Enjoy the Mediterranean climate while relaxing in this spectacular villa, which offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. You will have a private chlorine pool measuring 5.5 m x 2.5 m, with a constant depth of 1.90 m, as well as an outdoor shower where you can cool off after a day of sightseeing around the island. There is also a porch where you can enjoy a meal or a drink, and a sofa area where you can sip a cocktail under the stars. The interior is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room equipped with a Smart TV and opening onto the dining area, creating a pleasant space in which to gather. The kitchen has a gas hob and is fully equipped with all the utensils you may need to cook just as you would at home. There is also an integrated washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one of which is air-conditioned. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and a games room with a pool table, ideal for enjoying a game with your fellow guests. Upstairs, there is another lounge with a sofa and four bedrooms, all featuring two single beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there are also two additional shower rooms for extra convenience. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The estate is located in Santanyí, a charming village known for its crystal-clear beaches, stunning natural landscapes, traditional architecture and relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. We encourage you to explore its historic centre, made up of narrow cobbled streets and stone houses, perhaps stopping at a good restaurant to enjoy the local cuisine. If you feel like spending a day in the sun by the sea, do not hesitate to visit the beautiful beach of Cala Santanyí or Cala Mondragó, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island thanks to its crystal-clear waters, fine sand and the impressive nature reserve that surrounds it.
