The "Le Clery" cottage is attached to another dwelling and another cottage (Gîte "Le Saint André H45G000872") with which it shares a common front courtyard. On the ground floor: - Dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (195L refrigerator with 79L freezer, sink, 4-zone ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Philips Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, food processor) - Living room: sofa bed (available for use as a bed upon request, at €5/day per additional person), 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV. - Small, enclosed, private courtyard at the rear of the house, accessible via French doors from the living room. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue are provided for sunny days. On the first floor: two attic bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with a 140x190cm bed (duvet, 2 pillows/person, 1 bolster), window blind. - Bedroom #2 with two 90x190 cm beds (duvet, 2 pillows, 1 bolster), skylight blind. - A separate bathroom: shower, double vanity unit. - A separate toilet.
