and be given a room with two queens. I went back to the desk and asked to have a room with a king and they stated that due to having a pet they can’t offer that room. They still charged me the cost for the room with the king which I assume was more expensive. Outside of that, the hotel rooms are dark, outdated and musty smelling. Definitely will not be staying here again. Will just drive a little further in the future to have better hotel options.

There are two issues. 1. Breakfast is on the week side. It could be more. 2. At 3am Sunday morning the fire alarm went off. It rang for 20min or so till the night staff could figure out how to shut it off. Some concerns: If there was a fire the Fire Department never came. The staff should know how to operate the fire alarm system. The alarm system should not be shut off without investigating the facility before letting people re-enter the building. Better communication with the patrons during this potential life threatening emergency should have happened. It is fortunate that nothing happened but, if it were an actual fire the outcome might not have been favorable.

It was an ok stay. Checked in without a problem. The only noise was water noises from other rooms . Slept well on the mattress. Bathroom shower and towels were good. They provided the standard free breakfast and that was ok. Easy on and off the freeway. Minimal freeway noise. We would consider staying here again.

The front desk was having trouble with their computers but the woman working there kept her cool and her smile and made our check-in painless. The property was being renovated & the pool are was closed but our room & bathroom were fresh & clean & nicely redecorated. They offered a better-than-average breakfast. The hotel is near the highway in a small town & tucked behind an auto dealership so the area was well lit and we felt secure going in & out at night.

Great stay! Couple of needs for improvements One is the parking area is all broke up and needs to be fixed. 2nd is the heated items (sausage, eggs) need to be hotter. Eggs were like they just came out of the fridge! Sausages were just Luke warm. Other than that a nice clean place to stay for a great value!

We were very pleased with our overall experience. Very clean, bed was comfortable, shower was great, breakfast was all you could ask for. I highly recommend the americinn at Stuart, Iown.

This is a fine property for what it is—basically a two star hotel. So, for a two star hotel it is better than most. Except for the very dirty windows on the outside, the room was very clean and the shower was good. The beds are very firm. We didn’t swim, but the pool looked nice. We were hoping for a hot tub but there was a sauna instead. The breakfast we had of biscuits, gravy and eggs was not very good—obviously the cheaper versions of these. We get it—it’s a two star hotel. The lobby is very attractive.

I been staying at this property at least once or twice a month since Christmas Eve of 2025 I have had some issues off and on but nothing that they didn't handle and I have always requested a noon checkout never with any issues nor have I been charged but this last time I stayed I asked for a12p out didn't get a response from the front desk until that Saturday morning at 9:30 ish they told me I could have a 12:30 check out or I could have a 3:00 check out which I know from the past those have never been options and those have never been approved and I just said I just need 12pcheck out like I normally get and they said noon is fine I then asked if I was going to be charged the $20 fee since I did not need to have a check out at 12:30 or at 1:00 no response went to check out nobody was at the front desk I left my keys on the front desk as I was packing up my car and leaving the guy from the front desk was standing outside didn't think anything of it check my bank account today and I was charged $20 for a late check out which they consider 1:00. p.m. I was out of the building before noon out of the room before noon try to call to ask why I was charged cuz I've never been charged in past and I have to leave a message for the manager I like staying here but why am I being charged when I've never been charged before and I am a Wyndham reward member I just didn't book thru Wyndham this time because I was trying to save money
