Manon and David welcome you to their charming estate, a beautifully restored farmhouse, where they offer five comfortable accommodations that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. I'm talking about the cottage, Le Cottage, with its low entrance door—a nod to the modest stature of Bretons of yesteryear—which is sure to make you smile and contributes to the authenticity of the place. Inside, you'll discover a warm and welcoming space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You have access to a beautiful pool area, designed for relaxation and refreshment, to be shared with other guests on the estate. From the cottage, you'll have plenty of time to explore Perros-Guirec and the famous Pink Granite Coast. Don't miss Ploumanac'h, an iconic village with its small port, beach, the GR34 coastal path, and its lighthouse overlooking the rocks sculpted by time. Your semi-detached vacation rental consists of two levels: On the ground floor: - A kitchen-dining room with a smart TV (remember your access codes!) - A laundry room On the first floor: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed - A bathroom with a shower en suite - A separate toilet Outdoors: Private wooden terrace on the south side with a plancha grill. Shared courtyard of 390 m² on the north side with shared parking and an electric gate. An 8m x 4m swimming pool, 1.5m deep, treated with salt, shared with 4 other apartments on the estate, equipped with a dome, heated, covered, and available from April to the end of October. Optional: rental of towels (including pool towels). Park currently under development.
