Later, the home was bought by the aristocratic Von Salis family. The noble heritage of the building can be seen today in its metre-thick walls, handsome craftsmanship, beautiful wood panelling, outstanding paintings, handsome beamed and frescoed ceilings and colourful ceramic fireplaces.The reception area features handsome antiques, and the hotels rooms and public spaces are traditionally furnished.
