This charming property is well positioned down a quiet no through lane on the outskirts of the village. For a relaxing day out there are a choice of lovely beaches nearby, including Swanage, Kimmeridge and Studland. Or perhaps take a trip into the village centre where you will find a bustling square offering a choice of pubs and shops selling local goods as well as essential supplies. A visit to the famous ruins of Corfe Castle is a must, or take in the stunning scenery whilst travelling by steam train on the nearby Swanage Railway. With easy access to the South West Coast Path this property is also ideal for those wishing to take in the picturesque surroundings on foot. Take either the short flight of steps or the path through the garden to the front door. Once inside you are met with an inviting hallway, with plenty of storage for boots and coats as well as a wonderful warm wood floor. Immediately ahead is the open-plan lounge/diner. When the day is done take the short flight of stairs up to the first floor where you will find a bright and airy twin bedroom offering lovely views of the hills surrounding the house. Next, step into the adjacent king-size room where you may catch a glimpse of the steam trains passing in the distance, sure to appeal to both adults and children alike. The bedrooms both share the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC. To the rear of the house is a pretty enclosed garden with lawn, garden furniture perfect for dining outdoors.
