The Gîte des Montiers is one of the last ten houses on the street before it plunges to the sea. This verdant hillside, dominated by pine trees, overlooks the Sable d'Or les Pins lagoon, Montiers beach, the Port des Hôpitaux, and the Ilot Saint Michel, all just 400 meters away! A delight for sand and water sports, and... hiking on the GR34 coastal path, which passes right by the gîte, offering breathtaking scenery! More broadly, and in Erquy alone, you'll find everything. A true concentration of Brittany. A fishing port (fish market and scallops), marina, varied and wild beaches for many, restaurants, shops, numerous activities, a cape and cliffs overlooking the sea. The neighboring resorts also offer plenty of attractions: Sable d'Or les Pins and its casino, Pléneuf Val André and its marine spa. Welcome to the Penthièvre Coast! Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a living room-kitchen, - a lounge, - a shower room, - a toilet. Upstairs: - a mezzanine with a 160x200 double bed, - a large toilet with sink, - a bedroom with two 90x200 single beds (they can be combined to create a 180x200 double bed upon prior request). Outdoors: - double paved terrace (12 and 15 m²) - 570 m² garden surrounding the house - paved courtyard with a 100 m² parking space for two vehicles. The house has been completely renovated by the happy young owners, Hélène and François. It is detached, not overlooked, and sits on an enclosed plot.
