Tråkigt att restaurangen var stängd på måndagar vilket också betyder att man inte har tillgång till den härliga terrassen.

Les recomiendo que en Verano tengan lo que es aire acondicionado ya que en las noches no se puede dormir muy bien por el calor. Es solo un consejo se que en Suiza no se esta acostumbrado a eso. Saludos.

We booked two lake-view rooms, which were considerably more expensive, but unfortunately they were simply not fit for purpose during the summer. The rooms became unbearably hot. On our first night, the temperature inside reached around 35°C, and the fan provided made virtually no difference. The staff had not thought to close the shutters during the day to prevent the rooms from heating up, and the first night was extremely uncomfortable. Because of the heat, we had no choice but to keep the windows open. However, there is a restaurant directly below the lake-view rooms, so we then had to deal with significant noise and constant cigarette smoke coming into our rooms. People were sitting outside smoking until around 11:30pm, despite the restaurant supposedly closing at 10pm. Even more frustratingly, some of the people smoking outside later in the evening appeared to be the restaurant's own waiters after finishing their shifts. I raised these issues with reception, but unfortunately there seemed to be very little concern or attempt to resolve the situation. Cleanliness was also disappointing. There were cobwebs all over the ceilings, which is simply not what you expect given the price of the rooms. The location itself is excellent and the lake view is lovely, but that doesn't compensate for rooms that become unbearably hot, the inability to open the windows without breathing in cigarette smoke, the late-night noise, and poor cleanliness. Would not recommend!AVOID!
